Iliana was a delightful Budtender. Very knowledgeable and not bad to look at. She gave me the first time discount and the discount for first online order. Ive also been to the Marino Valley dispensary and Henry was also very knowledgeable and a great guy! The only thing that I dont understand is Marino Valley charges more for the same items I bought at the Santa Ana Marketplace. I highly recommend dealing with Iliana at the Marketplace. I always love coming here! Everyone is nice and really friendly. I always get attended w great outgoing service. Andy helped me out today, they didn’t have what I wanted but he suggested something else so took his word for it. The product ended being just as good as the original thing I get.

Got my Maui wowie(sativa),orange runtz(hybrid), and lime sorbet(indica).With their point rewards program, they also hooked me with a nice 1g vape cart.(Every little bit adds up) plus is always nice to say hi to this beautiful people.I also wanted to update this review to include the awesome Jetty deal(hope to pick it up soon). Don’t be mad at me if I got it wrong, but I think you can stack these deals 🫨🤯(again, I could be wrong, BUT! Very much worth checking out).My world of cannabis is the vibe. I really appreciate the super nice vibe I get from each and every one of the amazing staff. They are super helpful, resourceful and attentive. I bought 1 ounce 1/31/23 of house party littles Grape Ape it looked good but when I got home and opened it smelled like Homegrown and tasted like hay I called immediately and asked if they could exchange it manager said no it happens sometimes i was very upset i wasted my money on bunk smoke i will never return to this place…. Taste Horrible …I bought a .5 gram stizzy the same day and today 2/9/23 over half leaked out now it’s to low to return it must be half full i was told by management I would not recommend buying anything from the market place/mr nice guy..santa ana waste of money…..

Never had any issues at this place to be honest. Products are A1 and so are the staff, Iliana in particular stands out with her positive attitude and bright smile as soon as you walk in. Good ish y’all.

Good prices, terrible service. Ive gone to many dispensaries(licensed and not), and this one had the worst budtender Ive purchased from. He wasnt familiar with the strains, and wasnt knowledgeable about the products, including prerolls. His attitude was I dont care; Im just here type of attitude. I mean, come on, its a dispensary! Youve got to be uplifting and fun; good attitude and knowledge are a must. The security guy was the only person that seemed to have that attitude you can relax and open up around. I recommend coming here for the prices, but Id choose to pick up instead of shopping in or already know what your shopping for before arriving to the dispensary.
