Had a 90 minute session with Amber. And let me tell you, this chick is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! From one massage therapist to another, you did that! I left out of that massage feeling like I can fight Mike Tyson😂😂.

I did a 60 mins massage with Erick. Very professional and I left very relaxed. Even though he is a male he didnt make me feel uncomfortable. Thanks

I scheduled 2 one hour massages for myself and my friend. My friend said her massage was wonderful except for the fact her masseuse talked the entire time. I wish I could say the same for mine. Now granted I did not say anything at checkout because what could be done but I was totally disappointed with my massage. I feel as if I wasted a credit that I cant get back. My masseuse was Erick and I dont know if he new or what but my entire massage was basically him just gently rubbing lotion on. I scheduled a firm relaxation. Now in his defense I receive massages on a regular basis and expect it to be at least decent. Front desk was nice, room clean but thats it at this location. Soon as I get home to Beaumont I will schedule another one.

I did the 90 min medium massage from head to toe by Chantelle and It was GREAT. I definitely would recommend her. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and taken straight back after being checked in. Lobby and room was clean. Will be returning.

My massage therapist Ashleigh was amazing, disappointed that my 90 minute massage was only 65 minutes as they bring you back 10 minutes late and then have you undressed so they don’t get started for about 15 minutes and then dismiss you 10 minutes before the massage ends. Would’ve been a five star and I got 90 minutes of massage that I paid for

I scheduled (2) 60-minute massage appointments for 1P on August 5, 2023 for my friend’s birthday. We were super excited about spending some time at the spa to celebrate her special day. On the morning of our appointments, I got a text from my disappointed friend stating that she was just notified that her appointment was cancelled because the therapist was out sick. When I called to speak with someone, I asked if they had anyone else that could do her massage or if we could get an appointment for the following week and of course they were completely booked. I was told that her appointment was cancelled, but they would see me at 1P. I informed them that I would not be coming as this was intended to be a girls day at the spa for my friend’s birthday. The associate told me that there would be a $25.00 cancellation fee. I asked to speak to the manager and I was transferred to Amber. Before, I could even discuss my concern, she stated that she was aware of the situation and I would not be charged any cancellation fee. Further, she said that she had spoken with the business manager, Brian Page, before he left. If the management team was aware of this situation, why were they not proactive in finding a viable solution to this situation? They did not any real effort to fix the situation so that my best friend could have her relaxing day at the spa.I have been to different Massage Envy’s on multiple occasions and never have I been so exasperated by them. My friend and i have an appointment at The Sandford House Spa in Arlington, TX to once again try to celebrate her birthday. I have also been here before and they have amazing therapist and it has more amenities than Massage. Because of this debacle, I have decide to take my business elsewhere

Bryanna was horrible this morning. I tried to schedule an appointment and it was like pulling teeth to schedule an appointment. Finally after several attempts was added on a wait list. 3.16.24

The only reason I am giving a one star rating is because a ZERO is not available.I have tried twice to utilize this location. The therapist are not consistent and they seem to struggle with keeping them on staff. They fail to confirm appointments and the “courtesy call” is a joke. The membership is an even bigger joke. What good is having a membership that is automatically deducted each month, if you are penalized for missed appointments?The penalties should be for walk-ins ONLY. I know of no business establishment that penalizes faithful and consistent customers.I missed one appointment over a course of three years and I lost that session. Typically, I receive a phone call AND a text reminder the day before. I did NOT receive that courtesy for September. Somehow, I suddenly am no longer signed up for the reminder text... yea, right. The staff is just incompetent.Mesquite Crossing is a much better facility. I had not been there is at least 6 months, but did receive a call notifying me that I had a session available. Unfortunately, the Cedar Hill facility stole that from me.

Track was amazing! I had my first prenatal massage at 7 months pregnant, she got all of my targeted areas and couldn’t have been more pleased with todays service! Definitely plan on scheduling with her one more time before the baby and for sure after I have the baby!

