Ultra Club

This place is literally a scam. The bartenders pick their own tip if you pay with card. how did i get charged 17 for a vodka cranberry the first time and 19 for a vodka cranberry the second time? my brother bought a ticket online for 25, he gets there and they make him pay 40 more dollars for absolutely no reason. he had a valid ticket. bouncers were rude the entire time for no reason. this place is literally trash. if i can give them zero stars i would.

I had a fantastic time at Ultra on Saturday! The music was top-notch, and the cover charge was reasonable for a venue in the Hamptons. Jess, the bartender, was incredibly friendly, and the bathroom attendant went above and beyond by helping me find my keys. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be returning soon.

If I could give a 0, I would. Disgusting and disrespectful bouncers and “security”. False advertising is their thing, plus tried to guilt trip my friend into feeling bad for informing the security one of their workers is handing out shots to underage kids and then kicking them out for buying them. This place should be shut down. Don’t come if you want to have a good time with no drama.

Went in to see the DJs I wanted, showed up at 11:30 and the bouncers were telling everyone to go home when I bought tickets for the event a month in advance, enough people left the line that I could go to the front and give them my ID and show them my ticket, they didnt even scan the ticket they just looked at the qr code and my ID (no scanners????)with a flashlight and that was it, finally patted down and let in, I went to the booth for ID check and wrist band and they said they were closed for the night, extremely mismanaged, never got a wrist band to buy a drink that night, as soon as the DJs I wanted to see came on about 8 cops came in the club and were asking everyone that looked young for ID, way too many underage girls getting arrested there, they should be shut down, members of the club staff getting these girls drunk, bar was closed after that at around 12:30 never was able to get a drink, the cops pretty much scared everyone away cause after that mess there was about 30 people there, the sound system needs adjustment there are deadzones where the speakers cancel eachother out and the whole thing sounded washed out, the lighting was pretty basic and the LD had very little idea what he was doing, atleast he could keep it on beat. DJs had to end their set early cause there was no people in the club after the town cops scared everyone away and the bouncers scared away the rest, atleast let people wait in line to get in if youre at max capacity, new management and a very little amount of money invested could turn this whole club around, was very dissapointed by the un-professionalism of club staff, bartenders were polite and the bouncers were decent but need proper training/management, advertised there would be a food truck on site, yea its always parked there closed. they didnt even have staff at the exits so people were just pushing open the gate and letting themselves in, how hard is it to have club safety, this club seems like the only reason its open is so the staff can prey upon young girls, AVOID.

I shared my passport photo and my id photo and legal court paper work for my restrictive License and they still denied me. Mike the bouncer is uneducated and stupid. I’m 22 and they still gave me a hard time. Iv never been treated worse by a bouncer. They are such A holes and they let under age people in. Unbelievable tbh. Saw multiple girls talking about having fake ID’s and let them in. mike (black, fat) 5’8,5’9 in no problem but the second I show passport and court paperwork they said no. I say shut the place down. The illigal under age people and the neglect of knowledge of legal paper work is unacceptable. Can’t believe this place still gets service. Oh right, they let underage people in 😂

Came here for a bday celebration. drinks are way cheaper than any club/bar in the hamptons. bartenders are sweet, ask for Jess, she’s the best. overall a great time

Honestly one of the better places in the Hamptons to go and party. They’re open Thurs-Saturdays usually. Drinks are super strong and the music is great. Would come again

Not everyone in our group was 21+ and had wristbands so we were being surrounded the entire night by the security, despite there being a large group of 15/16 year olds. then with no warning the security grabbed one of the people in my party by the shirt and tossed him out of our group since he didn’t buy a bottle (even thought he did not have a wristband and therefore could not). then when i turned to see what had happened the male security guard pushed me down a step and i tripped (i am a girl). multiple security guards also laid hands on multiple members of our group throughout the night with no reasoning and when, POLITELY, asked what the issue was they proceeded to get more aggressive and tried to fight. also an 8 oz redbull was $9 and they didn’t even open it.

Terrible club, bought an $800 table and they wouldn’t stop arguing with us. They took our bottles and drinks from our table at one point, even though there was a lot left, and when I asked for it back, I got aggressively grabbed by security and dragged out. I would do anything to avoid this club.

Charged us $20 for parking, $60 for entrance at 12am and they were already cleaning up. We werent there for more than 5 minutes and asked for our refund & the lady was nasty about it. This is how ultra looks at 12am a total scam

Me and my friend went into this club. The bouncer/security proceeded to pick me and my friend up from the ground and tossed us out for no reason. We are girls and this was completely wrong. Do not recommend.

