Iv had 2 massages with Miranda who is absolutely amazing! She does an amazing massage with the perfect pressure for my skin and body! Miranda is very polite and soft spoken and made for enjoyable massages. Looking forward to my next one!Front Staff is always very polite, well mannered and helpful!

Leaving a review to give the receptionist, Shelby, some well deserved recognition. I had a 2 hour massage get cancelled on me next week, so I called in to figure out when I could get in. 25 minutes and a lot of questions later, I had my next 3 months (5 massages) booked, and a few things cleared up. Ive had a fair share of experiences with receptionists seeming annoyed or not taking the time they could to help. Shelby was patient, funny, friendly, and super helpful. Wanted to make sure she got a well earned shout out. Thank you!!

James was kind and attentive. He used time wisely to hit all the areas I asked to focus on which I really appreciated. He applied the perfect amount of pressure and I didnt leave the table feeling sore, even though I had some areas of tension in my back. To the contrary, I almost fell asleep multiple times, which is unusual for me, and felt like I floated off the table. I highly recommend his services. Thank you, James.

Really enjoy my Massage Envy membership. The spa is clean, quiet and comfortable. James is absolutely amazing! He works the spots that you need without any pain and is so polite and respectful. I look forward to my massage with him every month!

All of the therapists have been great and really take the time to listen to you so that they can treat the necessary areas. Front desk staff is always warm and greeting as well. My most recent visit was with Kelsey and she was fabulous. After my session, I immediately made multiple future appointments with her. Highly recommend!

I was delighted to see Miranda! She literally took my pains away! I went in there with an aching back and neck, due to prior injuries from a car accident and I told her what areas were of concern to me. She did some medium to deep pressure massage techniques, which I felt would help with my issue. I’m telling you, I got up from that massage and pain free. I appreciated the service. It was everything! The ladies were all courteous. The ambiance was calm and clean… serene. I’m so happy with my experience.

Kelsey is the absolute BEST! From my first session with her back in July to now, she as been amazing with helping my back and body aches. I was nervous at first about getting a massage due to my back surgery, but Kelsey made me feel super comfortable and has been great with my back. When we met for every massage she always asks what problem areas I have going on and is sure to focus on them. I would never want anyone else to touch my back other than Kelsey! She rocks!Also, the location is awesome, everyone is super friendly. The building is clean and relaxing. I definitely recommend this location and Kelsey!!!

Treated myself to a birthday massage and facial yesterday and couldnt have been more pleased with my experience. I arrived a little early and was asked to wait in the tranquility room which was surprisingly calming. I definitely recommend arriving early to spend a few minutes in here. For me, it was a great way to transition from my hectic day into the Im getting a massage so I better relax mind set. My massage therapist, Gary, was very friendly and accomidating regarding my pressure requests. Great massage. Following Gary, I met with Julia for a facial. Id never had a facial before and she very kindly answered my 100 questions about what she was applying and skin care products in general. It also didnt hurt that she told me my skin looked like I was in my late 20s early 30s. Since I was turning 38 that day, it definitely made me feel good. Was she being honest or just flattering? Who knows! But I felt good inside and out when I left. Definitely helped make my birthday memorable. The whole experience was so nice, Im already booked for another afternoon in a month. 5 stars. Clean facility, friendly staff, very relaxing, totally worth it.

The staff was very nice and welcoming they. I went to get a facial yesterday and I was pleased with my experience. Julia was the one doing my facial and she made sure I understood everything and was very polite. I enjoyed myself and would go again.

