Massage Heights Crocker Park

Absolutely love Massage Heights at Crocker park! I decided to do something different than a massage and get a facial. The front desk was very helpful and placed me in Fran’s care. Fran suggested we use their brand new organic line and let me tell you I’m hooked! From the luxurious soft foaming cleanser to the blueberry exfoliant, the serum, mask and lip treatment my skin felt amazing however don’t let me forget Fran’s magic hands! Her neck and shoulder massage during my facial put me to sleep! Pics are of the organic line and their cute Valentine’s Day table. Today I visited Massage Heights for the first time and had the best therapeutic massage. My therapist was straight forward focusing on my problem areas and making sure I was comfortable throughout the session. From booking the appointment to closing out the appointment the whole experience was professional, polite and not pushy in regard to purchasing a membership. I will definitely return for another massage and facial.

I was randomly shopping at Crocker Park and decided I would give this place a try. Stefan was my massage therapist and it was one of the best massages I’ve had in the last two years. I prefer deep tissue and a customized approach. The front desk staff were young girls that were very unprofessional and gossiping as I attempted to wait and unwind a bit in the lobby before my service.The entire place was very clean and decorated beautifully.

I had an hour facial and an hour massage. Very relaxing. The girls were so nice. I could go there everyday. It was absolutely wonderful.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. My massage expert explained the entire procedure and asked me for my individual preferences. The massage session was wonderful and the hour went by way too fast. I’m definitely looking forward to returning to Massage Heights very soon.

I have had great experiences with Gabriela for facials & Amber for massages. Gabriela has helped me to address the problem areas on my face by suggesting treatments & products to use. Amber finds, and remembers, the spots on my neck, shoulders, & hips that are continual problems due to chronic arthritis. By seeing Amber & treating those areas, it has helped with my chronic migraines! I highly recommend both of these therapists at Massage Heights-Crocker Park.

We’ve been members for over a year and they cancelled my husband and my massage less than 3 hours before we were supposed to come for a couples massage. They already had to change out one of the massage therapists bc she’s “no longer there” and then they call us back and cancel completely. They’re totally unreliable and ruined what was supposed to be a nice date for our anniversary. This is the third therapist we’ve heard of who isn’t there any more which is a little suspect

This review is long overdue. I love this location! I have a monthly membership and from the moment I walk in the door I feel welcomed and valued. The front desk staff are so kind and my massage therapist is truly the best. I almost want to gatekeep her, but I won’t. Sam is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. She takes a holistic approach and I always leave feeling completely renewed and taken care of.

As a member I make it a point to exercise my flexibility of the membership. Today was my 1X to the Crocker Park Location.I was put in Great Hands w/ Fran. She was Professional, Precise w/Meeting My Specific Needs and Passionate About Her Quality of Service. Definitely Recommend Her.Lisa at the front desk was a pleasant, pleasure. She showed my around the retail area and was very informative of the benefits of the various offerings available.

If I could give more stars I would. Everyone there and the overall experience was perfect. My massage therapist was way too good, she deserves a promotion. She was respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and just overall amazing. She definitely has a loyal client with me. Amazing place and vibe, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I plan to become a member after I come back to Ohio next year.

I love Massage Heights. I was introduced to them at a young age and became hooked ever since! I have a monthly membership with them and I can say have the best customer service. The workers are always pleasant and the services they provide are top tier. 100% recommend if you need a massage, facial, foot scrub, or just a day of self pampering! 😊👍🏾

Ive been a member for almost 2 years and can say that the staff are always friendly. The therapists have all been great. They do have tiers, so some therapists have an upcharge, and their cancelation policy is reasonable though its not fun to have to pay a fee if you have to cancel unexpectedly. Thankfully it is a rare occurrence. Their online booking is great!

Truly an amazing experience! I went for a couples massage and my boyfriend and I couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful our session was. Tony and Ryan were spectacular and made the time there comfortable and relaxing. The front desk was so helpful and while we were in the waiting area you could see how friendly the specialists were to their clients and how happy everyone was when leaving. This is the best I’ve felt in a while and we will definitely be back soon!

I had a fantastic visit at Massage Heights Crocker Park from the moment that I walked in the door. Its also worth noting that it was a fully booked day but I didnt feel rushed. The facility was clean, staff immediately greeted me and everyone was professional. This was my first experience with a male therapist so I was a little nervous but David exceeded my expectations and made me feel comfortable as soon as he walked me back. He was intuitive and listened to my concerns and areas that I wanted to focus on. I felt great and will be back. I also want to add that I was NOT pressured into signing up for a membership. It was conversational and not pitchy.

