Quality light massage, as advertised, and perfect for someone with a high stress job who simply needed a mid day 90 minutes of relaxation.Attentive staff who listened and provided action for any and all of my inquires. This type of staff is hard to find these days and the Westlake ME exceeded my expectations.

Truly the worst massage experience I’ve ever had.. the actual service was terrible, and after repeating several times that I wanted a silent session as I was in dire need of one hour to relax, the employee wouldn’t stop talking about themselves and their life the ENTIRE time even after I stopped responding.. she also referred to the place as the “McDonald’s of massage” waste of my time and money, I will never even consider returning

Serena is the BEST massage therapist I have ever been to. I have never felt more safe and comfortable upon just meeting someone; I struggle with a significant amount of trauma, so that is a gift I don’t take for granted. If you want a massage, Serena is that girl.

Booked an appt for a 1 hour massage. Arrived and waited 15 mins but no one showed up. Apparently, they booked the therapist but she wasn’t actually available or even in the building.As a courtesy they told me they wouldn’t charge me for the service. Really?! I would hope you wouldn’t charge me. They then offered a complimentary enhancement next time - only I won’t be coming back.

The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxing. My therapist Ron is truly the best. I communicate my problem areas and he’s able to work out tension in my muscles. I have a very physical job, so I definitely look forward to getting my massages. I have also recommended Ron to several of my coworkers.

I’ve been a Massage Envy client for years. My regular therapist recently left, but Ann did a great job. She listened to my feedback, was thorough, and left me feeling like a million bucks. I’ll be booking with her again.

Ive been a ME member for years and have been to many Ohio locations but the Westlake Massage Envy location is my main location. Karah is exceptional and I highly recommend her. The quality of the massages are very good and professional, and my health is so much better since Ive been coming here. The staff is very friendly, the appointments are always on time, and the prices are incredible which are also reasons why I keep coming back. There can be a long wait to book so always make sure to book 2 appointments in advance, plus the staff is always happy to put you on a waiting list (and they always follow through if there is an opening!)

Kat is great! She can do real deep tissue and identify my knots and trigger points better than I can. Don’t waste her talent on relaxing massage, let her help to get rid of your back pain.

Danielle is my go-to person. She is kind, polite, friendly, patient, and understanding. She services my disabled daughter, getting her to relax her body and stiffened muscles & joints. My daughter loves it so much that she falls asleep. Danielle is also gentle. Shes the best.

Denasha gave me the best massage of my life. It was raining and cold and my entire body was stiff and hurting when I arrived. She did my neck without getting oil in my hair and gave me a full body massage. I felt like a million bucks when I left, no pain and remained pain free for the rest of the day. She is awesome!

Gordon is amazing at what he does! I’ve been getting massages from him once a month for about three years. I love adding the aromatherapy lotions to my massage just for a little extra relaxation. The building is always clean and welcoming. The girls at front desk are helpful and super sweet. I love coming here!

Ive been a ME member for over 14 yrs. Kat is a full on massage therapist. She listens to my needs and adapts our sessions appropriately. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I always have a good experience at this location. The staff is nice, the facility is clean, and they do a good job. Sabrina is truly an amazing massage therapist. She also explains how to relieve some tension and soreness. I am glad that I chose this place and keep coming back for a reason.

Gordon is amazing! I walk in feeling sore with a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, he has always been able to help me walk out feeling great.

I have seen Kathy E for massage who is totally wonderful, but I started seeing Dani for facials and she is so knowledgeable and always gives great advice for my skin.

Staff is rude, bullies you into changing your appointments or just flat out cancels you, then they steal your accrued massages after make it clear you want to cancel. Bad experience wouldnt recommend anyone to get a membership unless you want to get screwed over out of money and massages. I hopeThe news investigates this fraud of a place

I have enjoyed my overall experience at Massage Envy in Westlake. I have seen massage therapist Dakota for the last 3 months and she has been fabulous. I will definitely continue coming and support this business. Everyone needs a form a relaxation and this is mine.

Lots of Massage Envys but the one in Westlake, OH is the best. Clean, attractive. A great manager (Amanda) values her customers,makes things right, & gets credit for a great desk staff and skilled therapists.Big disappointment at all MEs tho that tables are not padded & heated anymore & no water.

Ron is a kind and talented therapist. He listens and is knowledgeable to help all those aches and pains! I always come out feeling 100% better.

Relaxing Ambiance, Friendly Staff & Quick Response Time! Ive been a Massage Envy member for years! Ive tried multiple locations but in the last year this Westlake location has become my home base! I love the staff there, they always great you with a warm, welcoming smile. My massage therapist Sabrina is my girl! Im sensitive to pain but she works with me and communicates with me to make sure every experience is relaxing and also beneficial!

Greg is the best massage therapist there is! Ive gone to many of them at different places, including chiropractors. No one even comes close to Greg. He has magic fingers. My neighbor referred him to me and had high praises. She didnt even touch the surface. He is wonderful and a very nice person as well!

I’ve been a member for four months and have yet been able to get massage!!!They are always booked two or three weeks out!!! My schedule dose not work that way I’m lucky to schedule two days which I discussed with management before joining and was assured that I would get in!!!! Two locations and nothing is ever available

If you like a deep tissue massage I highly recommend Karah she does an excellent job she’s also pleasant and personable - I get massages roughly once a month from two different massage therapists because I’m old and play sports against ppl 20yrs younger - I consistently prebook to make sure i get her.

Gordon is the best massage therapist I’ve ever gone to. You leave feeling not only more relaxed but physically your body feels repaired.

