Well the first time I went in here I was amazed at how much stuff they had. The second time I went in I was amazed at how much stuff they had and I still didnt get to look at everything. And I found out on the second trip that theres a return customer percentage off thats really awesome way to say thank you to their customers and they do layaway. This place is amazing and has the BEST STAFF! I called and they knew what I was looking for and I only had 30 minutes to get there b4 close. I called them back to let them know I was on my way and I arrived a few minutes b4 close and they were actually waiting on me. You never see customer service like that on a weekend night, where they could have been out early, having fun but they were true professionals. The best part...thet were ALL friendly when I walked in. I can think of MANY stores where employees would give attitude for the last minute nature of my visit but not at Primal.Then the prices were amazing for such a high end shop too!My friends and I will now go out of our way to go there in the future. Very disappointed as I am a regular customer and I bought a product that was defective and they would not exchange nor give me a refund. How are you going to turn a loyal customer away ,Over a $20 purchase.?? Unfortunately that has rubbed me the wrong way and I hope that they learn how to properly treat Repeat customers. I really don’t know if I will continue my business there, which is unfortunate.

Excellent store, great knowledge of products such as Vapes, Tobacco Pipes, and so much more. Definitely one of the best shops in the area when you need a new knife, grinder, or even a Raw Hoodie! The staff is also some of the nicest Ive met compared to other shops in the area.

Great customer service that goes beyond the service of the vape shop one day I was stuck outside with a dead battery after purchasing a couple items, and the young lady came out to help me with a jump. I was surprise and relieved that I didn’t have to call the tow truck, but there are some really great people and I will go here every single time.

Primal has a very large selection of glass pipes, water pipes, and other items including candles, incense, apparel, and much more. The employees are always very helpful and kind if you dont know what youre looking for. Ive purchased a few items from this store and have never had a bad experience. It also seems like every time you shop they give you a 10% off coupon, and thats awesome in my book. On a side note, since certain things are still illegal in this area, you should not mention them in this establishment like the other reviewer did. If you want to enjoy patronizing this store, follow their rules.

Great prices and a wide variety of different smoking accessories. They have prices for everyone including the name brand enthusiasts. Bought a solid piece for a reasonable price and it seems strong and efficient. No cracks or bubbles in the glass so I assume they take care of their products.

Today I tried the juicy papers yummy and no nicotine.Prices are slightly higher, but the location, assortment and knowledgeable staff make it more than worth it.Its like fine steakhouse in a world of hamburger joints.

Decent prices compared to other places and areas. Clean and organized. Our relative uses Kratom for severe pain and they had the harder ones to find in other parts of the State. Didnt care for the parking lot condition and paraphernalia on the ground.

Asked employee if they accepted returns for Christmas gift items. The employee helping me told me yes they do as long as the item is unused in new condition. The employee knew I was purchasing a water pipe when inquiring about the returns while checking out. Their website also says they accept returns on new unused items. They DO NOT accept returns on new unused items. Would not trust this business to honor anything they say. Go to Utopia in Wilkes Barre.

Only reason Im leaving any stars is because of the beautiful Glassware, they do have a great selection, you can def find what your looking for, now thats the prob, you def have to know personally what you want or need because if you need help forget about it if your not there to spend a grand there really is no customer help, but I cant totally blame the owner/employees, I know its one of those grey areas in PA, but if you have a valid legal medical marijuana card, you should be able to talk without fear of prosecution, if you or the stores employees accidentally say the wrong terminology and the man sends in an undercover the store can be shut down etc, so I guess I understand, but still this store would be alot better if everything wasnt ridiculously overpriced, I have been purchasing glassware since before it was even cool, and let me tell ya a five hundred dollar piece breaks just as quick and easy as a ten dollar piece, it just sucks that much more lol, so dont just go in thinking price equals quality, all about the proper air flow.

Pulled in to park, had a 18 trailer hooked to a f250 both were loaded with junk and flea market items to sell! Went in to Mirakuya hibachi to eat droped $240 with tip by the way. I treated some friends to dinner. But I parked a little crooked and away from the cars so they didnt hit me and i didnt hit them. As i said i was over lenth couldnt park straight!! I came out at 8:20 pm to a very nice sign that was laminated and read you park like an a**hole needless to say ill never refer any one to this store ever! I know it was this store due to the fact it was 5:45 pm and most the other stores were 100feet away and or were closed. this store was open till 8pm on a Saturday night.

I recently purchased a new battery (or box mod) I was very happy with it and it worked great for about a week. I was traveling one night and I used the box mod, then I turned it off and put it in my pocket, then I went to use it a while later and it was dead, not the battery but the whole device. Idk maybe my jeans were to tight and the buttons got mashed...Anyway I called Primal and they told me to bring it in so they could check it out. As it turned out the device (The Mini Volt) was un-fixable. So here is the remarkable part. Zack ordered me a replacement and gave me a loaner to use until the new one came in. All free of charge. Bought vape 2 weeks ago and it crashed they wouldnt do exchange, I did do all my business there with pipes and vapes and supplies now taking my business elsewhere

VERY, VERY HIGH PRICED VAPE JUICE AND VAPES COMPAIRED TO ALL THE LOCAL VAPE SHOPS. STAFF VERY FRIENDLY BUT PAYING A TON OF MONEY FOR VAPE JUICE I MIGHT AS WELL GO BACK TO SMOKING.