I’ve been a member at Massage Heights Crocker Park for almost 4 years, through pregnancy and postpartum. I’ve seen many Massage Therapists and most have been excellent, some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. I love the online scheduling, makes it so easy to schedule, change or cancel. Sometimes, however, I accidentally book myself with a higher level therapist that requires a higher charge. They always call to confirm I want this, which I don’t, but it should be more transparent during the online booking process. The rooms are very clean, everyone is professional, the place is quiet with relaxing music & scents. The only other downside is that there has been turnover, just when I find someone I really like, I feel they are t around for more than 6 months, so that has been a little frustrating. But I always find someone new who is great.

They asked for me to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did to fill out forms. My massage was supposed to start at 2p.m. and I finally got called in at 2:07. I checked the clock on the wall and my massage started at 2:11. My massage ended at 2:50. I ordered a 60 minute massage and got 39 minutes. Do the math. Why ask to arrive early if you cant supply a masseuse at scheduled time? Too many forms to fill out. Credit card holds, subpar massage. Unfair timing. Overpriced. Aka I paid $85 for 39 minutes. Take your money and time to another business. Wont come back ever. 0 stars.

Booking the appointment was easy and everyone was so kind.. Gabriella did an excellent job. She made me feel comfortable applied the perfect amount of pressure. The atmosphere and temperature in the room was great as well. I would definitely recommend.

Tony is amazing! He is so knowledgeable and caring. The best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I had been suffering with hip and groin muscle pain for weeks. He knew exactly what I needed. Stretching and massage combined and I feel like a new person. No more pain. I highly recommend this place and if you’re lucky enough to book with Tony- do it!

Called and scheduled a couples massage, and clearly the girl scheduling the appointment was well aware that it was a couples appointment needed not only because I told her it was male and female but also because she repeated appointment times for availability for couples only; being “Sunday was many open slots for couples.” Upon arrival and completing the long application, two girls came out to give me and my fiancé separate rooms and advised the couple room is occupied. also added they did not have us on schedule for couples but offered us to wait 30 minutes for an available room for couples which would have total an hours wait. I was no longer in a mood for a massage with these folks.Say the least we left. Not sure why I returned there anyways because they are also known for double charging your credit cards then you have to go through the hassle of reporting them to the cc company.

Therapist did a great job but they do not do the whole 60 minutes. You will only get a 50 minute massage

UPDATEAfter stating that I did not have a good experience, I was able to talk to the manager, Laura, who was very nice, wasnt rude, and listened to my concerns. She made sure I was taken care of. Great customer service! If you ever happen to have an issue of any kind, Laura will make sure she does her best to make it right. Very professional and approachable. Looking forward to going back and giving it another shot.

I had a massage scheduled for August 11th at 5pm. I had a doctors appt and chemo infusion earlier in the day and the chemo nurses were very busy and my doctor appt ran longer than usual. I called MH and told them I would be running late. They said no problem. I finally got out of my infusion at 5pm and that is when the weather turned into very high winds and heavy heavy rain. I then decided to call and cancel my massage all together because of the weather and as I was already running late I would not be able to walk in basically a tornado. The woman I spoke to was very nice and understanding and even said they had just lost power. I was even able to reschedule to the next day. I do have a monthly membership with MH. So the next day I go for my massage and that was awesome and my therapist was amazing. I had asked about the day before and if I had been charged for my appt. The two women at the front desk continued to tell me how I have a contract and I even had to have them look in my log to see the notes from the day before. They were very cold and unprofessional about the circumstances as to why I cancelled my appt. I said the person I talked to last night said she would talk to a manger and said “oh we just lost power”.The woman at MH with the blonde hair and who wears sunglasses inside of the place said “you have a contract with us and that is policy and everyone else here in the books were able to make it in for their appts”. I don’t care about the $ it’s the principle and how you treat people. I told them my chemo infusion ran later and then the bad weather hit. They basically said they didn’t care and said well your contract states….They just kept saying “your contract”. So needless to say after my “contract” is over I will never rebook or refer anyone to Massage Heights. Again my massage therapist was amazing and that experience was very pleasant!

Currently best massage therapists are Tony and Gabby, best facial I have ever received today is from Gabriella she is from Italy. If you have ever had a stroke that has affected your face she will help with this. Thanks to all of the staff for all of the stress relief you provide.

I have never had nothing but great messages from here. Three or four months into my contract my message therapist left the company who I personally preferred. I was recommended to a therapist who was awful. My next visit I received a much better therapist but nothing like what I was use to. The 30 mile drive was no longer worth the while. So, I sent in an email and left a voicemail to cancel my contract when covid-19 happened so that I wouldn’t be charged in month 13. It happened again. Now I am upset. Hopefully; a manager will read this and call me back. If not, I will file a dispute with my bank because I have made my 12 payments. I want out.

I have alot of massages in my life from a variety of people. Courtney is by far the best in the buisness. I highly recommend requesting her for your massage. Extremely knowledgeable and attentive to your problem areas. Cant speak highly enough about her massages.

