The infrared sauna in incredibly effective at removing lead and other heavy metals and toxins which we all get exposed to in our modern age. I have very high lead which is being currently mobilized out utilizing the infrared sauna 3x weekly. LOOK AT THE TOWEL!!! That is my after-sauna sweat and the toxins coming out of my pores during the sauna. This was the most seen in 6 months but other results were close.Restore Therapy Spa is exactly what the name says- they are helping restore my heath, well being, and peace of mind.

I saw Dr. Jaing for a 45- minute dry needling session and he was amazing! He was very business-like, yet so very friendly. He would put anyone at ease, especially if it was their first dry needling session. He is very knowledgeable and his expertise is awesome! I will go back to him!!

My wife used Restore Therapy Spa for a 3-month wellness program that was tailored to her individually. It include wellness coaching, diet suggestions, cryo therapy, sauna, and some different shots and IVs. I went here for a cryo session myself. their staff is very pleasant and their equipment is cutting edge. This is the kind of place to turn to when you wellness journey needs a kick start.

This place is the BEST! I was seven months pregnant and had pelvis alignment issues. I was going to physical therapist who specialized in prenatal care. The only thing that helped me? Massages from Katie at Restore Therapy Spa! She was super attentive and intuitive to what was going on with my body. She found the muscles that were giving me the misalignment and got them all stretched out. I had to tell the physical therapist what Katie was doing so she could replicate it to help me during our sessions but it still wasn’t the same pain relief! I got turned on to this place from friends who got me a gift card and I can’t say enough good about it. Highly recommend.

Dry needling with Dr.Ann gave me instant relief from an 8 hour migraine. Mine typically last 12-16 and up to 48 hours hours so needless to save I was thrilled and relieved. So many muscles that have been stiff for years loosened up to a degree that seems unreal after only my first session. I’m writing this review the next day and the muscles still feel exceptionally loose compared to what I’m used to. Can’t say enough good things about this treatment. If you suffer from tension migraines or headaches you are doing yourself a disservice by not booking right away.The wellness center was very clean relaxing and smelled amazing as soon as I walked in. And staff was very friendly. I arrived about 10 mins early for my appointment and was taken back for my treatment right on time.

It was my second time there...first time getting a massage. The first time was ladies night and it was so much fun. I was able to try out different modalities that they have available there. I tried Stretch Therapy for the first time a few weeks ago. My knees have been bothering me since I started Hap-Ki-Do a few months ago and I needed some relief. I booked a session with Tabetha before one of the classes. What a difference it made for that class and the last few weeks! Tabetha is knowledgeable, professional, kind and puts you at ease. This was my first time utilizing a spa service. You can tell the Restore Spa staff cares about the individual theyre treating. Last week I tried Stretch Therapy for the first time. We have a farm and my back was really giving me a fit. Tabetha is an amazing therapist, kind, supportive and informative. She talked me through the process and it helped me immensely. I came out looser and way less pain since! I slept comfortably this whole week without pain in the morning! What a difference! Cara was an excellent massage therapist; she listened and targeted the areas I mentioned, I added on a foot scrub ... so glad I did (so relaxing). I have already booked a return visit. I highly recommend this practice.Update: Just had my second lymphatic massage with Cara ... I have definitely noticed a change in my swelling (water retention). I also tried the Balancer Pro (Half-hour - lower/legs) ... an interesting experience. Personally, I prefer the personal touch, but my daughter loves it. It was effective.

This was my first experience with Stretch Therapy! Tabetha provided a relaxing, comfortable, individualized and professional session. As an avid equestrian, my hips are always tight and achy. After 30 minutes, I felt much better and slept more comfortably that evening. Even the next day, still moving better. Planning my next visit. Thank you Tabetha.

I did a massage with Jessica. Oh my goodness. Best experience i have ever had with a massage. It felt amazing, and we ended up chatting the entire time. She helped me set realistic goals for my wellness journey, which not every place will do. It was overall a fantastic experience. Will use this place again!

Each of the many different treatments Ive had over the 2 years of membership ( a great deal btw) have been beneficial, relaxing and fun.I experienced another wonderful treatment with new hire Jaclyn yesterday. Jaclyn is a very professional esthetician with a great personality. Her easy style and skill were evident and much appreciated.I highly recommend Jaclyn for all of the treatments she specializes in!

I had a stretch therapy session with Tabetha a few weeks ago. I really want to work on my flexability in my legs for yoga. Tabetha was great! Not only did she take the time to move slowly through each part of my legs, but she gave me stretches to do myself at home to work on in between sessions. I cant wait for my next session with her!

First time there. The spa was very nice and everyone was professional and extremely nice. My daughter and I each bought the lymphatic package and split it up between 2 days. Even though the staff member that was suppose to do my body scrub called out they made other arrangements to accommodate me.We definitely plan on returning for more services.

Wow! I have been fighting with scarring and capsular contraction after my mastectomy and reconstruction. Dr. Ann provided me the most relief I have had since this all started 21/2 years ago. This was my first treatment with dry needling and 24 hours later I cant believe the results. She and her staff are very welcoming and great listeners. I finally feel like my pain is on the way down and my function is on the way back up. Thank you.