This particular massage Envy add extra charges to your bill. I have used several Envy franchise for birthday/holiday gifts to my family and friends and have never in my life experience this. First time with this location cause it closer to her home. I booked my mom a Birthday Surprise 60min Facial $70 and 60 min $70 massage. My card number was given over the phone to hold on file and pay after her services. They decided to offer upgraded services during my absence and did not even consider to give me a call and ask for approval of any extra charges they offered and decided to add on.... So my bill was a SURPRISE. I called to the location spoke with the front desk who transferred me to the office manager. Whom needs to be fired. This business will lose customers with the games she plays. I was told there is nothing she could do and that the services offered had to be paid for. I felt she was unprofessional. NO help or solution was given at all. I asked for a corporate number in which she hesitated and gave me some type of fake email instead( go straight to hell) No apology was made instead it was a excuse followed by it sounds like a miscommunication with the staff.... I will never come or send anyone to this location again. Matter of fact if you read this do yourself a favor and go to another location Desoto, Mesquite, Garland and Rockwall are pretty good.

The massage was not bad but my 60minute massage lasted 40minutes.My original appointment was for 9am. I was called at 7:35 am to inform me that that therapist would be out. I asked if anything else was available, an 8am was. I took it and rushed out the door. I got there at 8:04am the therapist came to get me at 810am. I used the restroom and was undressed by 815am massage ended at 850am. For a 60 minute massage! I did not argue becuase i dont then want a massage with tension in the air for the remainder. But overall i am unimpressed.My appointment had been scheduled for weeks to then be moved at the last minute then shortchanged. I still tipped well. But i wont be back.

This is the first Massage Envy Ive received a massage from and I was impressed and relaxed just from entering the door. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Of course I was nervous because it had been a long time since my last massage and Im shy as well... But the atmosphere and the sounds, I wasnt nervous anymore.I met my therapist, changed and laid on the table, which was surprisingly heated and so relaxing. After an hour of her working on my back, neck, shoulders, arms and legs I was feeling so good. My pain from sleeping on my arm had disappeared. I was really impressed by her experience and how she went about the knots I could feel. Very thankful I went. Definitely recommend.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Had an account with Massage Envy for years. During the pandemic continuously paid my monthly premium and only visited a few times. Haggled over left over credits after I finally canceled my account. Never have any issues at any other locations only this one. Don’t waste your time this location doesn’t compare to others.

I had a great experience yesterday at my first visit to Massage Envy. Queen Angela has gained a client forever!!! She was so nice and professional. She gave the greatest, much needed massage ever!!! I will ask for her everytime I go. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of what happened after my services. As I said it was my first visit. When I was ready to pay Martha came to me to discuss a membership. To be honest, I was thinking of signing up for the membership I just needed more information of what all it entailed. She gave me the quickest rundown of details while another worker was taking his time to tell another client EVERYTHING that I shouldve been told. I still was going to start a membership UNTIL I heard him mention the cancellation policy. Martha didnt even mention that policy. So I tune in to him from across the lobby and have to ask about it myself. I didnt like it too much but after another young lady explained it to me a little I wouldve still thought about signing up. I didnt though and the reason is because I felt as if Martha purposely left those details out of her very short speech. I may sign up for the membership next time I go see Queen Angela but Im going to sign up with the gentleman that I had to listen to from across the lobby.

I started going as a member since November 2020 and been going twice a month since then. Twice per month cant come soon enough, so maybe in the future will go once per week. I enjoy every minute of my hour. The personnel at the front provides excellent customer service iand are always pleasant and makes it easy for you to schedule the next visit. I went from the services of Ms Natasha to the services of Ms Chantelle. I give them both two thumbs up. My schedule is hectic so whichever masseuse is available to my timing I go with. Thank you Massage Envy and as a matter of fact cant wait till my appointment on tomorrow as we speak😊

I have been a member of Massage Envy since December 2013 in Cedar Hill and prior to that I went to Grand Prairie Location for 2 Years. The best enjoyment is knowing what you want relating to pressure of your massage and therapist preference (male/female). When I came to Cedar Hill I tried a few and finally found a male therapist that was ideal for me. Male therapist are my preference and one day he was out and i needed relaxation very bad and decided to go with a female therapist that was referred. I will definitely admit that they did a wonderful selection in meeting my needs and the therapist was awesome and now I am hooked with her. It is always clean there and the staff has always been friendly and accommodating. They are not pushy trying to sell you services they just want you to be healthy and massaging does that for you and has phenomenal benefits. Im just sad I am going to have to cancel my membership due to unemployment so I cannot afford to keep the services. But will return when i can.

