They are friendly and have a good selection of juices, although they only carry a limited assortment of tanks and mods. I dont hold that against them, its a small location and it just so happens to be in a convenient location for me. When I broke the glass for my tank they didnt carry the brand I had. I bought one that they did have in stock and I havent had any issues with the transition. They are definitely my go to store.

Theyre all over the area for a reason- the sales staff is super knowledgeable for both seasoned vapers and novices alike. I appreciate the time they all take with me when Im purchasing a new product or have questions on anything. Selection is great and even if they run out of product they make sure to restock quickly.

Kevin was awesome at taking care of us today. He had so much knowledge of the products and took his time on explaining everything! Cameron was also very kind and courteous. Clean and comfortable atmosphere! Great job vape dragons!

Half of the atomizers dont work and the biggest issue I have are they are supposed top know their own products. They dont because 3 out of 4 times going there, they recommended the ones that dont fit the tank I bought through them. There are a couple people there who are knowledgeable yet it cannot make up for everyone else.

Cam and Kevin were great!! I walked in just before closing on New Years eve and they took the time to hear my multiple problems and helped me find cost effective solutions. I look forward to going back, spending more time and learning more about this whole vaping thing as Im old school growing up in the smoking weed era. These guys were knowledgeable, polite and real.

Ive been coming here for months now and the staff is great and educated. Kevin helped me get a vape I really like and always introduced me to new flavors. Everytime I have questions, they are answered and they always reach out when they get what I need if not in stock currently. Great place, great employees. I will continue going back. Thanks again!

For a while I was using disposable flairs but somebody told me I should switch to a mod because it’s cheaper. I went to vape dragon and the man was super informative. He explained what my options were and what the pros to switching were. After I picked up a mod, he was also super informative about the various E-liquid options I had available to me. I was there too long, but he never made me feel like I was burden with my questions. I can’t recommend this place enough if you have questions or want information about vaping.

Very bad customer service. I bought a Cartisan battery that doesnt work. I only had ot 2 weeks. Kevin, the supposed manager would not return it for nothing. He just studdered all kinds of policy nonsense. This is like the 3rd time they wouldnt return one of their junk products. Theyre nice till its return time. Once you buy something from here youre on your own.

I stopped in here today to have my batteries re-wrapped and I left with coils, another vape juice, and a new main vape store! Kevin was so knowledgeable on flavors, coils, batteries and so much more! Even more important is the fact that I felt welcomed and wanted in the store!! I will be back here every 2 weeks when Im down here!

These guys are awesome. Super helpful for someone new to vaping. Got me set up with a good starter kit without just getting the bare minimum and at a reasonable price . Just had a nice atmosphere all around. Will be back when I need replacements for sure .

Terrible service and terrible products. Have had issues with every piece of E-Cig equipment I have ever bought there. Dont waste your time and money! Go somewhere else, ANYWHERE ELSE!!!Yes!!! EVERY PIECE of equipment I ever purchased there, was defective. EVERY cartomizer (when they were in stock, which wasnt often) burnt out after only a few hours and I bought two expensive units there which both stopped working less than a month after purchasing. When I brought them back, the employees were rude and patronizing and would not offer a refund or even an exchange. Its only my opinion, but I wouldnt be surprise if the store is a front. Its the only explanation why they buy such cheap and defective products and sell them to unknowing customers. That or they are just greedy. Either way, patronize this establishment at your own risk.

Dropped $150 in here for a new mod and some oil and some extras and the mod stops working. I swing through to see if they could reset it and they showed that there was obviously a defect with the mod itself, but they weren’t willing to exchange because I purchased it more than TEN DAYS AGO!?!?! Totally not willing to stand by their product. Really appreciated the smirk from the guy behind the register too. Strongly recommend going anywhere but here. They do not care about the customer.. That is all they’ll guarantee

Ive been going to this location for quite a few years now, Logan, Evan and Felicia are amazing at their jobs. Very knowledgable and friendly staff have kept me coming back time and time again. Great mods and prices! Have moved recently but believe any time I am up to visit I will always be going to Vape Dragons Wilkes-Barre!

