My go to shop for all things vape. Great staff, always helpful. Took a friend in there to help him quit smoking and he enjoyed his experience so much that he took another friend of ours in and convinced him to also quit smoking. Huge flavor selection with multiple strength nicotine choices. Great tasting bar so you can find the flavor thats right. Also, they have a rewards program for customers that come back!

Where do I leave a review for the online store? Need to share that because, honestly it was less than stellar. However, Ive always had a good experience going directly into their stores. That would be my recommendation following my recent online purchase, avoid going online and go to the store. If you live far away, probably best to shop elsewhere. Really unfortunate that they dont have any stores closer to York and even the Hanover store is nearly an hour away....its hard to find a decent vape shop.Also, if yall are going to sell mods online, maybe try telling people if they dont come with a battery!

We visited the Westminster location for the first time and had a great experience. George walked us through the whole process and assisted in picking the best CBD potency for us. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and offered us an additional discount. We will definitely return to this location not only for their products but also for the amazing customer service. Their website is very easy to navigate and their store location is great.

Lifetime warranty is B.S. Purchased a Segelei Mod and now screen is broke, sold with a Lifetime warranty was never told I need receipt, never had any issues with this company til now, and because it does not have there logo on it, they refuse to replace it. There warranty policy Changed and now will not help a loyal customer. was told we will try to help you, and then 48 hours later theres nothing we can do. Complete Joke!!!! If anyone needs any recommendations for Mods please go see Dawn at Victory Vapors, I went there after having issues with SS vape and she was amazing!!! I would gladly put 300.00 into them over SS vape who has poor customer service.

Love this store, all of the staff take good care of me when I visit. Replacing burnt out coils, getting me set up with an awesome mod and tons of flavors of vape juice that I love. I visit at least once a week now even if I dont need anything just to check in see whats new and socialize with everyone who works here

Went on a rampage looking for a very specific flavor. Hit every vape shop in the area. Ss vape has the best customer service and a very good selection of flavors to choose from. I will recommend them to anybody i know in the area. Keep up the good work ss vape!

Im the type of person who doesnt give a... About customer service and selection. I just get something that works and I get out. Hell, I dont like giving reviews.... The staff is very helpful, and they will sample any juice you want. They also carry a variety of vaporizer mods and ss vape brand equipment that carries a lifetime guarantee.