I have been going to Massage Envy in Cedar Hill for about 6 months now. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. Spencer is awesome at the front desk and he also started doing my facials. Yasmin is the girl to go to for all your massage needs- she does everything from stretches, light to deep tissue massage

I have been going here for over a year and I love it. Ms. SHARON IS AWESOME. she cares about I what I need and remembers my weak areas. One time I had to substitute and my sub was awesome.I still request Sharon because of loyalty. I love it. It had changed faces a few times but they already treat me really good. Professional and personable!

I went on my birthday, the massage that I got from Blake was cool, a lil painful at first (since I barely get massages) but he definitely got all of the kinks out in my neck and back.I don’t like the fact that they give you the impression that if you sign up for a membership, your will have a “credit” on your next visit, when technically it’s not a “credit” because they attempt to charge your card BEFORE you even make it to your next appointment, so for that reason, I won’t be going back.

RIP OFF. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MONTHLY PLAN. If you miss or are late for your appointment you are still charged $65 and they tell you you have to pay an additional $45 to get a massage. I refuse to pay twice if I have already paid $65 for the month I should get a massage for that month. Period. They could’ve made a happy customer by just waving the $45 fee at least the first time and I would have continued. This was my first massage since I started the contract and I missed it so they charged me for nothing. I will not be back

I am someone thats probably had more than a thousand massages in my life span. Im very particular about The Right Massage. Mrs. Terri is the best massage therapist at the Cedar Hill- Massage Envy location. She is professional, friendly, applies the perfect pressure, provides a relaxed session and is always willing to accommodate the client. I recommend an appointment with Mrs. Terri.Mrs. Terri, your work truly makes a difference and I thank you for sharing your gift with me...your superlative massages!

Had a membership there for years paying $70 a month. I had my facial done they still charge me an additional $60 for the second time I recently visit it then what was the point of having a membership. During the pandemic I stop going but I was still paying the monthly payment and now that I started going back they stated I had no more sessions and that’s why they were charging an additional $60 per session. They never explained that to me. Very disappointed of this place. I cancelled my membership due to this issue.

I absolutely live my therapist Keisha. Always off the charts in every way whether it is a hot stone or relaxation. I make sure that book my appointments in advance because her appointment schedule fills up fast. If you are looking for a great therapist. Ask for Keisha...she will not disappoint.

Great location. Very nice, clean, sleek, and a 2 hour cancellation policy. Blows every other massage envy Ive been to out of the water. They have several massage therapists and many types of massage, so I think its really about trying out different types before you find the best match for you.

Always a great experience. Andrea does my facials. She is ever observant and fits each section to the need at that time. She is a great caring lady. Happy to have meet her.

Spoke to Sierra to whom she calls her self manager of the Cedar Hills location, which has terrible customer service etiquette. I called after we missed the time of our appointment and asked if we need to reschedule for the session since I paid for the full 6 sessions at front. She said we lost the session due to a NCNS and I was going to be charged again from the card on file. I mentioned I was not aware of that and I had paid in full. I just needed to know if we can rescheduled since they were already paid and Sierra started raising her voice and talking over me, besides being rude and condisending. Asked for her manager, she said she was the person in charge and could schedule a call from her supervisor, which nobody have had the decency to do.

They’re great until you try to cancel your membership. When I signed up for the membership I was told I could cancel after 6 months. After about 9 months when I decided I no longer wanted the service I tried to call and cancel and was informed I couldn’t cancel for a year. A year came and went and they just keep charging my account, never sent me a renewal or anything like I was expecting. Now I try to cancel and they inform me that I have to come in in person and cancel. I do not live close to this location, and work full time. I do not have the time nor do I want to waste my gas driving over there just to cancel something that can be done over the phone. I get if it’s policy but all of this should be disclosed when you sign up, which it wasn’t. This location has been nothing but a hassle and I will definitely not be back.

