Ordered Caliburn pods, received an email shortly after from Alvin stating they were out of stock and waiting for a new shipment. I called the shop before i saw this email and spoke to Alvin. He said he’ll take a pod from a new Caliburn box and give that to me for the time being, and once the shipment comes in I can pick up the rest.Six days later, he finally emailed me saying they were back in stock. He’s not in charge of how long shipments take, understandable.I picked them up and saw there were only 3 pods in the box.Now, I would think that a good business owner would just throw in the extra free pod as a courtesy for the long wait. I guess the dollar he made on that single pod was more important to him than keeping a customer.I didn’t say anything because it’s not worth a fuss. I’m not going to give them one star because it wasn’t an egregious error. Just a lack of mindfulness to the customer, I suppose.Otherwise, it’s just a run of the mill vape shop, albeit pretty small. They have the standard products you’d expect at a vape store. Nothing of note there.Based on my experience, it seems the bottom line is more important than the customer, and they will show that through their actions. Shop at your own risk.

I placed a $118 order online, and then emailed customer service requesting tracking information. The company replied that it would be available once the package shipped. Ok, no problem.Three weeks later, after still not receiving my package, I emailed customer service requesting tracking info or a refund. They replied snippily that they send me an email previously regarding the cancelled order, which is actually really funny because I was checking my email extremely frequently for the tracking info and definitely never received any email regarding a cancellation.Im still not sure why the order was cancelled, considering that I did not receive any information from them at any point regarding this matter. The only thing I can think of is that they were expecting some response after telling me when tracking would be available, but I have no idea why asking for tracking would lead them to believe I wanted the order cancelled for any reason.

Just received my first order from VapeShack. Since the in-store sale of flavored juice was outlawed in CA, Ive been forced to buy online. Ive been ordering from another company for a while, but got frustrated by the average 1 week delivery time and expensive shipping cost. Im a heavy vaper, so I didnt like having to worry about running out before my next shipment! I started shopping around and found VapeShack, which is located about 30 minutes from my old source. I emailed to ask about shipping wait time and was surprised to immediately get a response. I was told that orders received by 2pm weekdays went out the same day. I decided to give them a try. I placed my order just before the deadline on Friday and was stunned to have my order by 1pm the following day! Not only that, but I emailed the store several times back and forth before placing my order and always received a fast response. Seems like a wonderful company & theyve definitely earned my future business! Thank you VapeShack.

Received expired pods on multiple orders from this shop. Phix Menthol pods. It cannot be hard to simply check the expiration date prior to shipping but apparently this shop does not. Trying to get replacements is a hassle. Will not order from this place in the future.

MASSIVE selection and the cheapest prices I’ve seen around here. Great customer service! Would highly recommend!

Nice small store owner is a great guy. Small shop with good amount of choices. Needs a sign to let people know youre open . I always enjoy helping out a small business. Working people need to support each other.

Place is a hidden gem. Alvin is awesome and always upfront. Fully stocked and local.

!!SCAM!! Has been holding my money hostage for a month and a half and lied to me about the item not being available. Never spend your hard earned money here.This is not a reputable site!!! Do not trust this site!!!
