Tropicanna Dispensary And Weed Delivery

My boyfriend and i stopped by Tropicanna today for the first off of a recommendation from a friend. We were very happy with our visit and already planned to go back next time we needed to pick up. Got a great deal on some house packaged stuff. After smoking a good bit, my boyfriend was breaking down a little more to do when he found a rock in the bag. The rock only weighed half a g, but regardless of how much it weighs, its a very crappy way to do business. We are extremely disappointed and will not be returning as well as our friend.

From the moment we walked in Kevin already made us feel right at home! Roman was the one who helped us out! She was very very attentive to what we were looking for and SUPER patient in answering all our questions! The place has such a smooth vibe, you can be in and out really fast if you’re in a hurry (everyone is really efficient as well)! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience while in Cali! Poor customer service. Very unsafe area (3 armed security guards, theyre nice though) Front desk nothing special. Inside was clean enough. Customers werent that sketchy.As bad as the budtender service is, the vape selection is epic. Not A+, but definitely B+If your not into vaping, go here for the 1st time buyer discount and make your own mind up. But, if your into cartridges, you definitely need to check them out.

The shop vibes is nice. The budtenders seem very nice and respectful so I have nothing against them. BUT, what I do have an issue with is the shop not being transparent about the taxes people will be charged in store.I came here from Evergreen right around the corner because I noticed they have some 710 Labs products in stock. After going on WM and seeing their product, the prices seemed NORMAL, what they would go for at any dispensary AFTER TAXES… but to my surprise, that $171 product turned into $215+ after those crazy tax prices. And to make matters worst, the woman didn’t let me physically see the product so I was unable to see the packaged date which was AUGUST 2023… which isn’t the best sign when it comes to quality of Rosin as it’s not recommended to leave at fridge temps for longer than 2 weeks.EverGreen right around the corner sells 2.5G (MEDICAL ONLY) 710 for only $150 FLAT, no taxes, no hidden fees, etc, AND they accept debit card, unlike Tropicanna that’s cash only which makes it such an inconvenience having to stop at an ATM or pay their $3.50 fee the ATM inside charges.I’d highly recommend people stay away from this Dispo, you can always find a better one that is transparent about pricing.2 stars only because the budtender was nice, also the receptionist

Put my order in through their website with the delivery address included, attempted to make an order, was told by the site the delivery minimum was $50. Added another item to bring my total up. Submitted order. Got a call from Julian (a delivery lead) that my order was under the minimum. I explained that the website told me the minimum was $50 and he indicated it was $75. Can anyone else not see how this is a scam? If your minimum is $75 shouldn’t the website be able to see I’m at the higher minimum location? Despite my attempts at reason he would not comply or give me any customer service. Just a short tone and continued repeating of this “policy”

Dolores informed me about the weekly specials for the store and convinced me that I need to change my visit day so I can benefit better from discounts. I was mistakenly coming in on Saturdays when Sunday through Friday is the best time to come in if you’re trying not to break the bank.

I had a great first time experience here at Tropicana!My partner and I had just left our usual place dissatisfied with their dwindling variety in selections when he remembered Tropicana, a place he had previously visited and was introduced to him by his friend. We got there and they had security and ample parking. We went into the building and the greeting/check in staff was kind and funny. I was intimidated and overwhelmed by their variety in selections at first and went for my usual go to brands. The associate that helped my partner and I, Kevin, was very kind and suggested a new item from the brand I was looking at and I decided to give it a try and can definitely say I love it! He also informed my partner about a sale on the drink he was interested in buying so he got more. The staff in general was informative and kind.The prices and taxes were less than what we’d pay at our usual place so that was a nice surprise as well.Love that they have a first time discount and point system!

Falsely advertised their 420 deals making deals seem better then they were. Went in for the advertised bogo for 2c push carts, waited almost 2 hours in line only to be told they were buy one get a battery XD shady marketing tactics they try and play off by telling you “you should have read the fine print”.How about you properly advertise and not lie to people to get them in the door. Honestly not sure if i’ll be going back. Would rather support a business who doesnt lie to get people inside.

I had a great experience restocking my supplies at Tropicanna with Budtender Elizabeth! She was really helpful, patient, and friendly — she made the (often overwhelming) experience of finding the right products a breeze and very fun. She also made some great recommendations on strains to try and special deals going on that got me a TON of bang for my buck. Tropicanna has become my go-to dispensary because of the quality service like Elizabeth’s. I hope she’s there on my next restock to help with my order!

I want to start off by saying Tropicana dispensary is one of my favorite places to go but what makes it even better is having a budtender who knows their job who likes their job who knows their patients and likes to get to know their patients and goes above and beyond. Mediocre product. Terrible prices and NO DEALS. First time discount was the smallest amount from any dispensary i have ever been too. At the counter I asked for 1/2oz and 1oz. amounts and was presented with sets 1/8th jars as if they were 1/4oz. jars. My bad for not paying attention but shady of the tender not showing me the 1/2 & 1 oz amounts i asked for.Will not ever be returning.

Friendly place, just make sure you have cash.. they don’t take CC and ATM machines where down the day I went, has alot of good stuff, check it out

Always a pleasant experience here. Everyone from the staff to security is always so nice and patient. Nicholas is one of the many workers who is super helpful and will answer any questions you have very sincerely. They never try to sell you the most expensive stuff they actually give you honest opinions on what they like and what they recommend. That is where the patience part comes because I myself had lots of questions and he answered every single one of them very honestly. I love coming here

Really grimy about their discount, unless u tell them about the 25% Weedmaps discount at the counter they won’t apply it. Even if they already mentioned it, even if you go back and tell them. Customer service overall wasn’t very good. And the 50% deal on weed maps also isn’t real

Website is trash. Ive taken a picture of my license 6x and it says it cant see my DOB. Unless youre Ray Charles or Stevie Wonder, you can clearly see the DOB.

My husband orders often and josue is the BEST delivery driver we have ever had. Always a good experience here but josue really went above and beyond, cant appreciate him more working so hard in such bad weather.

Pilar was amazing! I am an Army veteran with lots of back pain and she took the time to explain every edible that will help me feel better. She took into consideration that I am a stay at home mom. She answered every question and after I kept apologizing for so many questions, she reassured me that everything was okay and she didn’t mind at all. She had so much patience for me and didn’t make me feel like i was a bother at all. I truly appreciate people like Pilar. Who makes me feel at home and is just filled with kindness and empathy.