Absolutely NOT what I expected for the Stretch Session at the Westminster, MD location. I am a dance teacher and aerobics instructor, the stretching I did with my students immensely supersedes the half hour (????) of stretch I received and paid for. I have a fractured vertebrae and thought thi stretching with Spa Envy might be therapeutic for healing. It was a tiny band-aid!!Very disappointed. I am surely considering dropping my membership. This plus untrained employees at the Nottingham, MD location as well as the DIFFICULTY in even getting an appointment leads to advanced dissatisfaction!I also forwarded a credit to my son-in-law to receive a massage for his Christmas present. Very confusing for him as to how to use it. One location says one thing about how to use it, the other location has another method. On top of that, yet again, he can’t get an appointment!!! Quite embarrassing for me since it was a gift!!Well, I finally have an appointment today at the Westminster location. My first time since I moved here. They had a cancellation. So….. we shall see how it goes,I do believe a refund is in order.As a side note, a person working in my house since I moved here told me he had a very bad experience at the Westminster location. His skin was burning for several days after his massage. He felt that a majority of the employees were not very experienced.An FYI.

Miranda was amazing. I was visiting the area for the holidays, called in to get a same day appointment.They said we are booked up but will call you if a therapist wants an extra appointment,Received a call back within half hour from Miranda saying she will perform a massage at 4pm.The massage was incredible. She was professional, friendly and very attentive to my needs.

When signing up on line. They ask what kind of massage. “Deep tissue” massage. Was the selection I made on line. In the consultation, I was very specific about what hurt, showed exactly where.When in the massage, so much oil was used, hardly any firm pressure could be used. Asked a few times to go harder. Barely increased the pressure. I don’t think was was getting any therapeutic value. Might as well have rubbed oil on my neck and smacked my back side and said have a nice day.I won’t say the name of the Person l, I don’t want to be specific and ruin tips or future bookings. But I was really hoping for a good deep Theraputic massage.When I said I wasn’t happy. Asked if it was a Deep tissue Massuse and if maybe I had been confused on my initial selection. I was then told, “it is customized”. Of course it is. But, when someone asks for deep tissue, then asks for harder pressure repeatedly, Doesn’t get a peep from the Massuse the entire time. Almost mute... Tbh barely spoke. Hard to give more than 3 stars. I’m being generous because the front desk was polite, and at least the person did a full 50 mins.Seems like if you don’t do any of their “upgrade” stuff they give a lot less care. Of course I still tipped 15%. Might as well have shredded 150$ in cash today. What the heck? Maybe show some enjoyment in you job? Respond to a customers request? Truly disappointed. Won’t suggest to anyone I know

Pam is a wonderful massage therapist. She is kind, considerate and does her job well. I went there yesterday and when shes done, I left very satisfied. She loosened the tight tension on the muscles on my hips and I felt like a new person. I was loose and relaxed. Thank you, Pam and God bless.The staff were also attentive, friendly and very helpful.

Great experience with Stephen B. Appreciate his experience and knowledge of the NRT technique to reset the nervous system to release muscles from tension and pain in seconds. Calves and thighs were hurting due to a strenuous hike. Felt so much improvement in minutes without going through the usual pain from a kneading massage. Highly recommend and will book again. I had an amazing massage session with Pam yesterday afternoon, and then got the best nights sleep Ive had in ages last night. I cant wait to work with her again!Also, I have had services at several Massage Envy locations during the 10+ years Ive been a member. While Ive never had a bad experience, I love how this particular location seems to go above and beyond the company norms to publicly recognize, support and show appreciation for their employees... its really refreshing to see such positivity!

I love this Massage Envy location. I have been going there for about three years if not longer. The staff members are always friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and they clean the room as soon as you’re done. Chloe is the absolute best! I almost hate to say that, she’s already hard to get booked because she’s very good and cares that you had a good experience. The staff there have always made me feel like they do care that you had a good experience.

My massage was great. James was very professional and informative. It was my first massage and very relaxing, I pretty much fell asleep lol.. I didn’t know there was different pressure levels & he matched the pressure to the level I was comfortable with. Definitely recommend. All the staff was friendly, the place was clean and comfortable.

Sarah was awesome. She found the spot in my shoulder and although 1 session cant fix many years of pain etc I walked out after my massage invigorated and in much less pain. Sarah communicated prior to and after as to my concerns and it was nice being treated like a friend not just a customer. Thank you Sarah and staff for a great experience and I will be back..

