It was my first Time getting in and quite surprised by the have varieties of Vapes they Provide ! Also loved the Customer Service

Walked in the shop a few times. Honestly sucks, I dont ever feel the need to stay in and look around. The customer service is no good there basically isnt any. Id rather go to the shop on segerstrom and Bristol or the one on harbor by the yoshinoya on haster.

Do not buy any products that require charging at this place. I bought a wax pen battery on Friday night for an event, once I attempted to charge the battery did not turn on nor work. I charged the pen overnight and still it did not turn on. I visited the store on Sunday 09/10 to return or exchange it for a different product, given that they sold me a bad product to start with, and the man working at 12 pm was extremely passive, rude and reluctant to be of any help. He stated they had a no return/exchange policy, which is understandable, but the product was already nonfunctional once it was bought. I asked if he could kindly contact the business owner or supervisor to remediate the issue and he was completely unwilling. The individual preferred an unhappy customer over making an effort to fix the issue his store caused in the first place. Make sure you test all your products before you walk out of the store or they will not help you afterwards. Too bad they were not willing to work with the customer.

Their stuff just doesn’t work. Buy the same things at other places and they work just fine. Multiple times. Maybe I’m just unluckySaw him give someone a discount once just cause they were buddy buddy, but when I come back with a defunct product man says “can’t do any discounts don’t even have the option on the machine.”

Spoke with Brandon, he was an absolutely amazing person. Great attention to detail and took his time to explain in great detail everything I wanted to know. Absolutely recommend 10/10. Even gave me some tips on how to shop like a local. REMEBER ASK FOR BRANDON YOU GUYS WILL NOT REGRET IT!!

Absolutely love this vape shop. The man knows his stuff. I love every single juice I have bought from here. Hes very knowledgeable and so kind as well. Love the selection as well. If they dont have it theyll get it for you, and they have done so for myself. A definite 5 star place. Couldnt ask for a better vape shop.

This place was bomb. Word to your mother check this place out. People here are cool, and the prices aren’t too high , nice guy. Promise he wouldn’t gouge me and gave me a straight up dope deal. I’ll be back.

The owner of the shop is really nice. He always goes above and beyond to help me out. Anytime Ive needed a replacement vape or part hes always managed to find me something that works. I highly recommend coming here!

Yeah yeah I just started Vaping and came to the shop my friend frequents. Went in two times to check out what they had, asked questions about the products. Not once did they ever get mad upset or annoyed that O kept asking questions. The seed happy to share their knowledge. My third visit in I walked over to the Bronzed Edition Snowwolf and said Ill take that Mod, got hooked up with some amazing batteries, and got the best prices on the juice, it seemed like all the ones I bought were on sale. All in all 4 100mL bottles the Snowwolf and Batteries still came in under $160 that was well over 1Month ago. I came in here to buy a replacement atomizer. Fairly quick and easy visit. No long wait time regardless of how busy they get. Definitely found my home shop.

These guys are awesome: great recommendations, and if youre a regular theyll do their best to keep your favorite juices in stock. Not gonna lie, the prices are on the high side.. but Im okay paying an extra couple bucks on things if it means keeping this crew around.

Im giving it 5 stars because I like the owners replies to all the cheap customers trying to get free stuff. And because the stupid guy that gave a bad review because he thinks the world revolves around him and wanted this store to make special orders for him. Even after he went else where and got his special juice hes still was calling the shop bothering the staff to make special orders. Ill be visiting this shop in a couple hours and Ill be sure to buy what the have in the store to buy. If they dont have exactly what I want or need Ill go to a different place like all the other peasants down here on this level. Look forward to checking E-Vapor Zone.

Awesome placEdit from 4/9/2021Before when it was e vapor zone it was an awesome shop cool people and awesome owner now thats puffs smoke shop well its even better!!! The employees are awesome knowledgeable and helpful the product choices have grown quite a bit and thats saying something under the current circumstances and the shave of the vape industry in general. Highly recommended will be a customer for a long time!

Than man who awnsered the phone was beyond mean and rude, Ive been having a bad day crying and things have been terrible for me, and I just asked a simple question to the man and he was the rudest person Ive ever talked to. I would never ever recommend coming to this place. I used to go there all the time but I wouldnt not step foot in that toxic negativity ever again. If you want your already awful day ruined more then go here.

Selection and prices are great when it comes to vape juice but when it comes to disposables the mark up is ridiculous. Almost $30 for a bang XXL switch is just unreasonable.

Used to be the only place I would go for V-juice until I realized the pricing was a lot higher then it should be Cuttwood Unicorn Milk they charge $15 for a 15ml bottle down the street next to Target there is a place called The Tobacco Stop Unicorn Milk for 15ml is $8.00 30ml is $15. Also I stopped going here because they stopped carrying my favorite juice Mothers Milk also I like High nicotine 18mg high and asking and getting them to just order me 1 freaking bottle is a freaking joke the employees all of them are incompetent or the owner is preventing them from placing orders cause he doesnt trust them? I dont know, but anyway 2 months ago now I asked one of the employees I guess if he would order me some Unicorn Milk 18mg 30ml bottles a couple of them and he said OK will do! I waited a couple of days to give them a chance to get the order even though most shops can get what ever they order the next day but not E-Vapor Zone nope they need time to order stuff after 2 days I called and nope havent got it yet but Ill make sure the owner orders it for you, FRAK they havent even ordered it yet! So I wait a week even though I have already went elsewhere and guess what nope still dont have but they ill make sure the owner orders it for me. So I wait a month and this was my last call just to see if they got it in yt and same answer no but I will make sure the owner orders that for you. The people on here saying this is the best place they have ever been are either liars or they work or are friends with someone who works there because this store sucks azz.

Love this shop.best costumer service, and has everything for your vaping needs.. juices are on point never fails. Has most of every juice you can think of. Deff will recommend this place.

They sell their Elf bars for 30$ when at any other smoke shop it’s no more than 18$ WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SMOKE SHOPWhy spend 30$ if I could get one for less than 20Edit: it’s not about being able to afford it it’s about selling it for the right price I personally don’t know of any fakes but If you do that just shows that you probably are selling fake ones and selling them for a higher price I mean I get times are tough not everyone is stepping in to your crusty smoke shopTimes are tough I get you have to make money some how

Nice service and a ton of items. More than I expected. They have 3 to 50 mg salt juice. Thats hard to find. Worth the drive from Santa Ana.

I bought two bottles of juice the guy didnt even offer me a bag and a bottle broke and he wouldnt eve give me a discount to buy another bottle never going there again vape DNA is better and better prices

Such a rip off place, they tried to sell me cuttwood unicorn milk for $15 dollars! Costs 12.95 anywhere else!! Would never recommend that place..
