I really have to leave another review because I think it’s unfair that these guys are getting some bad and untruthful reviews. I just stopped at their store to pick up my online order and guess what??. For those saying their products are expired that’s not true! Check the pictures attached. And yes, they’re located in Orange County! Who says otherwise I guess they really need to learn how to use google (ups,sorry but not sorry!). You guys keep growing your business and the CS outstanding!!

Came there few minutes before closing! Customer service is amazing! They helped me to find some good vapes and also gave me a gift! ( the black one was the gift). I will come back for sure!!!🥰

Im not new to the area but my friend HF said shes been going to this shop for a while. I was surprised they were open so late. They have a large variety of Vapes and merchandise and I got stuck in the store for like 30 minutes just checking everything out. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was reasonably priced so I ended up leaving with more than I expected to get. So nice to be able to walk into a store and the person thats the cashier also knows about the items they sell. Thank you for the great experience I will be back for sure!

Ive been going to Huff Vape since it was on line only and have never been dissatisfied in any way. They are very knowledgeable and have exceeded my expectations in customer service including but not limited to going out of their way to order me a vape I wanted that they didnt have in stock and even shipped it to me. That only happens once and since then I am pleased to say they have always had what I wanted. It is also really convenient that they are open until 2AM! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this vape online shop, and I feel compelled to share my negative review. Not only did I encounter the worst customer service Ive ever experienced, but I also discovered that they are selling expired products.The staffs attitude was nothing short of rude and dismissive. They seemed disinterested in assisting customers and lacked basic courtesy. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism I encountered was astounding.Whats even more concerning is the fact that they are selling almost expired products (they mailed me 2 vapes with less than a month Expiration date). This is not just a careless mistake; its a dangerous practice.Ive also taken the initiative to report this shop to the FDA with proof of their sale of expired items. Its not only unethical but also potentially hazardous to customers health. I strongly advise against ever visiting this establishment. Your safety and overall experience would be better served elsewhere.

Very good customer service they respond right away when you reach out to them and they have lots of flavors compared to other places I have been too. Also, check out their Instagram page they offer great deals if you spend x amount of money.