Natasha took care of me: Made an appt because my lower back was tight due to my profession of driving long hours and weight lifting. I wasnt able to get out of bed without pain. After my session I felt better and when I got out of bed the next morning I felt even better. I was able to sleep comfortably throughout the night. Im still not 100%, but I feel a heck of a lot better than I did previously. Looking forward to my next appointment appointment within 30 days. Natasha gave good feedback as to what was causing my pain. (left hip was tight).I was going to schedule a doctors appointment the next day, but I dont feel a need to now because of the massage session.Im a little hesitant on signing up for a contract because I may not be able to make it monthly due to my time away from home. (truck driver).

I was so pleased when I purchased a gift card.for a friend. She has been having difficult and challenging life experiences. The sales person at Coit and Campbell in Dallas was so accommodating. I am certain that I will return for some personal self care.😋

I joined Massage Envy’s club and have no regrets doing so. When you age your body aches here & there and this was the perfect gift to myself.

I like it, but try to find a good therapist, as I have had mixed results with some. The good ones book up fast and it is hard to find a time to match your schedule if you are very busy like me. Nice facility and relaxing vibe. Pricey rates, but there is nothing so good as a good long massage from a skilled therapist.

I love getting massages at Cedar Hill Massage Envy. I go once every month with my fiancé. Usually our got to person is TAMMY she gives the best massages but here recently I was told that AMBER does a great job as well.I gave her a chance and sure enough she did an amazing job! I felt so relaxed and she definitely got the knots I had in my shoulders and back. THANK YOU AMBER!! I definitely recommend her so no more fighting over TAMMY with my fiancé. Thank you ladies for your service.I definitely recommend either one of them for a full body massage!

The massage wasnt impressive, Ive had them at other Massage Envys and this didnt even compare to those. It felt like a massage you can get from someone not experienced. My appt was at 10am and that was the time the massuer came in. I would not recommend this specific massuer to anyone and I wont be returning for that specific reason.

Any time I call cedar hill one always seems like front girls are irritated , can’t never get appointments when I am available, front desk girls are quick to say no we don’t have . I canceled my membership because of customer experience and no appointments availability.

Never had availability of convenient appointment times at this location. And the cancellation policies are atrocious. You must cancel within 10 days or you will still be billed. You have two months to use any sessions remaining. You can suspend the account up to six months but you cannot use any sessions remaining. The most frustrating thing is I’m not even under contract it’s just a membership.One p/o customer

I gave this place a 2nd chance on Valentines Day. Because they had availability when no one else did. Which I should’ve known better because this was my 2nd and last time here. The 1st time the male masseuse stretched me like I was going running and this time around the female focused on my upper body,glutes, and talked to me like we were at Starbucks. She discussed former clients and colleagues. Very unprofessional and to top it off she stopped 3 min. before my massage was over.Front desk staff was okay. Although I live not too far from this location. I’ll travel further out for great service. Overall I paid $150 for me and my daughter(1st timer) and it was waisted yet again.

If you want a great massage from a very professional and pleasant masseuse, then you definitely need to visit Arla Coleman. Every visit she never fails to ask is there any particular area I would like her to focus on and she gets to work. One hour that is all about me. AWESOME!!!

I saw Yazmin this is my second session with her. She is very good. I recently had shoulder surgery and doctor and Physical Therapist has recommended I get massages on my shoulder. Yazmin knew exactly what the doctor ordered and did a wonderful job. I will be seeing her once a week for a while.

I love Keisha and Tracey for medium-firm Swedish massage. However, the front office is lacking. Three times in the last year I have been scheduled incorrectly resulting in wasted time when I show up for an appointment that I don’t have or that is scheduled with the wrong therapist. Front desk girls are very nice but change frequently and at times seem a bit undertrained in using the system correctly.