This shop is a rip off. I bought a full setup and juice totalling $170. Within 6 days it was defective and not only would they not replace it but because it had a scratch on it from being in my pocket I was laughed at for being a construction worker and having dust on it. Next my batteries went on it all together and the employees need manager approval before they can replace them which takes 2 days. I will never enter this store again. Their staff is unbelievably disrespectful and incompetent not to mention high prices and defective merchandise. Please do not spend your money here.

I had a great experience in here. My knowledge on vapes and the juices were very minimal, until one of the employees Logan helped me and gave me a new look into his world. I definitely recommend going to the wilkes barre store for the best service and vape lesson from their awesome staff.

Great place to buy juice for my vape, and they have pretty cheap Vapes for sale, the only thing is that they dont have is a coil for one of my Vapes and they said they cant even order it, but sinking ship Vapors used to order it for me all the time, so I dont understand why these guys cant when I give them my business all the time, otherwise everything else is great!! Hi, I am a first time vaper. I visited Vape Dragons in Wilkes-Barre. I was pleasantly greated by Kevin. Kevin was so helpful with answering all my questions. I knew nothing about vaping. He kindly showed and explained the product without making me feel foolish. I returned and purchased the product he suggested. Thankyou Kevin, I will return,and making vape dragons my vape store.

These stores hardly ever have anything in stock and the shelves are barren. When you buy a vape or mod you get 7 days to return it. I bought a vape n it broke less than 2 weeks later and they wouldnt replace it. Dont go here, go to primal!

Vape dragons was absolutely amazing with the excellent customer service received by Logan. Logan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He knew everything there was to know about vapes. I cannot find the words to describe how amazing his customer service was with me, but not just me, everyone else around me. He showed people who have never used a vape before how to operate it, safe wattage ranges, and the types of coils they should be using for the type of wattage they are using. I only went to this store because of Logan, and he’s gone now and I believe your customer service has dropped, tremendously. I guess I will be going back to shopping online for the products I need for my vape.

Love this place, they always have what I need for my vape and dont rag on me or pressure me to get juices. There customer service is top notch and there prices and loyalty program is great.

So my wife went in the shop in wilkes barre township and met kevin the manager she didnt know anything about vapes first question he asked ares u looking for quality or price whats ur spending limit he didnt push anything on her at all really nice people there and plus even got me to spend money on there Keaton and saved twenty dollars a day going there plus they have a point system so more money u spend u get discounted items

First off your products are over priced. I paid for 2 vapes at $140.00 a piece (granted it was tank/mod combo) but the same exact setup was at other vape shops for $90. Also bought cbd, vape juices, and batteries. Paid close to $500 with no discount. I was new to it so I shouldve shopped around. Also my girlfriends vape was on the fritz as soon as we bought it went back multiple times it would work then it wouldnt. I suggested just sending it back because it was within the 14 days. One of your employees belittled me in front of his friends saying that it was 15 day. His math was off and explained that too him. Still not taking my vape after he said he knew he wrong was sorry. I said its fine I just wont come back and I havent since and dont plan on it. If you got something out of that great but I take my business elsewhere because my money is green at any shop. Also would never recommend you guys to anyone. Sorry guys.

I purchased a vape from the store they said I have 15 days to return of I had a problem with it. When I tried to return it they have me a hard time and refused to refund me or give me store credit. Juice is fine service sucks. Will not be buying anything from them again.

My new vape shop. The guy and girl that worked were very generous and very helpful. The juice was a great selection as well as mods. This place is the only vape shop I ever went to were I felt like I can take my time and look at the selection. I couldnt recommend this place enough. 10/10

Terrible customer service. Takes phone calls while working with customers and walks away. Will not help with newer customers and their needs.severe lack of business priorities as well. They never have what we need. We will never be coming back to either location and WILL be sure to bash this business and let everyone know how bad their service is. Best place to get all your vape needs. Kevin the employee always helps out and does everything he can to make sure the customers are satisfied. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a vape.

This location almost never has coils I need. The juice selection is minimal and the prices are WAY too high. Ive resorted to ordering my stuff online for HALF the price and wait the 3 to 5 days for my order to come in instead of driving to the shop to get something they most likely dont have and have no clue when it will be in again if ever.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good selection of vapes, but an even better selection of value juice. Pricier than expected, though a point-based reward system is implemented to discount future purchases.

Very nice store ,clean and the products are displayed to see and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! Definitely recommended! One of the nicest vape shops I have been in!.