Just had my first massage with Cara at Restore Therapy Spa. She is incredible and I highly recommend her. The entire staff was extremely friendly, and it is a wonderful atmosphere.

I have never been to a spa at all. A gf of mine got me a gift card and three of us signed up for the ladies night. Everyone was super nice and explained each of the treatments we got. I was super nervous at first but by the time I left I wanted to come back.

Tabetha May did an amazing job stretching me. I had horrible pain in my hip and had pain bearing weight on my right leg. After my stretch therapy I was able to walk up the steps again!!! Will definitely see her again.

I have been seeing Ann for dry needling for several months. She is professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I go weeks now without pain! I highly recommend dry needling for those suffering from chronic pain. The spa is beautiful and the staff are very welcoming.

I’ve had several different services here in the past couple of years. I’m always very happy with my visit. The staff is nice and they are giving. They have a nice snack bar and beverage bar. I recommend a 60 minute massage with deep tissue and hot stones.

Beth was AMAZING. I was very hesitant at first to get my eyebrows microbladed because I have never done anything like this before in my life. All my life I had very thin and small eyebrows and needed help bad!!After researching for what seemed like months, I came across Beths portfolio and page through Restore Therapy Spa. Making an appointment was easy and she followed up instantly with a confirmation and the pricing, and we was all set to go!I live about an hour and half away from the office but it was a nice drive and well worth it. The inside décor and feeling was so relaxing. I did not have to wait long for her to finish up her previous client, but I was fine with whatever because she sat me in this room with a massaging chair/foot stool. It was awesome.The whole procedure went smooth. She made sure that I loved everything (the shape, color choice, and thickness) before doing the actual microblading. It did not take long at all. We talked about any and everything and she made me feel comfortable.When I was finished she gave me all the after care directions and instructions and we made my 6 week check up. Any questions that I had thought of she easily answered me right away though emails/texts. My eyebrows were a little dark at first but they lightened up within 2 weeks.I returned for my 6 week appt and has my retouch completed. We added a little shading and more microblading. They are even more perfect now! I am so happy with them. I always recommend Beth at Restore Therapy to anyone who asks where I got them done. Thank you Beth!!

Services are great however operations need a little tweaking. I didn’t want to rate low based on my 3 visits and am considering returning but need to understand the services more. Consultation was disappointing- I was handed brochures to read- the same info I read online prior to booking a consultation, when I asked a question the paragraph describing the treatment was pointed to; however, I decided on a package, which was loaded into my profile incorrectly so ended up paying for my services and the package took all 3 visits to get corrected. Initial visit I was asked to add gratuity; second visit I was left wondering between treatment rooms uncertain if I was supposed to start the room myself or not; 3rd visit I was taken off the treatment device before the device was fully deflated then told to take my time but the room door was left wide open (glad I had shorts on!).The business walls are beyond relaxing and the services are so beneficial, I hope the community learns more about the wonderful services but it will take the tweaking of operations and customer service to support the benefits of the services.

I was really excited to come here , booked a few services. Was very disappointed, while the body scrub and technician were fantastic, the facility was disappointing. Getting a great long body scrub , nice and relaxing followed by an ice cold shower , zero hot water and a manager that could care less absolutely ruined the experience . Not sure who wants an ice cold shower after a massage but it takes your breath away and tenses your entire body right back up (let alone absolutely miserable). It was so cold I couldnt get all of the scrub off , and had to drive home covered in it which got all over my clothes and car. I did bring it to the attention of the tech, and the manager directly after, and before I left . They said I just didnt let it run long enough (let it run for at-least 7 mins ) , the manager went back with me in an attempt to prove me wrong. After me letting it run, a shower , and another 10 minutes of her letting the water run , still zero hot water . She called it luke warm at best, shrugged her shoulders, said she would look into it and walked away. I understand sometimes things break, I get it . Its how the situation was accusatory and dismissive, that Management could care less, is why ill go somewhere else in the future and have cancelled my package.

First off Id just like to say that my latest visit was my first and definitely not my last. There are so many options here that it literally makes my head spin. My initial visit was solely for the CryoTherapy chamber due to running+age= sore knees. After 3 minutes in -307°F cooling vapor I felt revitalized, my knees didnt hurt anymore as well as other parts of my body that I didnt think hurt before, felt amazing afterwards and hours after as well. Just my two cents.I would also like to comment on the staff. Im not going to just assume 98% women come to this spa, but I was treated as family. All the ladies there were so nice and accommodating. Would totally recommend!

Doctor Ann has her technique down to absolutely perfect. I do squeak a little during the procedure but I know when she is finished my pain will be alleviated. I do not want pain medication. This works for my body. I have been her patient four years. Took some time off because of the Covid arriving in the United States. Now I am back for monthly maintenance. This hidden gem is the place. Modern, comfy and discreet with all the services you want. Staff is fabulous, welcoming and knowledgeable. My drive over an hour to get here is worth the travel time for the satisfaction of knowing my experience will be awesome. You will not be disappointed.

