Tranquility Spa

I typically go to Sun Massage across the street, but they were full. Tonight instead I tried tranquility. It was the worst massage of my life. Multiple times I had to tell the woman to slow down, work on one body part at a time, and to be thoughtful about what she was doing. it never got better. When she started using oil, it was almost a bucketful. I had to tell her that it was too much oil, preventing her from actually accessing the muscles and massaging them. At one point I got up and wiped the excess oil off because she wouldnt. it was horrible and never got better so my 90 minute massage that I desperately needed turned in to be 90 minutes of horrible unskilled non-English-speaking untrained massage. She had the audacity to question my 10% tip, and I thought that that was being generous, considering how horrible it was. I explain to her that because I had to const her, the massage was poor and that I would not be tipping anymore. I was so disappointed in that I would not recommend anyone go there ever especially if you were desperately in need of a good massage.

This place was amazing! I felt so much better after my massage. They worked out all the kinks! I already booked my next appointment.Do yourself a favor and treat yourself at this spa. I promise you wont regret it. CiCi was just amazing!

I thought it was going to be the same as the location in mesquite and it wasnt as far as their technique. In the beginning she asked me is pressure good which i said yes because it was until after like 5-10 min it went downhill i didnt feel any pressue only thing she did was like rub my back. I liked the rooms but overall i wouldnt go back.

I usually am a regular but today if I can give a rating of 0 stars I would MY SERVICE WAS RUSHED. The door was open the entire service. When it became time to pay I gave the lady $60 & said give me $55 back she proceed to say no tip! I say yes give me a second because I had singles to give as well, she then threw the money at me if I cant rate this service 0 stars I would! Totally unsatisfied!

Cici...not sure of the spelling, but she was my masseuse today, and it was great. She was so sweet, and kept checking to ensure I was good. The place/person I normally go to was booked solid, so I was on the hunt, and my search served me well. Also, if anyone is curious about what service I received, it was a full body massage.

I went with my friend to get some reflexology. They tried to upsell us, cool. So we did the combo. They put us in the same room and began loudly whispering & my friends masseuse answered a phone call in the middle of the session. She went out of the room & left the door wide open. My friend had to ask her to close it. When we were finished they couldnt even close the door to let us dress. We brought up the door issue & her response was to scream at us & say there was nothing but women there. Which is a lie, because I heard 2 distinctive male voices. This was my first time & will be my last.

My wife and I went here for a couples massage to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. Everyone was very cordial to us. The massage was great. Both of the massage therapists adjusted pressure to our liking. When my back popped from the more heavy pressure, I knew we would be going back.

I went in for a couples massage and the massages were great but we did not enjoy that during our service the employees were talking out loud to each other also while I was getting my massage the lady simply walked out to talk on the phone. Another thing that threw me off was when I was paying I did leave a tip and the lady gave me back the receipt asking for more.

I went to get a 90 Minutes Full Body & 60 Minutes Foot Reflexology. They were very accommodating. The massage entry to the spa and the massage room was very clean. Nicely decorated and fresh. I did not visit the restroom so I dont have a say on that but Im sure it meets expectations. The staff was very friendly. My massage therapist did an amazing job. I was so relaxed when IIwas there. I fell asleep and slept even more when I got home. This was a very pleasant change.. I switched from a spa I was going to and needed a new one. So glad I found them and will certainly keep coming. I really hope they maintain the quality and level of service.11/24/2023Im a regular and was quite disappointed with my mediocre massage today.

I have loved my visits to Tranquility Spa. The staff is very warm and welcoming, and the massages I’ve received have given me a great escape from the day-to-day grind. Such relaxing massages that have also cared well for my trouble spots. I highly recommend getting your next massage at Tranquility Spa, but you’ll have to get in line behind me 😉

I read the comments of peoples past experiences and thought it couldnt be that bad, well... When I got there, I was greeted and nicely passed into my room. Once there, everything I had read in the other reviews started happening! The so-called masseuse started stomping my back, neck, and hands! Once I flipped onto my back, I then realized The Door had been OPEN this entire time!!! 😳As she continued, the phone kept ringing, and she was answering every time. she rushed the massage and didnt really focus on any particular area of my body. Once she was done, i felt no different than when i came in. It was time to pay; It was $60.00 for 1 hour, even though I was Not happy with the service. I did give her $71.00... she said, How much tip!? I said, $11.00 almost 20%! She responded, GIVE ME MORE TIP, WHY SO LITTLE? My first thought, NEVER coming back here!!**To the people who are considering going, pls keep this in mind!To the owner, please talk to your employees and make corrections, because in the end, this is your business, and no one is going to take care of it if youre not!