Bouncers aren’t educated in IDs properly. They thought my ID was fake because I’m from jersey and my license was ‘see through’. Bro I’m 27. Asked if the bouncer could scan it and he said no. I asked if he’d be willing to call a cop to double check my license and he called me a profanity. All this to say I never got in so I have no idea if the place is fun or not. My fellow New Jerseyians, good luck.

Great Venue we Visited Saturday Night!

Avoid at all costs. Went for the Disco Lines event. Paid $40 for a ticket, got to the front of the line at 11:30pm just to be told that they were only letting tables in and to go home. Bouncers looked coked out and were power tripping at every opportunity. Needless to say I left after an hour of them letting no one in and never got a refund.Worst club I’ve ever been to.

Place is trash bunch of underage kids getting in with fakes. Bouncers being paid on the side so they can skip the line. Bought tickets online for no reason they false advertise saying a certain artist are going and delete it.

Horrible service, first time I have gone there I went to a event with no ticket willing to pay at the door but told different prices by 3 staff members ranging 50$ to 80$ for the entrence and a fourth person told me it was free. I even called the club and the guy on the phone didn’t even know the prices. Simple unprofessional and a waste of time.

Spent 50 dollars on a ticket just to not be let in because they overbooked

My girls and I went here for my birthday and we had the BEST time at this club! The bartenders were so nice and made us reallyyy yummy cocktails. Great dancing music, super intimate and lively, and cute guys too ;)

Contacted them via Instagram messenger because there is not a working or correct phone number to reach them on the phone. I asked if the had a DJ tonight because there was no advertisement for the evening posted as of 9 pm and they responded saying yes they did. Their usual door fee is $20 for guys and girls are free until 12am.I let them know we were here on vacation and will make the drive to them and are looking forward to them when we got there the valley approached our truck asking our names in Spanish. We spoke for a minute or two and then he asked if we had ticks. I was confused and said no. At that point I hear people yelling and cursing. The valley got my attention and said well it is $100 entrance fee. We laughed and said no thanks. Many people were leaving just Like us. We found another place that had live music and had a great night. I messaged the owner about our experience and he said the main act is starting soon and to come back. This was at 1:50am and the act everyone paid $100 to see was not even there yet. We declined the offer, but we have never seen such a lack of professionalism like we did tonight. We will most definitely not be returning and it is safe to say many that left like we did. Do not waste your time with this hole in the wall.

First off, the club falsely advertises “ladies in heels free all night.” When you walk up they charge you 20 and say it was only until 12am. Whoever runs their Instagram should correlate with whoever is at the door. Security is friendly however the rest of the staff isn’t. The club is predominantly 18-21 year olds. It’s the same music every weekend, poor and overpriced drinks. Parking is $20 for valet as well as self park. Overall this club isn’t the best.

Bad experience, went out for A friend’s birthday, she lost her phone, i lost my bag here and had little to no help ! Tried to contact all weekend throughout different hours , no answer anywhere and overall unprofessional and not a good place to be unless u want ur belongings to go missing and receive no help to retrieve anything

Spent the night on this club on Jan 15 one of the coldest night. Temperature outside was at 10 F. Inside the club was more colder then outside because they have not heat. I tried to wash my hands at the mens room and they didnt have hot water neither. Terrible experience even after I bought 2 premium bottles. Never comeback.

Best club in the island. Had an amazing night, bartenders were really nice and recommended us some drinks, music is great and met amazing people. Ill definitely come back!!

Club is full of teens. Overpriced, bad music, rude and entitled staff, watered down pricy drinks. Avoid this club, save your $.

False advertising, They will give you a price and then say they messed up and charge you double. Manager very unprofessional tried saying he was in a meeting 12 am .. and it’s small.. crowd not even big , highly DO NOT recommend

Very bad experience, I have never been to a place like this, they are liars, I never went to the group that I thought was going to be there and it was very expensive. The price offers a table for three people, I wanted to charge $750 dollars to sit at a table and it smells bad 👎👎👎👎👎

Very bad experience, we came to see a group that never arrived and the tables closest to us were very expensive and the music they played was useless. I had never been to a nightclub and there were no couples dancing.

Horrible experience. I took my Asian friends to experience Latin music and everything went wrong. These people publish on their networks that they are open until 4 and they closed the place at 2, so empty and bad it was, they had to close.They didnt give us our money back even though we stayed for such a short time. Not to mention the DJ. I think he was playing the music that he listens to when he starts ironing. Now my friends think Latin partying is meh.Dont spend your money here. That place is a nightmare. What a mess. $30 buys more fun somewhere else.