Run do not walk but Run from this place! They deleted my previous review after their terrible so called massage therapist Myra gave me the worst massage ever. She scratched my neck and I had to stop the massage because she was completely awful. She was petting me and not doing an actual deep tissue. Their awful General manager David reached out to me by email tried to make things “ fair” by making me pay $45 for 30 minutes and after I sent them a picture of my neck that was all scratched up and provided my phone number, they never called back or responded. This business has the absolute worst customer service and instead of trying to see why they could do better or what happened they deleted my previous review. I have worked in the spa industry for 16 years and practice massage as well and have never been treated this horrible by a so called “ spa”. The owner needs to be aware of the kind of service they provide and it’s no good. I will never go back here again and would not ever recommend this place to anyone.

I HIGHLY recommend Restore Therapy! I just left my second visit with Ann Edwards for a dry needling session for major issues with my neck, shoulders, and back, and she is a miracle worker! After finding all of the knots and locked up muscles, I finished off the session with a cryotherapy session that made everything feel even better! If you are having any sore muscle issues, you owe it to yourself to make an appointment!Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Recd the express facial (Osmosis). Nice experience. I purchased the Osmosis gentle cleanse and moisturizer that smells like limes. I have red, dry, itchy skin. ( Roseca). Hoping this corrects my issues. Kerly was very accommodating. They offer other treatments which I plan to explore. Thank you ladies!

I went last week during the first week of November and stayed for the 2 night 3 day package. I left a day early, because I was very unhappy with the overall experience from my room to my services. My room was off the road that was so noisy from traffic and extremely hot. Couldnt do a think about it because there is no one you can speak with after 7 p.m. Terrible! My room was a makeshift bedroom that was really an office. My bathroom was adjacent to the front desk. Very weird! Im not even sure if there was a shower. I could go and on The services.. I did the Bio Mat - Which was no different that the massage chair at Planet Fitness. I left a day early. I never heard from Manager or Owner. I was the only guest staying there on those days. You think they would have been more concerned with my departure. I didnt hear a thing. Dont waste your money on this establishment. Go somewhere else..

Ann has helped me many, many times with Dry Needling. I believe she has fixed my shoulder, hips, feet, and back pain. This has helped me to avoid taking medications and getting cortisone shots. I would recommend Ann for all of your aches and pains. I have sent at least 10 people to Ann and all of them are grateful for the relief they have received. The spa is so clean and inviting and the staff are all helpful.

Fantastic Deep Tissue Massage- Overworking on computer had created knots and have been in pain for weeks- ! Cara (1/2 hr) and Elizabeth (1 hr) brought great relief! I will be returning!

Do not work for this spa, they do not pay you. I don’t know if this business is doing so poorly that they can’t afford to pay their employees for the days they worked for them. After advertising their pay started at $35hr, quickly finding out we were making less and $12hr. After confronting management they had nothing to say or counter offer. They have an extremely high turn over rate. After resigning, I never once saw a check. After calling multiple times and emailing I never received a response for months after working for weeks and 10+ hours. I finally got a response and they are only willing to possibly pay me for 2 days ! This company is a joke just like their treatments.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly! I experienced the spa package which allowed me to receive multiple treatments. My favorite thing has been the facials and massages. I definitely reccomened trying this out!

Ive been going to Ann and Restore for over a year now, and have shown great progess with her and Dry Needling. Ive also done Cryo and Infra-red Suanas. All equipment and rooms are very clean. Everyone is kind and professional.

I did the infrared sauna when I went for my first experience. I went it tense. My shoulders and back was knotted up from everyday stress I encounter. After I left I felt so much relief from the sauna. I honestly can’t wait to go back.

Dr. Edwards is one of the most professional and well educated physical therapist I have ever known. I injured my shoulder in a car accident three years ago. Within a few weeks of treatment I am able to do things with that shoulder that I have NOT been able to do since my accident. I am forever indebted and extremely fortunate to have received Dr. Edwards dry - needling technique. I am a medical professional, and without the treatments I have received from Dr. Edwards I would not be able to practice my art to level I currently do. She is extremely professional and she has the best people skills I have ever encountered. I HIGHLY recommend her treatment to anyone of any age and health status. Very professional and friendly. Our son had a severe quad injury from playing sport’s and they spent the time with him to evaluate his pain level and prescribe a protocol to compliment his PT rehab. This included Cyrotherapy, Biomat, and Infrared sauna. There is no question in our mind or our orthopedic surgeon that taking advantage of these services accelerated his recovery time.

Dry needling has been a life saver for my back and body. Dr. Edward’s is the best, I always feel so much better after treatment.

I went to Restore during their Fall special. I did the Biomat and that was the greatest experience. I felt so relaxed afterwards. It was so needed. I also used the salt room which was also very relaxing. I will definitely be returning to try some of the other services offered.

This is a great office with a great staff. I was lucky to be able to try cryotherapy, normatec, and the infrared sauna during an open house. This is the only place in the surrounding area that is currently offering cryotherapy. They offer full body cryotherapy. Check their Facebook often for specials!