1/09/21, I was excited about my well needed, 60 minute Massage. I arrived at 2:45, appt at 3pm. The therapist called me to the back at 3:08. While walking to my room, I confirmed my appt. He said it was at 3pm. He stated that he ran over his last session because he ran into some issues with his last client (during her massage).When we arrived to the room, we spoke briefly about what area I wanted him to focus on. I brought to his attention that we are starting late. He stated that hes going to start the time after 3pm.Long story short, he didnt start until almost 3:15. I noticed around 3:40 he started rushing (a Deep tissue massage turned into a Swedish massage).😡 I asked him what time is my massage over at 3:51. He stated I had 9 minutes left. I challenge that but it didnt work. He said the massage is for 60 minutes but you only get 50 minutes, 10 minutes to get dressed and undressed. DO THE MATH! I started after 3pm. NEVER AGAIN!

The service I received at Massage Envy was awesome. My therapist, Bridgette, really took out the time to talk me through the massage and point out some problem areas for me. She was very sensitive to my needs as it related to the pressure applied to certain areas. I felt fantastic afterwards!

Arla is amazing at what she does!!! The perfect pressure and I left feeling very relaxed! She gets a 5 star!!!! The front desk check out is the reason I am deducting 2 stars. They will pester you to sign up for their plan for 15 minutes. I was relaxed until that point of my service. Arla thank you so much for your great service!

Did not get the therapist today I made appt with, got someone else without letting me know. Girl at front desk said she tried to call me today about it, but I received no such call. Therapist I did get shorted me 10 minutes on massage, 40 mins instead of 50, and I arrived 15 mins prior to appt time. Was told theyd comp me an upgrade next time. Not feeling too good about this Cedar Hill location so far. May try another nearby location after my next visit.

Enjoyed my massage even though I booked a 1 hour massage but only got about a 40 min massage.

Had my 2nd massage with Yazmin today and shes fantastic. She always uses the right amount if pressure to get out my deep tension. I can already tell the improvement between sessions. I will keep returning!

Worst massage ever! Extremely cold room and cold massage lotion! When I asked what do you have thats hot she said hot towel aroma therapy and that was $10 extra! Therapist was great and she did her best. ButIt was just not. Relaxing environment. I left out with a headache!

My experience with Massage Envy Cedar Hill has been horrible. My Dad is 82 years old and on a fixed income. He was in excruciating pain so he signed for a one year membership. The pain became so severe that he had hip surgery and hand surgery.My Dad tried to cancel this membership after the surgery. Massage Envy refused without a doctors release. We called and requested repeatedly but they refused. We were afraid that injury could be done to the replaced hip. We explained that he cannot afford to have this taken from his bank account every month.They simply do not care. The personnel almost seem to enjoy taunting us when we call. The last time I called I was told we cannot even cancel at termination date unless he appears in person and signs documents the month his membership expires.So, basically, they have stolen from an elderly mans bank account for nearly a year now. We have requested repeatedly for them to cease the deduction. I even sought help from the corporation, but found there is no help. Each location is owned individually and establishes its own policies.This location has no decency in its policies. If an elderly citizen tells you they are afraid of your service and cannot afford your service you should release their bank account. Massage Envy of Cedar Hill does not exercise decency to elderly citizens. Once you allow the required auto draft they make it as difficult as possible to obtain release. I advise against allowing them any access to your finances. Perhaps another franchise exercises more decent policies. I do not know. Ive had several massages from different Therapist but the last two was the very best with Ms Natasha. Shes very professional, great attitude, beautiful energy. Excellent service.

My therapist, Tamyra is the best. She tends to all body parts that need focus on. I absolutely love, love, love her. After my other therapist left, i was hesitant but now Im not. Great job.

This place is AMAZING. I went out of the blue because my back was in so much pain. I was able to get a massage from LaKenia (ask for her...you wont be disappointed) and my back felt so much better. I immediately got a membership and it is one of the things I look forward to each month.This is the only location I have visited so I cant compare it to others but I dont plan on going to any other location.The facials are the icing on the cake; I love the esthetician. The Murad products are great for the skin. I purchased a few after my first facial and my skin is looking more youthful.

I always receive great customer service here! Been going for almost a year now and absolutely love my therapist James... Not all therapist are created equal. Keep trying to you find the one that fits for you, or you are missing out..

