I have never had a problem with this shop. They have the best juice... they even add sweetener to it.. something no other shop does. The staff is always nice and accommodating. Ive gotten many free items... my daughter was even given a free spinner. The owner is very attentive and does what it takes to keep his customers happy. And for that, Im very satisfied with the services and products... customer for life!!

The owners are extremely friendly, and they truly care about their customers, and make sure that they get exactly what they need. They have very fair prices and a loyalty program as well, which I love. I highly recommend this vape shop!

Same people that I bought my very first ecig from like in 2008. Super friendly and they dont try to sell you what you dont need. Also, unlike some places, they dont sell you stuff thats already been used or claim that they built their own mods. Plus, their mom is super nice.

Best place for your ecig needs. Good selection and great customer service. They will always help you out with any info you need and hook you up with the best deals. All legit items no knockoffs like that dumb vibrant vapes (from personal experience) huge selection of liquids and will custom make whatever u want they dont have. I have to say Im glad I found this place and plan to be a loyal customer for a long time!

Worst vape shop Ive been to. Dont trust the reviews here. Notice the vast majority are from people with 1 - 3 reviews so I suspect theyre fake. I went in and bought a mod. They gave me a cheap off brand charger even though they charged me full price. I went in to complain when it died 32 days later. They said sorry its been over a month. I said you should have never charged me full price for a bad off brand charger to begin with. He kept insisting. So I kept stating my point. Finally he SLAMMED the correct charger that he SHOULD have included down on the counter for me then stormed off to the back. Just like a child. Turns out the mod he sold me died a few weeks after that. He glowingly recommended it. Online its well known to be garbage I later found, AND he way overcharged me on it. Markup of 40%. Also their vape juice is horrible. Avoid, the fake reviews say it all

This shop is the best vape shop to go to and their juice has awesome flavor! I will never go anywhere else! Thanks guys for all your help and being patient with me since I went into all this blind and trying to quit smoking! Yall have been nothing but supportive and I really appreciate that!

Always get good service. Usually in & out fast. Is convenient for me. If they werent there Id have to drive to Dallas. They can special mix and do the mg of nic you want. The owner, Danny, is awesome! Always helpful & accomodating. They moved to Uptown Blvd. across from Walmart. Parking is a pain but worth it.

Danny is fantastic! Provided great customer service and helped us trouble shoot issues we were having with our tanks. You wont be able to find a better vape shop in the area!!!! Elixir Vapes is our new home for vaping!!!

I love this place. I started going here when I lived in Duncanville, and since I moved to North Grand Prairie Ive continued to go here for my vape needs. The owner is really nice. Theyre honest, good people.

Always super nice and accomidating, but their juice sucks. Every time we go in we get a 120 of vermillion in a 70/30 in a sub ohm tank. Im a seasoned veteran who knows how to prime my coil, I helped run a vape shop. But somehow within 72 hours of putting their juice in our tanks they eat up our coils and juice turns dark brown and everything tastes burnt. Only time we have this problem is with their juice. After spending a couple hundred bucks there we wont be going back.

Excellent customer service, and understands what theyre selling! Wouldnt consider going anywhere else for my gear, they take care of their regulars and first timers. Dont let these sour reviews fool you, Im a smart man and id be lost without this place.

Best e-cig store in dfw, dont bother purchasing E-liquid anywhere else! They have the best selection and if you dont like what they have, they will mix up any flavor your heart desires. All of there liquid is mixed on site, go in and talk to Danny or Bic, they will treat you right.

This is the best vape shop that I have ever visited, if you have an e-cig or need one then you should come here. They always have a positive attitude and give very excellent customer service. As looking as I have an e-cig this will be the only business that I shop at.

I love this store he fixed my vape pen when it was leaking instead of insisting I get a new one and their juice tastes amazing

I loved this place. However the pandemic didnt work out well just drove by to look around and support a local business and they are gone. Not a soul inside. Some wood panels and chair thats all.