The staff are friendly and I cannot say enough good things about my service provider. SeAna is such a talented esthetician and her service is unparalleled. She not only goes above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable but she ensures that she tailors your experience to meet your skincare goals based on your feedback and whats most realistic and best for you. I only book with her and even signed up for a membership because of how much I have trust her guidance and service. My skin has come a long way and is only getting better with time and continued treatment. Thank you, SeSe.

By and large, one of the best massages I’ve had! Ryan was so knowledgeable, kind, and extremely talented. The front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly. I have been to several Massage Heights locations, and Crocker is one of my favorites!

Always an awesome experience. Ive been multiple times, always to a different therapist (whoever is available because I wait until the last minute) and they are all awesome. Very relaxing. Also received one facial which was great and purchased wonderful Demalogica products.

Had an excellent massage today with Kaylee!! It was a much needed last minute appointment and she was kind enough to squeeze me in. Kaylee had great pressure and was very attentive to the areas that needed extra attention. I highly recommend her!!

The massages are lovely, but after your first one they pressure you into signing up for a subscription that you supposedly can freeze or cancel any time, so theres no pressure. Big surprise - you cant cancel until youve made at least six payments, and theres a fee associated with freezing your account.They either cant or wont refund money that was withdrawn from your card AFTER freezing your account. They wont allow you to freeze without giving them a good reason and paying their freeze fees.When you go in to use your credits that they wont refund, those credits dont apply to the gratuity that the massage therapists really do deserve - they work hard and do good work. But if you want them to have it, youll be expected to pay more out of pocket for a service you tried to cancel and avoid paying for in the first place.Overall, not worth it. Dont waste your money.

I always have a wonderful experience at Massage Heights, Crocker Park. The environment is always very calm and relaxing, and the massage is always great, no matter who I’m scheduled with.

Ive gone to Massage heights crocker park and westgate several times and yesterday was a really poor experience. I was looking for a relaxation massage and they told me there was a February promo going on, so I accepted it. My appt. was at 7, I didnt get taken back until 7:15, massage didnt start until 7:25 and the massage was done by 8:05. Not to mention, I told the lady I had terrible neck/head pain which is why I went and when I kept squirming around, she told me to relax and I told her it was too hard of pressure and a sigh came out of her as if I was inconveniencing her from saying she was pressing to hard. The overall massage itself was just not like the other good ones I had experienced at Massage Heights before.

The LCs were very pleasant and welcoming. This retreat is very clean and inviting as you walk in the lobby. I have had a massage from both Cory and Heather. Both therapists have provided a wonderful massage and demonstrated stretching techniques to help prevent further issues.

Good customer service and great massages. BUT office functions are horrible! Signed a six month contract 12 months was entered. Kept getting charged after several calls. Finally charges stopped and was told we need to come in to obtain paid services because money was not refunded. When i did come in, I was told there was a timeframe I needed to use credits and I had to pay for this service. Front desk called manager who magically didnt answer until a call was places in the back office. I did receive the credit but will not be going back or recommending this place. Will go somewhere else.

Location was bright and inviting. Front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Tina and Mary were great massage therapists for my wife and I. Would be glad to come back again if were in the area!

When I called to make the appointment with Amanda I was told that I would get the 59.99 promotion. Then, when I went for my appointment I ask again if I will get the 59.99 promotion and I was told yes. However, I was charged $129 instead with no consideration. Front desk has no customer service skills. They tricked you in signing up for membership. Dont sign up its very hard to cancel.

Annalise is great! Glad I took care of payment and tip prior to session. Its busy at the top of the hour w ppl coming/going.....that also causes sessions to possibly be shorted also. Thats not on the massotherapists...theyre amazing 5 star !

April is the best massage therapist in the business. Her wealth of knowledge and ability to work out problem spots is amazing. Always leave feeling refreshed and repaired.

Massage was just ok. They ended the session 10 minutes early and used the excuse that me being a few minutes late and another client being scheduled right after me was the reasoning. So I paid 50 for about 35 minutes of massage.

Do NOT get roped into signing up for a 6 month or 12 month agreement. If you move or need to cancel for any reason, they will give you a very difficult time. I moved away from Bay Village after 2 months of membership and wanted to cancel my 6 month agreement because I dont live near Crocker Park anymore. I was told that they would switch my account over to a 3 month, charging me for 1 additional month and cancel it out. On month 4 I was still being charged. I called them back and then they said that they would switch it to 3 months, but would have to charge me another $39.99 enrollment fee. Unbelievably slimy business practices!! Stay away from this business.

The staff is so horrendously rude. I can’t fathom how the front desk ladies speak to paying customers. This is a reflection on the franchisee owner, absolutely disgraceful. Get this awfully ran franchise out of the beloved Crocker park.

Today was my first time there, vrmery friendly staff, my massage therapist Alyssa was amazing I definitely would recommend her to anyone that needs a deep tissue. I will be back!