I treated myself to a massage for my birthday! I haven’t had one in about 2 years! James did an excellent job!! He was extremely professional, ensured I was comfortable, asked questions regarding my problem areas, and was gentle when applying pressure. Miranda performed a geriatric massage on my mother and she could not have been more pleased. My mom said she had the right touch, was gentle with her, and showed genuine concern for her well-being. I would definitely recommend Miranda to anyone looking for a relaxing massage.

I had a great massage yesterday. James was very professional. Had me walking out of the office with a smile on my face as my body hasnt been that relaxed in a long time! My only regret was not making the massage a longer session!

This was my first visit to massage envy. The muscles and tendons around my hip were jacked up and I was in a lot of pain. I called Saturday to make an appointment and was able to get in to see Pam on Monday. Pam was very knowledgeable concerning the underlying causes and ways to relieve the pain I was experiencing. Pam is a very skilled therapist and I immediately felt relief once she worked on the area. The next day I felt much better. I feel like I’m finally healing. Thank you Pam!

My wife booked us a couples massage. As someone who hasnt really done that before, I was nervous about it my first time. The staff put me at ease. They ask lots of questions about what parts you are comfortable with them working on. They make things very relaxed and they are very professional. Today was our second time back, and Ill probably go again when we want to treat ourselves. Great experience.

I recently tried using 2 different therapists. Sydney and Miranda are both excellent ! 2 different styles but amazing ladies. Sydney is terrific at both stretch therapy and massage. I was super surprised how much the stretch helped my body. Then having Sydney for massage was really incredible as well.Miranda knew exactly what my body needed for the ultimate massage. I really like this place. The people at the front desk are always friendly and helpful, and Gary is a great masseuse. He really listens to what is going on with you and targets the areas that you need. I have sciatica and he has been great in trying to manage that pain. I highly recommend both the facility and the people that work there.

I booked a Massage and 30 min stretch with Steve Y. followed with my first ever facial with Kristen. I absolutely loved the services I wish Id booked the longer sessions. They both were very professional, kind and made me comfortable right off. The stretch and massage was so relaxing and my first facial was amazing my skin felt so soft and I looked refreshed after. I will definitely be back.

Carrie was absolutely a dream come true!I work on a computer all day and always have stress knots. I frequently get massages and am always trying to find someone to consistently go to. She asked questions and communicated very well. She was attentive to all my areas and hit every tension spot...and more! Carrie was amazing. I requested deep tissue and even though it was painful, it was just what I wanted. I ended up being so relaxed and had zero knots. I purchased a membership and I can’t wait to go back! Miranda really does an amazing job at loosening me up and has given me a lot of help to mitigate my day to day tension.Without her help I wouldn’t be able to maintain my activity level very long.Continued: Yesterday I went in with my shoulder almost frozen. Miranda suggested a little theragun time. Today I’m a little sore but I have full range of motion back!She’s awesome and listens to what your needs are.

Stephen is extremely knowledgeable and explains things very well. I have many issues with pain and stiffness from head to toe. I walked out with much of my pain gone and walking was easier as my stiffness was greatly reduced also. I will be getting a membership there to improve my self care and the quality of daily life.

I recently got a full body massage with James. He was very effective in treating my problem areas and was able to give a firm massage without causing any extra discomfort. I am looking forward to seeing him again soon for help with chronic lower back pain.

Had a wonderful massage with my massage therapist Carrie. She was literally perfect at her job. Just the right amount of small talk, professionalism, pressure and advisement. I would highly recommend this Massage Envy location and also Carrie. I will most definitely be back!

Gary is AMAZING! I’ve been working with him for awhile. He is professional, considerate and really gets to know you, offers advice for stretching, etc. I always feel so much better. I have bad posture and hold my stress in my neck and shoulders. He loosens those tight muscles really well and helps me out a lot. It’s well worth the time to give yourself self care and relaxation. 100% all the time with Gary!