I’ve finally found an amazing massage therapist at Westlake’s Massage Envy. Christina is a professional who is educated on what she’s doing and knows exactly how to focus in on the needed areas. I’ve had several massages throughout the years but these have been so helpful with my posture and releasing the tension I get in my neck and lower back. Highly recommend Christina!

I took my husband here for his birthday to get a massage. We got a couples room for a one hour massage. We chose a deep tissue full body massage and the therapists were so lazy they did not put any pressure into our backs. I told the lady twice to put more pressure into my back but she did not! It was very poor service. My husband and I were not happy with our experience. We paid $120.00 for our massage and they not do an excellent job. People go waste your money elsewhere because this place is not worth it! They were trying to get us to get a membership. Massage Envy I will NEVER get a membership with you even if you were the very last place in this world that offer massages! You are that horrible.

This place has continued to charge us after we made it clear on several occasions that we wanted our membership canceled. When they finally got back to us after charging us the month prior, we had not used the service at all and they still continued to say they werent going to refund the month before or the current month. Both of which should have never been charged in the first place. I would give 0 stars but it wouldnt let me. Buyers beware !

Kara at massage envy did a great job making me feel comfortable for my second massage, working out kinks in the places specified, and making great recommendations for future visits!

Got a deep tissue massage and they knew it had been a long time since I got a massage. I also let them know I was training for a marathon. They gave no advice on taking it easy for a couple days after. I ran 18 miles the day after the massage and was injured and fully believe the trauma of the massage was a major contribution. DO NOT GO TO MASSAGE ENVY IF YOU ARE TRAINING FOR ANY TYPE OF EVENT!!!!

I DONT HAVE ANYTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS LOCATION AND WILL NEVER RETURN!!! AND I REALLY WANTED TO HAVE SOMETHNG NICE TO SAY :(I surprised my partner with a couples massage at Massage envy after Valentine ’s Day when business would be a little slower. After many stressful weeks with work we were both so excited for a relaxing experience. But that is not what we received. I paid for a 60 minute massage and in return received a 45 minute massage instead. We arrived 30 mins prior, called to say were there and were invited in at the 15 min mark. They were very clear to arrive 15 mins prior. My Mother is a license Massage therapist and own’s a salon as well. Her salon was totally booked and we could not make an appointment with her staff, so we booked with this location. I love the location in Beachwood but could only get in with Westlake.My partner sends me to get a massage often so I know what to expect and my expectations are not unrealistic or too high. But I have never received service like this before. I did not complain in the location because my day was supposed to be romantic. We have been celebrating all weekend and I wasted time and moneyCons:- They asked the same questions 4 times and still did not pay attention to my partners pain in his hip and did not massage it .. HE LEFT IN MORE PAIN THAN HE CAME IN WITH AND THAT BROKE MY HEART BECAUSE THAT WAS THE ENTIRE REASON FOR THE MASSAGE.- The staff Intentionally over communicated to DISTRACT US FROM OUR SERVICE TIME (I arrived at 1:33pm, my appointment was at 2 , they started at 2:10 and ended at 2:55 )- THE CLOCKS IN THE ROOM WERE SET 2 HOURS BEHIND AND OUR START TIME WAS NOT TOLD TO US SO WE TRACKED THE START AND END TIME OURSELVES- When we sat in waiting area, which should remain dim, the manager/ owner looked through the glass to see if we were still there and intentionally opened the door Shinning bright light in our faces so counter conversation could be heard while we should have been mentally preparing to relax-The Massage therapist were giggling amongst themselves during our service-I informed my Massage therapist of my problem areas in the waiting area twice and in the room twice which is very odd , I have had shoulder pain , which I’ve been experiencing pain off and on for weeks and is stiff and she jerked my arm back and forth causing additional pain-The therapist left my leg uncovered while she massaged my foot so I got extremely cold, my feet were freezing so I don’t know how she missed that.. SHE DIDNT EVEN OFFER TO TURN THE HEATING UP ON THE BED SO MY BODY TEMPERATURE COULD CATCH UP- They didn’t talk in a whisper instead at normal volume as though my partner was not in the room which made him upset when I screamed ouch because they massage therapist kept jerking my arm back and forth- The therapist physically turned my head instead of softly asking me to relax and follow or turn to the left or right- They rushed our service as though they did not want us there. I’ve never felt so disrespected before.We were treated better at Five Guys

Came to this massage envy location with my wife for a couples massage. Ended up leaving more stressed then when i arrived. We were not offered a choice of who would provide our massages, the workers seemed to pay no attention to the problem areas i had to list in their ipads they provide for you, whole areas were left untouched, lots of nerve pinching and bone rubbing, felt i was fighting with someone the whole time. I woke this morning to stiffness and pain worse then when i went there in the first place. Ive been massaged before and know its supposed to hurt at times to get knots out....but this was just painfull and not relaxing at all, just wanted it to be over.

Made appt. came to appt. then was asked for a credit card! member of massage envy club. has cc on file to charge every month. very disappointed! Never had this problem with any other massage envy even though didnt sign with this specific salon.

Carollee give a great chemical peel, she is very well informed on her skincare procedures.

They have a habit of using your accumulated hours against you, by not alerting you that your membership is closing and that you have a limited window to use your hours. By obfuscating the information they make you lose out on money you’ve already forked over. They then predatorily coerce you to sign a new contract (really pushing that you sign up for auto renew) at a higher rate each time just to get those hours back that you’d accumulated before.

Rin is great. Massages with appropriate pressure you ask for and does not forget your preferences

Amazing went in with extreme back pain couldnt really move. Natasha the masseuse and very nice and asked what I wanted.
