Dragon Smoke shop & Phone repair

Went in to get a new screen put on my iPhone 13 a month ago. Paid this shop $180 for a screen that was triple the thickness of my original screen and the dude didn’t even take the time to clean my camera off before putting the new screen on. My pictures are all foggy as hell. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO GET PHONE REPAIRS DONE HERE.

What Im writing about now happened some time back in regards to this review, however remembering it still makes me irritated to this day. I dont care what business you run, if someone walks in and asks a question they dont know the answer to and you happen to know the answer, the one thing you shouldnt do as a business is look at them as if theyre brain damaged and reply in an irritated voice.

I was quoted two different prices for a phone repair and ended up getting charged much higher. I made two trips to the store after they assured me they’d have the correct screen, but they did not. I do not recommend. Waste of time.

The girl who was working today 1/20/2024 on the afternoon shift was so sweet and helpful. I will be coming back just because of her.

Helped me get a hard to find screen protector, friendly service

I was sold a kratom extract pill and after looking it up online from the actual distributors website I was able to deduce that the product they were selling was a fake version of the supplier companies kratom extract pills. The pills were like $50 bucks too. Should’ve done more research before going in the store but I will be reporting it to the company because there’s a place to report people selling fakes of their products on their website

They sold me a torch for 60.00 and it was 20.00 and then when I called to address it I got cursed out and talked down to by Abraham ,there bad business in my opinion ,wanna try to get over on you for small things and dont wanna work nothing out to make things right.

Glad we stopped. The selections are amazing and the owner is so nice and sweet. Definitely found our go to vape place. Forget the gas stations this guy has it all.

Girl behind counter said they do t carry replacement glass at all. What a joke of a vapw store. Youll sell vapes but not keeo any replacement glass?

23.95 for ELFBAR 5000Ridiculous price!!!! Offered military discount but did not give it. Found these at a gas station for 16.99. The lease there must be high, but this was overkill.. Shop online

Great phone repair place. I had a totally crushed Iphone screen and they were able to repair it perfectly. Very friendly and helpful staff.
