Had an appointment at another massage place who cancelled the day before then messaged me at 1:40AM with craziness. So being super disappointed I scrambled to find any opening on a last minute whim. At 9am I was able to secure an appointment at 1PM with Tabitha. Knowing nothing about this place or reading any reviews, I decided to take a blind chance. I have NEVER had a better experience!! I showed up at 1205 as I thought I was farther away and she happened to be open, so Tabitha took me back right away to get started. I booked a deep tissue but explained I wanted an in between Swedish and deep tissue. The pressure was absolutely perfect. The hot towels were an added unexpected bonus. My only regret is I didnt ask about facials prior as I guess they do a cleansing one as an add on. I can not wait to go back here and I hope Tabitha is free!

Estela Amaya, the therapist was amazing. Maybe the best massage I’ve ever had. She wasn’t worried about time but making sure my muscular issues were worked on. Great atmosphere, very comfortable face pillow and heated table. I would go here every other week if I lived in the area. Estela is an awesome caring therapist, I highly recommend!

Carol is an amazing massage therapist. I had a horrific headache from stress that caused tight back and neck muscles. She was able to loosen the muscles (which is quite a feat) and make my headache go away. I cant wait to visit again this week.

Hands down the best massage my husband and I have ever had. Estela worked on my husband, whose back has been bothering him for weeks. She did more in 90 minutes than doctors have been able to do. He will be back before we leave. Carol worked on me. I travel for work and my back and shoulders were very tight. She did techniques that I’ve not had done previously - and everything helped me feel so great. Thank you Estela & Carol for an amazing experience.

Estela is very skilled. She asked me what my preferences were before the massage and checked in with me throughout the massage to see if the pressure was good and how I was feeling. She was able to find the right spots that needed to be worked out and work on those areas in particular. I get massages regularly and this is one of the best massages I have ever had.

Yes-I myself had Lisa. She was on time and ready for us. She was great to have a conversation with while waiting. As we entered the massage room she was very professional. She ask about any problems areas that needs assistance. She started with my feet which was so relaxing and set the tone for the rest of the massage. She also has great pressure throughout the massage. Lisa was by far the best massage therapist I have had, and I have had a lot of massages. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone.

FIVE STARS for sure! I highly recommend Misty’s Elemental massage and particularly Tabatha Adams. I have been impressed w ALL massage therapists here and lately have been seeing Tabatha weekly for chronic issues. Her skill and training in therapeutic medical massage, understanding stretching and varying modalities to treat complex muscle, nerve and painful anatomical nuances are impressive. She is also well-versed in varying Easter and Western relaxation techniques if you want to zen out for a spell. I have chronic piriformis and sciatic issues and feel immediate relief that lasts when treated by Tabatha. Professional staff, easy online booking, and responsive. Thank you!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The atmosphere was very soothing and relaxing. My masseuse Estella was very thorough and worked the areas I needed most attention extremely well. She even found some spots in my shoulder that I did not even know were affecting me. Highly recommend Estella or any of the other staff at Mistys.

ElementsWe did a wonderful couples massage last weekend and will definitely go back after I heal from the DVT found shortly after.The massage therapist, I cant recall her name right now, but starts with E, was extremely knowledgeable and cautious. She gave excellent advice when we came for relief following our motorcycle wreck.Even though we were there post injury, the 90 minutes were quite heavenly.For reference, my husband and I are frequent travelers and have spent much time in different spas. Our experience at elements ranks up near the top of our favorites now.

It was a great experience. I had a prenatal massage done and she hit all my problem areas while keeping me in a safe position for my baby. It was so relaxing I fell asleep for a little bit haha.

Scheduled 2 hours of service, was done in an hour and forty-five minutes. There wasnt good privacy between rooms. I could hear conversations in the room next to me. Im used to having soothing music in the background while getting my massage and missed that. Maybe it was because of conversations going on and I didnt hear it. Lucy was very good in addressing my issues. The rating is related more to the ambiance and length of service ordered than the massage therapist.

My husband and I booked a couples massage for our anniversary with Casey and Estella. They were both amazing. My husband had a pain in his shoulder and Casey worked it right out. Estella and Casey both gave a very relaxing massage. Estella made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage. They even gave it a gift at the end for our anniversary! I would definitely recommend them, you will not be disappointed!

Michelle gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had! The pressure was amazing and really helped loosen up my tense muscles. Wish I lived closer just so I could be a regular customer of hers! This massage made my vacation 100%.

The facility was very clean, Donna was excellent! She listened to my needs and focused more attention on the symptomatic areas, communicating during the massage. The room was very comfortable with lovely music. Overall a very positive experience and I will be going back!

I had a wonderful experience at Mists Element Massage. The shop is located in a nice little boutique with a unique feeling to it. The surroundings are very peaceful. I received my massage from a lovely young lady named Kristin. Kristin was consummate professional and was very attentive to my high stress areas that needed work. After my session I felt rejuvenated and in a much better natural state than when I arrived. I will definitely be returning to Mistys Element Massage and will be asking for Kristin again. I will definitely recommend that you visit!

