Me and my mom Visiting Monroe from NC and flint Michigan… in need of some TLC… OMG 1st off we was late. They still accepted us! When we got there they ushered us straight to our rooms. She started with my head and face hitting all pressure points… long story short I caught myself snoring a few times…the body massage was a perfect tension… the body butter/oil used smelled good and made my skin feel like butter…..this place was so cute… had all types of fashion items for sale as well! I got two cute pairs of earrings when we were leaving… will be back and tell everyone I know to go!!! Don’t go to any other place ask for the owner Sarah!

Katrina is the massage person. I love the atmosphere of the spa. Ms Sara is great with facials too.

No words for this so called pedi! I couldn’t see what they looked like till I stepped outside. It looks like a toddler did them. I took the polish off at home. Jagged, thin and didn’t even get all of my gel polish off before they were painted. Oh my!!!

My friend surprised me with a massage and pedicure.. Catina(I think that was her name) she was THE BEST.. very sweet and respectful. I didn’t feel exposed at all. My modesty was just as important to her than myself. But most of all her hands are POWERFUL! she hit pressure points and worked the soreness and stress out.. so much the I actually feel slightly asleep twice!! The pedicure was nice the lady that did that was very sweet and worked hard on my feet and she too gave a good foot massage.

I’ve been going to n’bliss for many years and I personally have never had a negative experience with any of the staff and services provided for me. The staff have always been very professional and extremely accommodating with scheduling and /or the rescheduling of appointments in order to meet my needs. The building has always been very neat, clean, and well organized, during the times I’ve been there. I have always found it to be a very relaxing and calming environment, in my personal experiences.

When I called to make an appointment Ms. Sarah went out of her way to go back to the shop and call me worth a time for the next day. The facial she gave me was amazing and my skin has never looked better. Im excited to call tomorrow and schedule my much needed massage. If you want the royal treatment call today!

I luv Spa Blue. Best facial Ive ever experienced. Sara and her staff are so friendly. They always ask if youd like some to drink, water or a soft drink. Always make sure you are comfortable. Its so inviting there. I luv the Spa. All the cute clothes, jewelry and gifts. I could spend all day there and be happy. I know Ill be back and soon!

I had a very pleasant experience today. It was my first time here and the massage was definitely bliss. Had the hour and a half full body with high heel and Migraine add on. As well as my eyebrows waxed. I was treated so nicely and my therapist was professional and gave the best massage I have had in Monroe. I will be back.

Wonderful spa experience ! My husband gave me a gift certificate for the works! It couldnt have been any better. The staff couldnt have been any nicer or more professional, along with the relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely frequent this lovely spa, even without a gift certificate !

Please be WARNED!! Booked an appointment, was asked what time we wanted because the day was open. Arrived for our massage to be told they couldn’t get us in. Our appointment was marked in the wrong location so our slot was double booked. Very disappointing! First time we had a babysitter in months and it was for nothing..

Do not under any circumstances give them your credit card information. They charged me for several massages that they never performed due to the power being out and the girls not wanting to do it under those conditions. It’s been a while but I still haven’t forgotten.

Totally rude people on the phone!! so this is my first time ever doing anything like this and i wanted to do a couples massage for our anniversary I have been calling around all morning getting details so I came across this place and called and the lady on the phone was very RUDE! so I asked if they offer couples massage and she stated yes so i ask what all it consist of and her responds was a massage well duh i knew that so i polity told her never mind and thank then hung up! if you would like to get customers maybe you should start with the customer service first!