First time coming here, really needed a good massage and it definitely exceeded my expectations! Amazing service, I was attended right away. Shishi was amazing. Will definitely be coming back! Definitely recommend!

With an exhausted body in, an energetic body out! What should I leave for them? $10, $20 tips, or something more powerful for them? Great massage skills and considerable service mean a lot for people who have to work in front of a computer every day. Nancy is a great one there!

My girls and I went to get full body massages last week. The staff was kind, and they were able to get all 3 of us. The atmosphere had a nice calming effect. The hot stones & warm towels were the best! We will definitely go back on a regular basis now. The pricing and quality is very affordable.

If I could zero stars I would cause I don’t know how they have five stars because their services was not good. First off they rushed through the 60 minute message. Second I could not understand anything she said. Third they try get a bigger tip from you and not knowing if you enjoy the services. But first off don’t tell me how much of a tip to leave with my money. Be grateful for whatever you receive even if you live off tips which is what they kept saying. They wanted 20% for the services but that is not stated nowhere on the website or inside the building. So I WILL NEVER return there or recommend anyone to them. With that being said find another place to go cause they ain’t right!!!

I had a 60 min full body massage by CiCi, and it was great. I would definitely be returning. The room was clean, friendly staff.

I enjoyed the deep tissue 30 min body massage and the inclusion of hot stones at the end. The lady used her elbows and knees to really get in there, at first I was like Whats going on? But it felt great so I rolled with it. Very reasonable prices, but have cash so they dont keep your ID when they tell you their card machine is broken and you have to go across to the bank. They should announce that before you start. I may return, friendly folks!

My massage lady was massaging too fast and kept hurting me because I don’t think she has experience or know what she’s doing. Horrible experience!!! She massaged my body hard and fast as if she was in a marathon. Did not feel good at all.

Not relaxing or professional. She kept the door cracked. I could hear all conversations in my room. I was in front room near counter and she kept going in and out during my massage time. It was ridiculous. I’m never going back there. Plus she did not rub correctly. It was very oddly done. I’ve had massages every 5 weeks for 8 years to know quality. This wasn’t. .

Second time coming to get a full body massage and again Im super satisfied. They are amazing in every way possible.Best of all the prices are very affordable and reasonableDont think about it just go and check it out

On May 21, 2022, I visited Tranquillity Spa as a walk in, for the first time, in Cedar Hill Texas. Nancy quickly assisted me and asked what services were I interested in. The prices in the business were clearly marked on the board and I chose a full body massage. Nancy served me immediately. She was personable, kind, and very professional. Nancy is a master at destressing her clients. Mid-way through, I even added the foot reflexology service which was amazing. The services were exceptional and I am so glad that I stopped in. After my 90 minute service, I went right next door to Kris Koffee and told them about how great Tranquility Spa really is- it’s name is definitely befitting. A must visit! Sorry #MassageEnvy I will be cancelling my contract. Tranquility Spa is way better!

I have gone here twice and I absolutely LOVE Ms Nancy! She’s small is stature with a powerful hand!!! I leave feeling like a new person. She massages away all of the aches and pains!

This place was great. Make sure you have cash or you’ll have to pay fees for using your debit or credit card. That was the only minus. I will go back again.

Woke up with worst muscle spasm I’ve ever had and Cindy showed it who is boss. She did an excellent job working it out while being very accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend Cindy and Tranquility Spa.

I have been to this massage place twice! Nancy does my massage. She is great with her massage techniques! She will work with you on the pressure points. Highly recommended her!

Ran up on them...on my 1st visit got there what I thought wouldnt be time to do a pedi before closed but I was welcomed in and this has been my spot every since. I have seen them take people up to the last minute or even after posted closing time if they can find a Nail Tech that would take you.

Husband made 2appointments . They saw him ,told me 20 mins to wait. 40 minutes later still waiting so We left when he was done and the massage was rushed not very Goodwin return.

The message was good, but as the ladies were giving the message to me and my husband they were talking & laughing. Even when exiting the room closing the door loudly. There was NO TRANQUILITY in the room or the message.

Needed a deep tissue massage to lengthen and soften the muscles around my joints and ligaments after a week of intense training. If you want to recover faster & preform better look no further.

Came here for a chair massage, the best 20 minutes of my week. I will be back.
