This place is really really cool. The staff is awesome and the selection is insane.Gotta be honest though, I really think most stuff is about 30% over priced.Its ok though, If you buy something nice youll only need to do it once.

I may have found my favorite employee today after a few months as a regular customer. Everyone is always amazing here. But today...cant remember the name but blue nails, nose ring, blonde hair and chicken wing lover.. I think you may be my all time favorite. I sincerely thank you for your help today. I been settling not knowing what to pick but today is the first day someone recommended something mixed with knowledge that I just recently learned and Im genuinely excited. Thanks a bunch

I went to Sunny Daze on 7/21 around 830ish. I was helped by Marcos. He was above and beyond AMAZING. He answered all the million questions I had about vapes, and was showing me a ton of options so I could pick the best one and have all the features I was looking for. He also talked about replacement parts, told me how to use it, how to refill it, how to replace parts, and went over about the watts and temps to use it on for which coil. He really took his time with me even though it was about an hour before close. When I got done, he even told me to browse the store if I wanted, that there was plenty of time and not to rush. Not only did he provide expert advice, helped me select an amazing vape, but he also didnt rush me. He was AWESOME! I ended up with a vape I love, replacement parts, and a couple new glass pieces for my collection. I ended up having to go back the next day, because I dropped my vape and thought i broke it. I was helped by Nemo that day, and he was also PHENOMENAL as well. He looked it over and said it was fine, but also took time to get me a replacement pod just incase or for a future drop. He was also very knowledgeable and took his time without rushing me. I love that both times I came in here I had very knowledgeable people helping me. It truly makes a huge difference. The first day I had my service dog with me and everybody was very respectful towards both me and my service dog. I was also super glad neither person rushed me, because sometimes it takes me a little longer to make decisions, and neither of them minded. They were just happy to share their knowledge! I will for sure be back again!On a side note the VOODOO DRAG H40 is also an amazing product, and so far I have loved it!Quality products and quality help!

Very cool store. Always have good variety of items at great prices. Staff is always super friendly as well. Parking can be a bit tricky so bring change for the meter unless you go after 5:30pm or on the weekends.

Went in to buy kratom. Was greeted and helped by Noah. He was very friendly and explained everything he could. Shop was clean and has a relaxing feel to it. Will definitely go again!

Very great customer service.Staff were very caring and made it there mission to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.They also checked my ID when I came in and they used social distancing wich made me feel safe.I would recommend stopping in if your new to the town.Store was very clean and all staff had face mask on properly. They always have great tunes playing.The only thing Id recommend is not to burn incense for those customers that might be botherd by smell or have breathing problems. They also have artwork for sale. Affordable, durable pieces, always a unique collection. I get all my glass from here, just got a new pride carb cap. Staff is friendly and helpful, music inside is always nice and i love supporting small businesses instead of chains.

The owner is very rude and paranoid. Will throw out and ban long-time regulars at the sight of any suspected slight without a chance to explain oneself. Good products, but if you have somewhere else to go for your regular runs, Id recommend going there first. Only going to sunny daze upon needs. (All you have to do is also just let employees complain I know of at least two that have been in legal fights (or at least the beginnings on ones with the owner)

I purchased a $500 electronic puffco Peak pro concentrate smoking device. Just to get home and pull it out of the packaging brand new and have it not work in any way shape or form at all brand new!!!!! It will not work will not function in any way, shape or form the way it’s supposed to. At least they made it right with a return.

This is something Westminster was in need of. For and vape smokers or medicinal marijuana users this shop is great. Has all the equipment one would need. The staff is super nice and informative. They know their products well and can answer any of your questions. If you live in Westminster or are just visiting make sure you stop by this smoke shop!!

Another plus is they’re ever expanding their inventory with different products, better products and variety that fit all budgets. They also listen to customer when they make suggestions and show them new products that aren’t in stock or the workers may not be informed of or educated on, but are willing to look into learning about the products and if they can getting them and stocking them🤘🏻🤘🏻

I just went on for my nicotine needs, BUT the staff was SUPER friendly! And not like “fake friendly”. I saw a few things that caught my eye and they really had the knowledge to give about said things that people needing information wanted to hear. They’re also open late and that’s a huge plus for cats that prefer to prowl at night..

Stopped in this evening to shop for a new E-Juice, I was immediately greeted by Brooklyn and Mike joined us a few moments later. Customer service was outstanding, Brooklyn asked what flavors I liked and immediately suggested a few different products and Mike had some great suggestions. Extremely friendly and she was kind enough to write down my favorite juice, Five Pawns, Castle Long and attempt to locate from their suppliers. Its the little things that earn customers, Mike and Brooklyn did just that. Only been in a few times but I havent had a bad or anything less than a great experience in that store.Thanks again guys!

