Went there recently and was looking to buy a couple geek bars since Tuesdays are their sale days. I tried calling their store for over an hour and no one picked up the phone. Went ahead and left since it was after 4 and they didnt get the shipment in which is understandable. Manager told us wed have to come back to get the vapes. We werent able to leave since we had gotten their and it was a distance of a drive. We wait ANOTHER hour and a different employee is there and tells us the manager had to leave for a minute. Doors unlocked and everything. We saw the manager walk to the back of the store so she didnt leave anywhere. That same employee gave me a rude response about a vape I was looking for. I walked out and plan not to return. Dont waste your time and go to wild bills near little Ceasars. They treated me with kindness and patience.

Savannah and Erin are the best. It’s always the best seeing those two, and they always got the best prices! Keep up the good work ladies

Very nice store with a great selection for all smoking needs. The staff is chill, Savannah is very helpful with products and suggestions. Even if they dont have the product you want, their selection is pretty large, so you can find good alternatives. Ive never left empty handed. The new manager seeems to be a big improvement! I always see a clean store, good music and vibes, and they hire good people, keeping the store environment nice. Keep up the good work!

Love this place! the workers are very helpful and friendly and seem knowledgeable about products! erin and savannah have always steered me in the right direction when buying products and i appreciate their honesty and kindness!

This store has improved so much over the last few months! The new manager orders (and tries to keep in stock) any requested items. Staff is super friendly! Store is always clean. Love the veriety of snacks and drinks I can grab on my way to work! They definitely take care of their customers!

I went in and bought not even 40 dollars worth of vapes and such. I gave the manger a 100 and she gave me a a dollar and some change. When I told her that wasnt correct. She said she was the manger and she was right. I called the people above her and they keep giving me different stories on how much she gave me. And told me the manger gave me money that she didnt. So Im out 50 dollars. Do not go here

Literally never have any breeze flavors even though they promote deals on tuesdays for inventory they NEVER HAVE!customer service is AWFUL and you aren’t able to return things even with the receipt and card you payed with. don’t waste your time here go to wild bills or something

3 weeks in a row I go in and they dont have any of the disposable vapes that they have advertised as being on sale but have a abundance available the next day after the sale is done.

Planned on dropping a few hundred dollars until the clerk opened her mouth. She was extremely rude and made me feel like I shouldnt be there. Its cool though, wild bills appreciates me and my business.

Great selection in wherever it is you are in need of, I personally admire that vast cigar selection and the prices of said cigars! I can’t be the only person to always walk in and leave either with nothing or not the thing that I wanted because they seem to have limited inventory. Even down to the smallest things like replacement tips for glass nectar collectors! I guess I can somewhat understand why some of the other higher priced items I look for aren’t in stock but then again I really can’t because my thought process is if you sell the device, shouldn’t you sell replacement accessories for it as well? The people have always been professional but I just can’t get over how lacking the inventory is.

Stopped in today to take a look at their cigar selection. Customer service was top notch the gentleman behind the counter was very polite and respectful. For having just had opened their selection was rather diverse in my opinion. Lots of great beginner sticks as well as sticks for those who prefer a more complex smoke. The guy behind the counter even told me to let him know if I have any recommendations for different brands or specific sticks they should carry. Pricing is on par for our area and I even saw a few that were cheaper than most places I have seen them. They do offer a decent selection of beginner humidors and other cigar accessories such as travel cases, torches, and cutters. It’s very nice and convenient to have a shop like this come to Sparta. Glad to have them around and will definitely be stopping in much more frequently

Im a $200 to $250 a month cigar buyer. I recently switched to Wild Wild West Tobacco in Sparta from Indian River Tobacco for convenience. Until today they were a first class store. Yesterday I bought 5 cigars of a brand that I typically buy. These cigars either did not burn or they would Hotbox right down the middle. I tried to return them. They said Sorry we have a no return policy. Seriously?!! Ill gladly go back to Indian River who always puts the customer first.

I love this place. And the people are great. Most the time. But I hate that sometimes they close before the advertised times. I get this is a small town and it can be dead sometimes. But there has been a few times Ive pulled up 15 or 20 mins before they close for it to be locked and the sign off. Or pulled up just 10 mins before closing to have them shut off the sign and lock the door before I get to it. The people here are super nice except when they want to leave. Lol Unless my smart phone is saying the wrong time compared to the clock in the store. I could understand a little difference...... but it seems to be consistent when going to other places.

They have almost everything. I would go here rather than the Cedar Springs store. I found that many items $1.00 cheaper here.

I bought a new tank for my vape from here today and when I went to put it on my vape it didn’t want to work, will not ever shop here again, maybe I would shop here again if they let me return it or exchange it

Would give it 5 stars but when their products fail less than 12 hrs out the door and they have no return or replace policy, it definitely makes you rethink their customer service skills.

HUGE Shout out to Brando for going above and beyond to find me a receipt for something i purchased 2 months ago at a different Wild West location. Great service and it’s much appreciated 💯

Great selection. It is difficult to walk away with just one smoke. Good prices, and the humidor is set just right.