There is nothing I liked about the place. I walked in made an appointment and when I showed up for the scheduled appointment I was told that they made a mistake and scheduled me for a different day! They acted as if they were doing me a favor and offered to give me an opening they had available for an hour later. She suggested I go shopping around until that time. 5 thumbs down. NOT VERY PROFFESIONAL AT ALL. Oh the manager who was listening to the whole conversation did not even get off her desk to apologize.

This place is amazing! First time customer completely satisfied. Mac was awesome and spent some time going over his goals prior to treating me, and also gave me few tips post session. Facilities are quiet and modern.

My membership with Masdage Envy has brought quality of life and much needed personal, recuperative time. The booking system is quite a disappointment, the menu online is very unclear of its massage offering. When I called to request for a facial, they didnt honor the request and the massage therapist showed up and thought I am going to do a massage. I did have the massage at the end. My massage therapist did a ok job, the so called consultation is nothing but a question of where do you me to focus on today? There wasnt a follow up afterwards...I have had much better massages elsewhere and unfortunately I dont think I will return

I love Massage Envy Spa in Cedar Hill! My therapist is excellent, and the atmosphere of the spa is professional and relaxing. Ive had my membership for 10 months and have received nothing but great experiences.

Other than Spencer being the best 1 star is giving there liars too much credit. Their sale tactics is a joke. This company will tell you everything you want to hear to make a membership sale. I paid $65 for a membership & was told this membership includes facials, massages, etc. But after a month or so of having this membership its all a BIG LIE. I just found out that you can only get 1 service...1 dang service. I guess whatever it takes to make a sale is where its at but to lie to potential customers is not fair. I will never step foot in a massage Envy store again. This is ridiculous!

Traci was amazing! I went in for a prenatal massage today and she really did a great job. Great manners and great conversation. Only bad part was it was the quickest hour of my life 🤣

Terrible, the therapists are obviously inexperienced and right out of school. Ive had alot of professional massage and this was by far the worst!! She even made a negative comment about peoples bodies, how unprofessional is that? The therapists opinion of the way someone looks is never OK to bring up or discuss, especially in that setting. I would avoid this place, they are trying to get you into a monthly massage deal that is just not worth it, they are pushy, rude, and unprofessional!!!

This is my once a month go to spot!! I feel save and secure from entering the establishment to exiting. Very friendly staff. East to change your appointment if something happens and you can’t make it. Love love love the app also.

Did a facial. My first. It was ok. I will be getting another in a month. Did the micro something🤔 and got something for discoloration. So we will see.😊 skin felt good soft and clean. No irritations.

I called and made an appointment for October 12th at 10:30am. I arrive and they said my appointment wasn’t on this day looking at me like I’m wrong, I showed them my confirmation email showing the date and time and they did nothing all they said was come back later or on the appointment date that it shows ... I thought it was very unprofessional that they rescheduled my appointment without a call or text or reminder email! Making me was my time and gas to get over to that side I drove 45 mins to get there for them to do nothing! Very disappointed I was looking toward to this and they ruined my experience!

Made a contract in Houston, if you rack up points, you can bring a friend only once a month on your points. Although you cant bring the same friend till six months later. Forget it if you want your money back if you want out of the contract. If you want an ok massage every now and then but......DONT SIGN A CONTRACT!!!

If you want a professional and efficient facial you must see Munia! She can look and feel your skin and tell you what you need. She has a very warm and friendly spirit and I feel so comfortable with her services and what she recommends. Munia is the best for facials!

I did the cryo and it was a huge disappointment. Their machines dont even get cold enough for the benefits of cryo - I only got to -113 and needed to be -260 to get the benefits. Waste of $20!

Disappointed, I sent an email friday to make an appointment for saturday morning, no one called me back, finally i sent another email and finally got a call back, my finace is coming in to town and i was reccommend by a co-worker to go to this massage envy, he said it was wonderful, highly reccommended, so i was excited to go, i called back and told there were no appointments for couple, i explained it was our first time and we were looking forward to coming in, representative, said oh well i am sorry no appointments, and hung up..... needless to say i will not be calling back for an appointment, and i was so looking forward to going.....