Great customer service. Im always greeted as soon as I walk in the door. It amazes me at just how many different brands of products they have, it seems endless! They can answer any question I have or if they cant then they will try their best. Good rewards and discount for MMCC card holders.

I travel the east coast for work and like to explore as many shops as I can, getting to see all the unique things different areas have to offer. This place is one of my favorites and definitely has all those unique things you could imagine, with fantastic customer service to back it up. It was as if they could see what I was looking at on the shelf, and answer the question I had in my head before even needing to ask it. Definitely recommend to new and experienced users.

This is a really cool place and I have bought other things here that were great BUT dont go here for the vape juice!! A couple of years ago I didnt realize until I got home with a bottle that it was a peculiar, dark color. It was expired. They refused to take it back stating that it wasnt that expired. Expired is expired! I decided to give them another shot last night since my online order hadnt arrived yet and I was out of juice. Paid 2x as much as I do online and got it home again and the bottle was badly broken. I cant even use it but know better than to try and return it this time. I shouldnt have bought it as it wasnt even in the box but was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Bad decision in my part. I wont be going back there for juice ever again. Hopefully once my order arrives I can try and transfer the juice to a good bottle, but who knows if the juice is even good at this point? Take my advice and order your vape juice online for $10 a bottle. Dont go here and pay $20 for the same stuff just to realize that the bottles so badly broken you cant even use it. OR that its expired.

Update ..after reading response from the store. Makes you wonder why a business only has a hand full of bad reviews and tons of 5 stars reviews. I did not storm off and yes spoke to the other store hoping to speak with an adult . He thinks thats yelling , should hear me when Im up set. Im a loud talker. I apologize for hurting Nemos sensitive ears . Hes probably not use to feed back like that cause he sure as hell got very quiet kept apologizeing and agreed thats not right about the policy but that is the store policy. I miss the days when mom and pop stores Stood behind their products. At what point do you stop calling yourself mom and pop store? After the 4th location. Its called mom and pop store not mom and pop stores. I work a at a business with 2 employees we do everything to make the client happy and not once have we asked a client for a review, nor would we ever. Your right cant make everyone happy sure as hell pissed me off. Not sure how you can justify your policy of needing a 5 star review done in front of the employee on how I was able to exchange a defective item that was bought within a few days. Will continue to go out of my way to the Steamery in resitersown . Mark and his staff have not once let me down nor held a replacement over my head for a good review. They were shocked when I shared my experience with sunny days and anyother person i have shared it with..Ok done my rant.Lost my business after last vist.Bought coils and they were 0.16, on 2 different vapes it was showing .23 plus .Defective coils .I was told that If I do them a favor they will swap them with different ones.That favor was to give a 5 star review in order to exchange them. They were bought 3 days ago , well with in a time frame for exchange. He wanted me to go to my truck get my phone and do the review in front of him if not no exchange. After a few minutes of telling him Im not getting strong armed in to give reviews. One thing to ask for a 5 star review for good service but its another to be told do in front of me in order to do the exchange. Called the other location spoke to Nemo and was told thats the policy to have the customer give a 5 star review in front of the employee in order to do and exchange for a defective item.

I dont know if you can review a place more than once. This place has awesome staff who have helped more than any place Ive been to. I was short on change and Alex took money out of his pocket to help. One dollar and the best juice recommendation Ive had totally made my day. This is the reason I keep coming back here. I would highly recommend Sunny Daze to anyone who hasnt been there.

I stopped Im after hearing so much good about it around town and I wont go to another smoke shop again, everybody was so friendly and really took the time to help figure out what I wanted to get. They have some of the coolest glassware Ive ever seen, even had an indie brand of pink rolling papers in store that I was really impressed by. Love this place.

Very low quality glass, and rude employees. I walked into the store and the employee barely looked up from phone and greeted me. Didn’t offer any help. The prices are high I would rather drive 20 or some minutes to Reisterstown for a more welcoming smoke shop and better quality glasses.

The staff is amazing at sunnydaze. Everytime i go in, they are ready to help. Awesome, consistent customer service. I went in there tonight and there were 3 gentlemen working. All of them were so helpful to my boyfriend and I. We were both looking for a new juice. I had a lot of questions and they made great suggestions and were very knowledgeable about the product. They deserve a raise!