This was my first prenatal massage at 32 weeks pregnant. I was blown away at how comfortable and relaxed the whole thing was considering I’ve been super uncomfortable these last few weeks of pregnancy. Pam was amazing and made me feel comfortable too, even in “awkward” positions since I can’t lay on my belly! My body felt great after, and still does next day. Highly recommend and very satisfied (: I hope to be able to have at least one more before my delivery!

Waking up the day after a massage with less pain than you had before is a beautiful thing. I told James all my concerns and problems that were lingering post an injury and he worked his magic. Great communication throughout the massage. But please don’t request him! He is already so booked up and I am going to need more follow up appointments. 😂😂🤣

Miranda gives an incredible massage. She adjusts the pressure from deep tissue, medium firmness to light soothing massage dependent on my varying needs for each session. I always leave feeling refreshed from Miranda’s excellent massage.

Kelsey is amazing! She has been able to use her incredible skills to work out all the painful knots in my neck and shoulders. It has taken time and commitment. I didn’t believe I would truly get relief but gave it a try. I’m so glad I listened to her advice and came every 2 weeks until I got results. I feel so much better. Miranda was exceptional. Unfortunately she gets booked up fast so I can’t get another massage with her until September.

Chloe…She does a spectacular job! I’ve been going to her for some time now, she’s very thorough and focused on detail of what things you need and areas to work on. She’s has various pressures and can pretty much curtail your experience to what you want. Trust me, you’ll feel much better when you walk away.

Julia was great, very knowledgeable was able to answer all my questions. The only issue I had is with the table you lay on, it is painful for me to lay flat, a table that can raise the upper part of your body, like a recliner would be a lot more comfortable for people who have back issues. Again, Julia was wonderful!!

Erika at the Westminster, MD location is fantastic! I’ve seen her twice now and have already booked my 3rd appointment with her. Just the sight of her leaves me feeling more relaxed. She’s gracious, kind and a highly skilled and responsive therapist. I would highly recommend her, but fear she’ll get too busy to see me:-)

On the morning of Feb. 14th, I called Massage Envy to make a massage appointment for ANY available time that day. Full disclosure—-I’ve had several massages in the past at various spas, but I went to Massage Envy only because it was convenient—it’s not a spa that I’d frequent. Luckily, the 5 pm slot was available and I secured the time. I had to choose between two providers. I didn’t know either, but I chose James because the name sounded strong🤷🏽‍♀️. I waited in the Tranquility Room for James. A tall, muscular man entered—his name was fitting! Once James escorted me to my private room, he asked all the necessary and probing questions. I was in a great deal of pain on my left side—my arm, shoulder, neck and glute; I just wanted him to relieve the stress. My experience with James was so gratifying and pleasing. James was thorough, cautious and very deliberate in his technique. I WILL return and ONLY get a massage by James. I typically do not take the time to write reviews, but James was so polite and professional. He genuinely wanted to release all my discomfort and he succeeded.I’ll see you next month, James!!

I’ve been going to massage envy once a month over the last few years and I always see Miranda. Miranda is the best and I recommend her to everyone! She books up fast because she’s so good, therefore make an appinemt sooner than later!

I go to Massage Envy about every 3 weeks. I always see Kelsey. She knows my issues and how to work on them so I feel better when I leave. The facility is always clean and well staffed, and the staff is very friendly. I ALWAYS book with Kelsey !!

Ive been getting massages from Kelsey since the COVID mandates were lifted and she has always done a fantastic job. She works hard to meet my need and is very considerate about pressure. She is pleasant and easy to tell her my needs or when pressure too much.

Kristen is an excellent esthetician!! Knowledgeable, friendly, great touch!!Erica was just wonderful! She went in with warm hands with the massage and was able to adjust the pressure as I needed, that’s what I look for in a great massage and she fully delivered!!

Ive been going to this Massage Envy for almost a year, and I wish Id started years ago! Ive seen the same therapist, Jess, each time. She is terrific; always listens to what my needs are each visit, and she just the deep tissue massage I need. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing; the tranquility room is a peaceful place to relax before my massage. Not that I ever wait there very long; Jess is always right on time!