I have had quite a few massages from all over the world and country and this by far was the best I have had so far. They really paid attention to knots and worked them out perfectly and gave a great massage overall. If you in the area would definitely recommend booking a massage.

Literally THE best massage I have ever gotten!!! My masseuse was Charlene and she was great with the pressure for a traditional Swedish massage. The addition of warm neck and feet towels was great. Now I want to come back to St. Simons Island JUST for a massage at Misty’s Element!

Update: removing a star. After my initial review, Misty finally reached out via phone and email, stating that she felt bad for my experience, that it was unacceptable, that what occurred is not what had been discussed with the therapists, and that she would happily reimburse me for one of the other massages. Admittedly, I was busy and it took me a week to respond (via both email and phone), but Ive not received a follow up response nor have I been reimbursed. Instead, shes changed her original response to defend her therapist. Your mileage may vary, but just be aware that this is how they treat their customers. Live and learn.Original: I recently scheduled four, 90 minute massages for my girlfriend and me - two on a Tuesday (7/6) and then two the following day (7/7). The first two massages were for a Thai massage (for me) and a Cupping massage (for my girlfriend).When we arrived for our first two massages at 10:00 a.m., only my massage therapist (Ashley) was ready. Casey, the therapist assigned to my girlfriend, hadnt arrived. Even though it wasnt her fault, Ashley apologized on behalf of the spa and the other therapist. With no other options, we all agreed that I should proceed with my massage (which was amazing - thank you, Ashley) while my girlfriend waited for Casey.I received a text from my girlfriend, 45 minutes later, that Casey had just arrived and had forgotten the cups for the Cupping massage. My girlfriend suggested that they go ahead and cancel the massage, but Casey offered to give her a massage, free of charge. Casey then proceeded to give her a 30-ish minute, partial Lymphatic massage (which was the massage that was supposed to take place the following day).Upon checking out, Casey apologized and stated that shed spoken with Misty and that theyd agreed that Casey would cover the cost of the 30 minute massage.At no point did Misty contact us or reach out to inquire about the issues we experienced. At the conclusion of the second day of massages, we received a simple text survey; no follow-ups, no discounts, no apologies. Nothing.The following day, my girlfriend was, again, assigned to Casey who, mid-way through the massage, excused herself to go to the restroom. She returned several minutes later and proceeded with the massage.Even after my amazing Thai massage with Ashley, my girlfriends experience made me apprehensive. Thankfully, I was assigned to Estella who was even better than Ashley! She gave me the most incredible Myofascial (deep tissue) massage that Ive ever had. Thank you to both Ashley and Estella for their professionalism and skill.TL;DR - Mistys has some amazing therapists, but be careful who you book. I do not recommend Casey. Should anything go wrong, dont expect the owner to reach out and/or try to remedy the situation at all. If it hadnt been for my girlfriends experiences, Mistys would have easily received a five star review from me.

(Called the number to confirm Im not being charged at 1230) After waiting an hour (1pm) to talk to someone in person, to double confirm Im not getting charged, I was told that the person that would be doing my massage isnt here today after waiting that hour. *Fantastic experience* at the start when coming in. Seen many great reviews but this was really messed up and wasted my time here.

Ashley gave me a wonderful deep tissue massage. I had not had one since before Covid so she had a lot of knots to work out in my upper back and shoulders. She does a fantastic job! I will be back to see her soon when I am in St Simons.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. The spa was easily located and very nice on the inside. Both massage therapists did an excellent job. My wife and I would definitely use them again.

I came for my first massage on my first trip to St. Simons Island and quickly booked my 2nd appointment before leaving! One of the reasons I came back for vacation here is to do the same!!! Misty is the sweetest person! We were so lucky to have found her for our group. She was more than accommodating for every idea I had and requested.We had massages, in a tent on the beach, behind our rental property. She went so far above and beyond my expectations. Charlene does an amazing job with her deep tissue massage. I have been doing deep tissue for over 30 years and have never had anyone work in some of the areas she does. She is incredible!

Great service! was on vacation and needed a last minute prenatal massage for my wife. i emailed her after hours on a friday and she responded within minutes and was able to book an appt. and she was able to answer every question and concern that my wife had about getting a massage while pregnant. would not hesitate to use again!

Before visiting St Simons I began having back pain that was limiting my movement significantly. With minimal movement muscle spasms were frequent and would take my breath away. I was lucky enough to have Tina as my masseuse. She quickly found the trigger point that was causing the pain. I left relaxed and with less pain. Thats not the best part. The next day after driving home from St Simons (about 3 hours) I got home and set about unpacking etc. Not only had the pain gone away but I was able to vacuum the same care that I had trouble getting in and out of just 2 days before. Tina thank you SO much for an amazing massage! Next visit I will be returning for another!

This was incredible. My husband and I went on our honeymoon for a couples massage. They were incredibly nice and the facility was beautiful and calming. They relieved so much tension and even my husband who was very sceptical about doing a womans thing said he enjoyed it and they really worked out some of his muscles.

Not the first time I have been. Every once in a while my lower back muscles tighten to the point that I can barely walk. Both times I have been I have been right as rain within a day or two after. Going to be starting a monthly visit from here on out. Totally worth it and they truly know what they are doing.