All the employees that I have dealt with there have been nothing but nice, respectful, professional, and a huge help when it comes to questions about their products. But, they made a wrong choice when it comes to this employee! I will ask to be waited on by another employee IF or when I go to the store again. I went here for the first time today and had a great experience. I was in a rush, so I told the clerk exactly what I was looking for and he IMMEDIATELY recognized, and grabbed, both items for me. While checking out he signed me up for a free membership (by checking my ID, then using just my name and phone #) that will allow me to earn discounts and enable faster checkout in the future (but it was pretty fast already Ive gotta say). He also told me to come back, when I had more time, and theyd help me try to find some new juice flavors. They also had lots of other interesting items that I definitely want to check out. Friendly, efficient service goes far. Ill for sure be going back.

Garbage selection. All China glass. Rip off prices. Ur better off making a pipe out of tin foil than going to this place. Its traaaash just like the customer service provided by the bottom of the barrel managers they have at Sunny Daze and beyond that they tote the worst selection of glass or vapes in Westminster. Tobacco Hut in westminster has a way better selection and way better deals. Sunny Daze is waste of money and time!

Usually dealing with small business owners they dont care about one customer or one issue.. But the owner sunny handled my issue like a professional. Love this place! In there several times a week, and they always have exactly what I need, staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful, and the prices are super affordable relative to other shops in the area. They offer military, college, first responder discounts, and more. Mine is 10%, but others may be more, Im not certain of that.On top of the discounts above, they also honor an awards point system that earns you 1 point per dollar spent if youve an account with them. Every time you reach 100 points, youll receive a $5 dollar discount off of any purchase.Also, they do allow you to save the rewards and stack them. So, you can split them up across purchases, or even better: what I like to do is save them and just use them all together at once on a single larger purchase for a huge discount, i. e., you know, if youve earned four five dollar discounts, you can get $20 knocked off the total price of your transaction If you wish.Again, the whole staff is SUPERhelpful, honest, and cool af, Id name a few of them but I dont wanna single anyone out cuz I like them all so much... I went into the store the get kratom for the extreme pain in my neck at C4 and C5 disk. Marcos was amazing! He went through all the products and I decided to go with a new product he suggested. 30 minutes the pain in my neck is NON EXISTANT! Love sunny days on a regular day & I know you can’t be mad at him for not being prepared during the pandemic, but if you’re going to tell your customers to be somewhere to pick up their order, you need to be on time. And I have no way of contacting anyone there besides calling their personal phones. It’s been over a half hour and I’m still waiting on my order.

Went to purchase a Ooze Rechargeable Battery for cartridges and the first one I bought was a defective battery. So, I went in the very next day. They pulled up my account, saw that Id purchased it the previous day, and exchanged another for it, but not without testing the new one right in front of me. Excellent Customer Service. Highly Recommended retailer of smoker-friendly products.

Ive been to this store about 5 times, each time has been great. The last time I brought my daughter in and I wanted some vape juice. My daughter is two and a half years old and not even conscious enough to recognize what kind of environment shes in, but I was asked to leave because she is considered a minor there. HOWEVER, the owner of the store personally contacted me and discussed why that happened and is going to change the policy after a thorough talk with me. I dont want to go anywhere else but there...their vape juice is superior compared to other places AND cheaper, which is important when your on a budget like me. I find the shop to have a wonderful atmosphere with knowledgeable staff and happy customers.

I have visited both the Westminster and Eldersburg shops, no matter which location you choose they have everything you need!! I came in not sure what kind of CBD product would be best for me. In talking through what I was wanting out of it, Kyle was able to help me find the best one for me!! I would absolutely recommend Sunny Daze and all of the staff!!

Super kind and helpful staff but most of the stock is import/china glass that you can get on DHgate for almost half the price, the rest is a extremely limited line of American glass some of which the artists are unknown. Will show more support once the carry more American artists work.

Shop is nice and employees were helpful but I bought silver screens there and the things burned a hole in them first time I used them. I could tell they weren’t good when I first felt how flimsy they were but those things should not be sold. That burnt metal will tear up your lungs, improve the quality of your products Sunny Daze.

Been a customer for years. Used to buy my butane there, not anymore. A waste of space and a rip off spot. If you buy a vape, pray it works correctly and is flawless, returns are impossible and they don’t care to help you replace or exchange. Drive to Reisterstown or a dispensary. Convenience is not worth your frustration and anger.

I went in with a “Leap” and they don’t have those pods, however the staff directed me towards a disposable device that would last a few days until I was able to go back to my regular smoke shop. Super helpful staff, great place! They get Leap pods and this place will be my regular smoke shop.

If these guys dont have what you want they will try to get it for you. They have lots of glass and accessories if thats your thing.