This location always has friendly staff as well as massage therapists. James is one of my favourites and is great at asking what you are looking to get addressed, listening, and then applying great technique to relieve any aches and pains. I highly recommend booking a massage with him.

Customer service is horrible I work in healthcare and due to a possible COVID exposure I cancelled my appointment as a precaution to protect the therapist there and was still charged a fee, because they were unable to book another client for the therapist! The shop doesnt open until 9am which was my scheduled time so I called as early as I could getting off of a night shift and because no one answered I left a message. Never again.

Westminsters Massage Envy is the most friendly location. Could it be that its in the country? Maybe, but regardless, I will only give my business to this location because Kelsey B is here!!!! Ive been seeing Steve B. for 8 years and recently just followed him from the Frederick Massage Envy to the Westminster location. Hes a unicorn thearapist with a wide range of massage techniques that have been super effective for me for stress reduction and relieving painful tension. Ive never left a session without a significant improvement in movement and mood. Go see Steve!

Ive been a member for a few yrs and I absolutely love it here. I see Kelsey and Steve Yankee and yes he is a man please dont allow that stereotype to effect your choices there Iam a female in my 40s both wonderful!! Both are very professional, kind, on time, and give an amazing massage. Steve never once has ever made me feel any type of way getting a massage from a man as Ive never understood why so many woman refuse massages there from men. He and Kelsey both are amazing people and give the most amazing professional massages Ive ever had. I actually come about once a week for a 90 min massage and worth every penny. The front desk staff is wonderful too, the place definitely has it together. Always organized always on top of things, kind, clean, and everyone follows the Covid rules if anyone is worried, dont be they all wear masks clean and disinfect after every patient. If you are looking for a place give this one a chance, you wont regret it.

I see Kelsey for every massage. She knows where all my aches and pains are and does her best to get rid of them for me. To be sure I can get in with her I’d schedule way in advance, I think I’m scheduled up till June now

I had a stretching and massage with Miranda. She was very good. I usually like firm pressure; however, this day, I could only tolerate medium. Miranda applies just the right amount of pressure. She also provided me stretches I could do at home.

I went to Massage Envy Westminster for being extremely sore after a snowboarding trip. Miranda was perfect, maximized my 60 minute time frame, and made me feel so relaxed and so much better! Highly recommend!

Calvin, Kelsey, Steve Y are all amazing. Calvin is the best with communication and making you feel at ease. Kelsey is phenomenal with the body. Stretches, injuries, health conditions? Doesnt matter, she can work with it. Steve is hilarious and has great health and wellness tips.

I had a deep tissue massage with Miranda and she helped relieve some built up tension that resulted in a couple muscle knots in my shoulders and neck. I felt great after my appointment was finished.

McKenzi was professional while being personable and clearly knowledgeable regarding skin care. I was hesitant at first to book a facial but my experience was so enjoyable I will be getting facials with McKenzi on a regular basis. I have no reservations recommending the Massage Envy team.

Gary gave me a very therapeutic, relaxing massage. I’ve been carrying my purse to heavy on one side and felt a strain/dull pain in my shoulders. After my nap my shoulder and lower back feels so relieved. The stretching was AMAZING!! Thank Gary!!

They do a good job here. The staff is friendly. It might take you a couple tries to find a good therapist especially if you are looking for a deeper massage or someone who knows about sports injuries. Keep in mind it is a franchise so they will try to up sell you every time. When calculating your costs make sure to include what you intend to tip. Great solution for those that are looking for basic massages.

Paid for a full body massage and only received a long foot/ leg massage. I can’t recommend this place.

Ive visited Texas Roadhouse several timesI went fir my birthday in May of 2022. I ordered the catfish dinner. The restaurant hadnt had it on the menu for quite some time. Im sorry to say it was terrible it was over cooked and over battered they advertise it as being lightly battered but it was anything but that. I recommend that you not order that not unless you like over battered and over cooked catfish. Other than that the rest of the menu is great.

