Went there with my cousins in my wheelchair ( which is kinda a big deal if you’re disabled, so props for that one) but, I’m getting off track, so back to the review…Super friendly, very helpful in picking out just the right ones. Add to this, they will deliver, but don’t think you can roll one over on the shop, cause ya can’t, so put that fairytale away, but, if you’re legal eagle, enjoy the fairytale 💖💖💖 and, yes, you’ll get to be your very own main character. A girl can dream, right???Bonuses: Veteran owned and operated, and THEE BIGGEST BONUS—Able. If you know, you know, and a quick Google relating to the name…trust me, it’s kinda neat.So, overall: really good experience, I’d definitely recommend. Best place to go within 50 miles! Staff is super helpful and always has everything you need, open to requests for something specific if they dont have it either. Cannot recommend any other place to get everything you need.

I came by looking for a specific brand and the customer assistant informed me they dont have it anymore but started showing and referring different flavors when he then offered to make one for me. I say yes and next thing I know Im going home with an amazing tasting banana pudding e-liquid. Youll definitely be happy no matter what you get here.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ive never had a bad experience over the year that I have been a customer. Their juice is also very good quality! It doesnt burn really fast like most brands, and the flavor selections are endless. Their prices are a little higher than most places, but for the quality of their products and the awesome customer service its definitely worth the few extra dollars.

My go-to vape shop, there’s none other like Moto! They have a wide selection and every employee I’ve met has great knowledge in helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. The employees are always attentive. Sometimes I have to wait a little while for someone to help me, but thats okay because the wait is worth it. This business is unlike any other business. The people here are not pressured by a corporate system or setting. Mike is always down to Earth and nice. James is informative, as is Storey, and they help people who have the time and want to be helped.5 stars because theyre the best.

This is a great store to get vapor products and to get more knowledge on how to use them. The staff is very friendly, and all about educating you and finding the best vape that fits your needs. The environment of this store is relaxing and enjoyable. Ive been to this store about 5 times, and each time, I spend about 4-6 hours there. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They arent just looking to take your money and charge you for every little thing. Theyll help you out and in general, be very relaxed about everything. Their juice is absolutely amazing as well. I would suggest Johnson Creeks Merango for anybody that hasnt tried it. Definitely a cool place to go hang out at and vape for a few hours.

Came in with another customer, we were greeted. two people were behind counter the guy who greeted us helped the first customer while other employee stayed talking casually with what I assume to be a couple regulars. I waited for the first customer to be greeted and sat at the bar, when that customers business was concluded the employee clearly saw me sitting at the end decides texting on his phone was more prudent. I had to get up walk all the way to him to be helped. I understand that this is a lounge and a relaxed environment, however it is no excuse for poor customer service. I cant imagine coming back.

Wonderful customer service, the staff is polite and always gets right to you when you walk in. This is the best vapor store in dfw in my opinion, they also will deliver right to your house if youd like. If your a first timer or just dont know much about vaping the staff will take there time explaining to you and making sure you understand. They have a wide variety of products, and they always seem to have whatever you need in stock. Very nice and professional looking store, comfortable couches and several televisions if you want to just lounge around. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Walked about a month ago and told them I wanted to quit smoking. They consulted with me about how much I smoked and which brand of cigarettes. Long story short, I havent picked up a cigarette since I walked in. Fantastic choice of products and the employees are awesome with great customer service. I stop by and chill at least 3 times a week. A great vape lounge, everybody should stop in thats in the Cedar Hill area just to check it out.

This is the only vape shop my husband and I go to. The house juice is of excellent quality and the customer service is amazing. Mike and James are freaking awesome but the whole staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they make you feel at home. Go try them out!

Everyone is so helpful! I walked in a smoker almost 2 years ago and walked out with vapes for me and my family. They helped me every week with different flavors and what nicotine level to ween us off. They help you create your own juice and remember you when you walk in the door. I thank them for helping me with a healthier alternative and I don’t smell like a cigarette!

The crew here was super friendly and very helpful. I have been vaping for awhile but didnt understand it fully. They were super helpful and answered all my questions. Just had a horrible experience at this location first and foremost an associate by the name of Samantha or whoever she claims to be an assistant manager in this location with red hair is pissed because her friend got fired from at&t and is looking for revenge for some reason.I came in just to buy juice and from the second I walked in she was on a rant even a co worker stated she was having a horrible day. Someone like this should not be in any customer service position at all. I spoke with manager while still at store and he compensated my juice for this horrible experience with this nobody associate. Dont see her making any progress in life with that attitude, would love to do a study on her and see how her life is going in 5years, I could bet down the drain working fast food!!!!!

Most shops are adamant on selling you. It has nothing to do with passion for vaping but simply for making a sale regardless of the products quality.. I can truly say that the family based staff at motovapes are passionate about what they do and even more so about their customers. My last time visiting, me and my girl spent about an hour and a half talking comic books and watching crouching tiger hidden Dragon lol any owner/employee thatll just chop it up with you like that deserves my business. Id rate them 10 stars if I could!

