Ive been shopping here 5+ years. A little pricey, but worth it. With shipping what it is, they are on par with online stores prices. Plus, you know what youre getting here and you have a team of customer service reps anytime. Highest recommendation.

I frequent this place since it has opened and have always been treated excellent...Beyond any place Ive been in the West Monroe/Monroe Area. Hats off to the employees. They do an excellent job, excellent variety of products & excellent service. Theyre not afraid to sit and talk with you and nobody has been rude, ever. I recommend e-spot vape shop to many peeps & everyone told me the same. They have great service, period, in my experiences. Prices can be a little steep when compared to the prices online but I feel if you are getting all your questions answered and getting to try every product for free with a friendly staff each time, makes it worth it!God Bless.

I stopped at the E Spot at random while driving through Louisiana. The staff was friendly, helpful, and prompt and we had a good conversation. I was very satisfied with my experience here and would recommend it to anyone if I lived in Louisiana. Thanks guys!

Great Staff, Large Selection of Electronic cigarettes, vapors, liquid, equipment, etc... Many great brand name products, as well as many house products/liquids. Overall a great place that is kind of hidden away. A hidden treasure, if you will. lol I enjoy the staff very much and have always felt comfortable and secure when viewing, selecting, and buying anything from the E-Spot Vape Shop!!! :) *Thumbs Up*

Went to west Monroe location today to buy one, got the lil pen one. Told the guy never had any experience with this before. He sets the stuff up on the counter rings it up. He begins to fill it up, I say hey where are you putting that I told you Ive never done this before. He showed me real quick then said, when the battery need charging just pull this out and screw it here. Thats about all you need to know. Have a good day. He flew threw everything and didnt teach me like I shouldve been. Now when you hit it you get the fluid coming out the mouth piece and taste horrid and no vapor. Not a good experience at all. Gonna take mine back and get my money back!

This was a great store. Was driving through to go LSU and needed some stuff. The guy was great. Didnt pressure to buy more stuff then you originally asked for like most shop when you go buy juice they try to get you to buy the whole store. Great place to go and will be seeing my business everytime km near there.

Its a cute little store, they usually have everything I am looking for in juices. They kinnda hurt my feelings with the ICare by ELeaf. It is like once you find a mod that you like from there they discontinue their sales of it. Then you have to buy a whole new one and by the time you need supplies for it they do not carry them any more. The clerks are really informative though.

Great customer service, friendly workers. Got a lot of juices and brands to choose from. You even get to taste test the juices that you way want. They even have CBD products and they work! (Been using CBD for the past several months for my anxiety/depression, and it helps it a lot! Boyfriend uses it for his Turrets ticks, and it helps him too. I get the vape juice form and mix it in with my other vape juice.) If you are new, the staff will happily teach you what you need to know about what you are getting.Whether you have been vaping for a long time or a newbie, this is the place to get your stuff. It will cost a bit (especially if you are just starting out), but its worth the product you get. As the old saying goes You always get what you pay for.

Poorly stocked and incredibly overpriced. They’ll charge you 28 bucks for a bottle of juice you can buy straight from the manufacturer for 16. An 80% markup. Only go here as a last resort.

This is my primary shop as its closest to my home. These folks have been great the entire time Ive been vaping. Never pushy, always willing to help and explain anything you have questions about.

Local, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, usually have all i need, but far more expensive than online stores, i usually spend 3-$400 every visit but you get what you want right then
