Worst customer service EVER!!! I called at 10:50pm to verify the shop was open until 11. The guy answered and said “yeah we’re open til 11pm”. So when I pulled up at 10:55pm and the door was locked I was a bit confused. The guy screamed “We’re CLOSED!!!!” when he saw me pull on the door. I said “I JUST CALLED YOU!!!!” To which he rudely shrugged and waived me away like I was a nuisance. If the piles of homeless asleep by the door weren’t reason enough to go elsewhere, that exchange certainly was. Horrible staff, limited selection, inflated prices, and the place looked like a dump even before it doubled as a homeless encampment. Countless better options locally, hard pass

U guys are awesome.. actually I love this place.. theyre all so very helpful nd friendly.. u guys actually answer our calls... Me nd my in-laws have been going there its gonna be like 2 or 3 years I think... I know its felt like for ever... U guys are awesome keep up the gud work..

The owner is very nice and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and also well versed in the products. This shop has wide variety of items and has products at any price range. VERY good selection of glass from well known artists. And the prices are phenomenal. Definitely check this place out of you need a good smoke shop.

This dude knows his stuff. Very passionate people working here. Really, really excellent customer service. If youre looking for a cheap price or something more elegant for a higher price, this shop has everything and then some. Quick to negotiate a good price and more than willing to hook you up with a great deal. Would recommend to everyone.

Great experience! This smoke shop is amazing, Dont be fooled by the area. Its extremely clean, fantastic selection and great prices. The staff is very friendly and the owner hooks it up. Went in for a vape and ended up stocking up on vape juices and got the most amazing piece as well. Definitely making this my go to spot.I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Check it out! I contacted Alexander to order my first vape, he actually choose one for me and it is beautiful easy to use especially for a beginner, then they delivered it to me since I dont have a car very quickly. This vape kit will last a long time. I am so happy I called Rootz Smoke Shop they truly are great.

They saved me! Late night emergency run batteries shorted out in my mod, they had batteries available and fully charged. I very much appreciate not running out of nicotine! Good service guys

I specifically made it a point to stop by here solely because of the amazing reviews that this place has. The girl working with the long blonde hair was extremely helpful and helped me pick out a couple things. Their “BLUNTLIFE” Insense that are only a $1 are AMAZING as well. Definitely pick up a couple different scents if you make your way to this part of Santa Ana.

This place is my go to place for my vape needs and glass piece addiction!!! The owner is hands down one of the best business owners I know. he cares about his customers and makes sure they leave happy. Him as well as the rest of the staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they sell, and they have the best selection of glass pieces in all of OC and wide variety of vape juices and all your vape needs and everything is at a great price!!! I highly recommend this smoke shop I guarantee youll leave satisfied and happy

One of the best smoke shops i been to. Alot to choose from. Just got my new electric vape and loquid from here. So happy with it. Sam the owner is a very nice guy. Hooked me with a great deal and gave a free liquid with my vape.Be back soon.

Very nice smoke shop. A lot of choices to choose from with great prices and customer service.I bought my lovely kookah from them. They have a great selection of hookahs and tobacco. They also carry fomari tobacco wich is the best so far.Ill defenitaly be back for more ....
