This is the best massage I have ever had. They are skilled, enthusiastic in service and elegant in environment. The background music makes people feel relaxed. I like doing body massage here very much, which can eliminate my fatigue for a week. I will recommend my friends to come here for massage.

Place is clean. First 10 mins was fine. Then the therapist left the room for around 5 mins. Could hear here chatting with her associate, laughing & carrying on. She came back and I told her didn’t like getting cheated. I left and gave her an appropriate $1.00 tip.

Selina will fix you right up! Her technique and strong hands are the best around for miles. The atmosphere is calm, quiet, and most of all clean.

I paid a visit and paid the whole price for a deep tissue massage ($60), the massager rubbed my neck for an entire 10 minutes and leaves 2-3 times during the massage. She demanded $20 tips after I offered her $8 because she said she worked hard and made a scene on the front desk. So unprofessional and rude, nevertheless, greedy and unfair for the customer. Not recommended unless you have a request for your favorite there.

Ive been looking for a good place for massage and found Celina and her staff to create such a welcoming environment. The quality of the service was unexpectedly great and memorable. Definitely going to tell family and friends!

Was injured last summer in a car v motorcycle. I happen to have appointments/meetings in Irvine and the drive back and forth wears me down. And I happen to come across this location and they have been such a great convenience. They’re all detailed oriented and extremely friendly. They prefer a call ahead of time to ensure there’s a therapist available but I’m sure they take walk ins as well. Would recommend if you’re in the area or passing through to your destination. My back lowers legs feel like goo after a session.

Had a very good experience at Royalty Spa. Selina the host/manger provided excellent customer service that is not very common! And massage therapist, Bella provided good quality service. Was very attentive and provided message to my needs, focusing on the areas and applying the right amount of pressure. Highly recommend

Pretty amazing..... Ive been better multiple times and had different therapist and not a complaint about want of them. They are are well trained and do it right. Todays session started a bit rough because I asked for it, but after communication it was resolved and it was great! Dont hesitate to communicate if its too rough or too gentle.

I had a great experience at this massage parlor. Came in with a sore elbow and lower back and Lisa was great. She gave me a massage with a hot stone and felt really relaxed right after. I will definitely recommend Royalty spa and make sure that you ask for Lisa she is great.

I loved this place! My therapist was super active for the whole hour and I feel like she took full advantage of every second. She did a great job of loosening me up after I was in pain from sitting in a conference all week.

This place is 100% a rub and tug. The masseuse was fondling my balls while I was laying on my stomach and wanted me to give her a tip for “more fun”. I left right away

They demand how much tip they receive. I asked for change and was given in return what they wanted not what I asked for. They stole my money. Make sure to take exact change because they wont give you any.
