By far the best vape shop experience i have had in this town and for that matter best ive had ever! Troy was so helpful in teaching me everything i needed to know and the owners are so nice too! And dont get me started on their prices, they are for sure the lowest with the best product in this town! Thank you so much Elevate!! 😊😊

The staff is always friendly & patient but maybe not always the most knowledgeable. They have always offered a 25% discount for military/first responders on most anything if not everything in the store.. comes in handy when they sell me on a mod then a month later arent selling it or its accessories anymore 🙄 Overall the best vape shop in this area tho imo.

I visited my very favorite vape shop Elevate today, Logan was my person today, I decided to switch to salt-nic and he was so kind and knowledgeable about what needed to be adjusted to my mod, he even changed it out for me, put my new tank and coil in and filled it up with the juice I decided on… I am telling you, if you want the best personal service Elevate is the absolutely best in town!! Love you guys ❤️❤️

Great shop. Some really good juice brands that you cant find anywhere else. The best part about this gem is they have a vape bar you can sit and try all the flavors at your own pace.

So I’m new to vaping. Actually today was my first day. & I COULD NOT have found a better place!! The staff went above and beyond to be patient and teach me everything I needed to know! They didn’t let me leave until I was completely satisfied with my vape & juice! Will now be my go-to vape shop! So very thankful for them! Now I can successfully quit smoking cigarettes! && I also got this SWEEEET vape that they ENGRAVED for me!

BEST VAPE SHOP IN MONROE AND WEST MONROE! i been going there since they opened. owners and employees are awesome. they are also pretty fair with their prices. the owner usually has your back with items to. Wouldnt go anywhere esle in Monroe or West Monroe if i was you.

Fake products, Elfbars work then out the door they messed up . Waste of money. And of course no money back or at least give your customer another one.

This store has been a life saver for my wife! She is suffering from several gastrointestinal problems and the CBD they have helped her with all her problems. She has less pain and less anxiety and as a result takes less pills prescribed by the doctors that didnt really help! If you are having problems try CBD it helps so much! And get it at elevate!

Worst vape shop of all time only had my device for 4 days and stopped working took the device back with the the receipt and was told they couldn’t do anything about it payed way over priced for it 40 bucks for a pod go on line and buy it for 15 bucks wow what a scam

They dont have in house juice here. Good selection on juice 6mg of nicotine. Anything higher nicotine you have to add yourself. You buy the nicotine and add to bottle which was kinda neat.

WAYYY better than E Spot. They are way more knowledgeable and so much more willing to help. On top of that their prices are better than e spot too. I would recommend anyone to go to this place if you want quality service and a friendly experience. Thanks guys!

Im a truck driver and 90% of the time its hard to find a place to pull in and get any products you may need these people are willing to deliver to truck drivers I greatly appreciate them