I have been coming here for almost three years and I love it. I go to James or Steve B. and I always leave better than when I arrived. The service and professionalism is wonderful and this location is VERY clean. I highly recommend this place if you want a good massage. Ask for James or Steve B!

Massage Envy is my favorite place! I’ve been suffering with Migraines for a years. The past few months have been the worse. I have had 4 massages since the beginning of November with James at the Westminster,Md Massage Envy and he is fantastic. Never makes me feel uncomfortable. And cares about how it’s helping you.

Masseuse talked way too much. Not relaxing at all. I recommend on your intake form putting a question that says Do you prefer chatting with your masseuse or silence. I didnt want to be rude but it was not relaxing with him constantly talking. Just my opinion.

Another great experience with Kelsey at Massage Envy Westminster - tried aromatherapy and used a gift card to extend my session, so worth it!! Would highly recommend this location and Kelsey specifically, she is the best!

I was interviewed for a training position after about 3 weeks I reached out since I didnt hear back to find out if I was selected or not, the lady informed me that I had been selected for the program, she was sorry she thought she had contacted me, but must have forgotten. She had me sign the paper work and told me I had 15 days from the date signed to make my first payment towards my tuition and to pay for the back ground check. I said okay and told her I would make the tuition payment on March 1st which still gave me 3 days until the dead line, but she could go ahead and charge me now for the background check so that it was taken care of. She said okay she would take care of it. March 1st came and I realized my background check payment still hadnt been deducted so I called to make my payment and kept receiving voicemail, I emailed to see who could take my payment since the other lady was out that day just to be told the spots were filled and I could no longer have my spot. I asked why I still had 3 days to my deadline and noone communicated to me that my spot could be taken and she told me because they lady that was taking care of my payment didnt know thatinformation, which made no sense. I had already adjusted my schedule to start training and work for them just for them to pull this, the lack of communication was very unprofessional and highly disappointing.

Another wonderful massage at Massage Envy in Westminster Maryland. Kelsey did an excellent job working out all the kinks in all my sore muscles. She hit all the right spots and applied just the right pressure to release tight muscles.

Steve B is one of the only massage therapists Ive been able to find who can really give a good deep tissue massage. Super friendly and gets the job done on those knots!

Me and my wife got massages one Thursday. We were both pretty happy with them. They hand you a paper at the end mentioning areas to focus next time which I thought would be cool but mine just said pay for a longer massage to relax more.

I dont even know the lady I got ( I think Mel) but they told me to go early 30 mins appointment was at 130pm got there at 1. Filled the tablet out and sat there until 1:36 I told the lady that I would like hips lower back and shoulders/neck done. I had to tell her 5x NOT to go in the one spot and where was her favorite place to go? That one spot I asked her NOT TO. I had to also ask and tell her to go on on my hips/lower back in which she only did one side my right side. Literally the WORST massage I have ever had.At least my significant other enjoyed his massage. Expecially for $140.00.

Only a completely clueless idiot would go to this place to get a massage. i have never used a franchise or chain for things like massage. unfortunately, being in the middle of no where of a rural county of MD, i was left with little choice but calling this place today. first, took the woman (chantelle?) forever to tell me that there is no one who could offer deep tissue massage (let alone trigger point or acupressure) 4 or event 5 days from today (coming thursday or friday) as the two women she had only do light to medium pressure (umm... really? first time i heard such thing after having been getting massages regularly around the world!) then i was told that the only woman who is capable of proper deep tissue massage had only availability at 2 pm on tuesday. ok, fine, i took it. and in passing, the woman told me they charge $100 for an one hour massage. LMAO. even ritz carlton or JW marriott does not charge that kind of rate. (now since it would be my first time, it would be only $60) that was around noon today. just now (7 pm) i got a VM from the same woman asking me to give her CC number to secure a spot. whaaa??!! a second never heard of. i called her back and promptly canceled the appt. like i said, only a dumba$$ would go to this place for a massage.