I’m from Alabama and I drive trucks. I catch Uber’s all around the country to get to the nearest vape shop in the area when I’m out of juice. This place by far is the best vape shop I ever visited around the country. Whenever I’m in Cedar Hill I stop by and always get the best service. Today I bought 2 120ml bottles of blackberry lemonade and I’m very satisfied ets just say I won’t need any juice for a while and if I do I’m coming back to Texas to get some lol

I have been around the Best Southwest area trying to find a vape shop that would be the best fit to help me quit smoking. Motovape has become my home shop! From the moment I have walked through the door Mike and Annette have been more than fantastic as shop owners and support system while quitting cigarettes. With products ranging from starter kits to full blown competition vape gear,they can get you where you need to be. The customer service has been excellent,from personal experience and witnessing how they work with other customers. When I have been to other shops,I have and will always say Motovape is my home shop. Mike and Annette are doing a great job,with ever expanding lines of products that are staff tested before they go on the shelf and a knowledge base and technical support beyond what Ive witnessed anywhere,you need to give this shop a try!

Lady had no clue about a very common item. Said your guess is as good as mine unasked her the price, and she said they vary. Ibstood there, she walked away. So, I walked away. And will never come back. 8th is is the third time I have been here and left with nothing. Maybe I should leave with something since they have no idea whats going on...... walk in and help myself.

Been in here once, was recommended by a friend. I was just trying to chill and vape for a min. The staff was super nice and very personable and they also didnt try to sell me a ton of unnecessary things (big plus). I have been a customer for a year now, they know me by name and what I smoke and take care of me regularly and fast. Every employee is a good friend and I recommend this place to friends or family that want to stop smoking.As for anyone else that didnt enjoy it, they probably are retarded. Haha PEACE OUT

Im giving Two stars because Motovape is in a nice location, has a friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere. Other than that, I would only recommend going to them for hardware. Their juice is just a step above what you may find in a gas station. From what I can tell, their juice contains propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, alcohol, and maybe distilled water (other than flavoring). The alcohol and distilled water KILL coils. I was using a Kanger protank 3 when I went to them the first time, and had a brand new coil in it. After one tank, my coil was dead and had to replace it. Another tank later, coil dead again. I went and got new juice and a new coil from another shop in town, and used that coil for two weeks before I found myself replacing it. Their juice also seems to be the highest priced in town, other than tobacco and beyond, which I would not recommend going to for anything vape related. I could go on about how I have upgraded to mechs and rebuildables and my experience with Motovape after my upgrades, but I will just sum it up to I purchased an awesome RDA from them for a nice price, but their juice still doesnt pass the test. I have 45 mls of their juice , from when I tried to see if they had improved any, sitting in my cupboard, waiting for a day when I have no other choice but to use them. To sum up my opinion: Nice staff, atmosphere, location, and hardware, but subpar juice, which is what I find myself in a vape shop for 95% of the time.Edit: Lowered my rating down from two stars to one star. Found myself in there today, and a series of events, poor decisions, and a lack of time forced me to have to buy a bottle of juice. I got a bottle of irish cream (doesnt taste like irish cream, but actually has a decent taste). Bottle claims that the only ingredients are pg, vg, natural food flavorings, and nicotine. If that was the extent of my visit, I would have raised a star. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by a customer, not by staff. It wasnt until I reached the counter that I was greeted by, whom I believe to be the owners mother whom also works there. She was on her way out, Im not deducting points for that, she actually got on to X. Porter for not greeting me, and she asked what I needed. I told her I needed juice, and she directed me to a burly man with a big black beard and guages in his ears. I could care less about appearances, but the guy didnt seem to want to be there. He asked me what I wanted in a mumble, and I told him juice. As he rolled his eyes in annoyance to my question, I asked to see their list of flavors. He slowly moved to the end of the counter and plopped a well worn laminated sheet of paper in front of me. I asked him if the irish cream flavor was dark in color. Annoyed with me, he mumbled a response of I dont know, maybe, I think its not too dark. I told him if it wasnt darker than an amber color then I would take a bottle. He asked what nic level I wanted and then no other questions. Asking what nic strength, pg/vg ratio, and bottle size are all pretty standard questions in a vape store, I wanted to further specify my bottle, but he just walked away. What I got was a 30 ml bottle of Irish cream at 6 mg of nicotine. I wanted a 10 ml bottle, but they may not have that, but I dont know that. I also wanted my pg/vg ratio to be something along the lines of 10/90, but I have no idea what my ratio is. He put the sticker label on the bottle, plopped it down on the counter and walked away, without another word. X. Porter told me how much it cost, I gave him the money ($17) and he gave me a get the hell out of here stare. Confused, I asked him if we were done. He gave me a half nod and I left. No thank you, come again, nothing. Never going back to that establishment again.

This is a smaller Vape store and seems to be staffed by one employee at a time. So you can get stuck waiting on just one person.

Bad vibe walking in the door...Ive been twice only due to the fact they are one of the only shops in this area when Im in town...over priced coils...over priced mods...over priced premium juice and the house juice is garbage....I will go out of my way from now on and hit Artisan or Violet to spend my money.