Please read all reviews on gift certificates. Totally rude people on the phone. I bought a gift certificate over the phone and asked it to be mailed to my daughter. Gave person all information over the phone. Gave my phone number and my daughters. Waited 2 weeks and still no gift certificate. I just called them and asked where the certificate was and the lady was very rude. She said it came back to them. I asked why didnt they call me or my daughter to discuss. She rudely stated we dont do that. I threw all the information away. I said so you dont keep the information I provide, she rudely stated no. I would NOT recommend someone so rude to do business with

Run dont walk from this business! I booked a treatment with them so I could join a friend on her spa day. She had received a gift certificate from her office and wanted to have a girls day. After she called and confirmed her appointment and gave them her gift certificate number all was good until we showed up. She couldnt find the certificate but had already given the certificate number that was verified over the phone. They told her it had to be present to receive services so they wanted her credit card to hold until she could find and bring the certificate in the next day. So even though they knew she had a valid certificate number and all she reluctantly aquienced and decided to give her credit card. They then returned the card by flicking it at her and it landed on the ground. The Manager ran around the desk apologizing and tried to pick it up.But then looked at my friend and said is this YOUR card? my friend very offended said no I stole it in a sarcastic way. Well, friends things went down hill very fast for us then! She was leading me away to treatment room and turned and whispered is your friend always this rude? I was dumbstruck to say the least! Why would she ask me this? It was the height of unprofessionalism and I commenced to ask her why would she ask such a thing? Really? Really? After some very angry world from me, we quickly left. There is no way I would patronize such a place that treats customers in such a disrespectful way. They apparently dont need or want to build up return customers with friendly and respectful service. Avoid at all cost.

I bought my daughter a gift certificate for Christmas. Im out of state so basically went to Yellow Pages and picked a spa. I did not read the reviews and that was my mistake. A woman from the spa called me this morning to explain why they couldnt honor my daughters gift certificate. I spoke with my daughter and she said when she went in the spa and showed them her photocopy of gift certificate they said it had been filled. No other proof than a line thru their copy. Really??? No signature or other form of identification at all. Most of the horrible reviews are for gift certificates. I did call them back about this but noticed after a few comments no one was on the phone. Maybe dropped?? Maybe hung up??? but at least I tried.

I received a two gift certificates for Christmas. One was from my mom who lives out of state. They faxed her a photocopy of the certificate to be able to give to me. Once I arrived at my appointment, they said that one of my gift certificates had already been claimed. They showed me a photocopy of a certificate with a pink line through it and said that proves its been used. They wouldnt honor it. So in other words, with the slash of one pink line they made $50 for doing absolutely nothing. Maybe they should think about asking for identification when people bring in gift certificates. What an easy way to make money...have people pay for certificates and then claim they have already been used when the client comes in to use it. Nobody can prove otherwise. NEVER NEVER use them!!

Where do I start... This by far was one of the best day spas Ive ever been to hands down! When you walk inside its very relaxing as it is inviting. The atmosphere is positive as soon as you come in because Mrs.Sarah is so polite & she greets you as soon as you walk in. I really loved the awesome greet and welcoming she gave me! Just very polite!My masseuse lead me to the back to relax in a secluded area where it was soooo relaxing where she brought me an awesome mirmosa to die for. The room was filled with yummy snacks & water too.When it was my time to get the massage I was well relaxed. If you go PLEASE ask for Ms.Katrina Morrison... She had me relaxed comfortable as well as snoring, LOL!!!! She was so professional and rubbed every bit of stress from my body! Her hands are gods!!I would most definitely reccomend Nbliss spa to ALL of my friends & family, strangers as well as visitors!!! Thank you Nbliss... I will see you in July❤

Sarah is very professional, kind and knows exactly what you need when she does my facials. I’m a regular customer. I go 4x a year for a facial and wouldn’t go anywhere else she has the best in town.

This was a great experience! I think the reason people are saying they are rude is because they don’t talk to you, but that how I like it when I’m getting a massage! They did very well as far as the massage went.

Love the staff, dimly lit relaxing room, and service. They all made me feel at home, were so hospitable, and treated me the entire time I was there. My facial and massage were both amazing.

I had issues using a gift certificate a few years ago... If you tell them you have one, they will tell you they dont have any appointments... If you are lucky enough to get an appointment, when you show up, they will tell you you are an hour late! Extremely rude and unprofessional!!!!

Amazing service my facial was awesome the ladys energy makes the experiance even more enjoyable....I recommend everyone go....way better than massage envy hands down
