I came here based on reviews, I keep hearing great things about Lily. However, I received my massage from Yoyo and it was spectacular!!! Definitely coming in again

Came here and had a 30 min massage she started off trying to walk on my back and i didn’t ask for it, then she covered my head for no reason and I felt someone on the other side of me at one point after everything was done I paid for service and had 3 or 4 dollars cash gave it to her and she opened it up and showed another lady like what is this as if I had to give a tip at all and then pointed at the receipt like tip on the card and then started talking in their language. Very rude and unprofessional

Very good hospitality helped with knots in my back with suction cup treatment I highly recommend it when you have any bad body ache. At great prices 😁 and feels like I am 5 years younger!

OMG this place was horribleeeeeee first I come in and pay before my massage was even done on top of that she asked me for a tip also after I paid for my massage I had about 6 or 7 dollars in my pocket which was fine for a tip she while her head and said no 20 please I might as well had a homeless person give me a massage and the massage was horrible I told her soft she was so aggressive and steady running out the room to get the door NEVER AGAIN

I had an appointment for a 60 min full body massage. I arrived early but they were running about 20 min behind. They rushed through my massage like it was a contest to see who could finish first; i had to keep telling her not so hard. It was not relaxing at all. They only about 8 min on my lower body, feet and face/neck combined. I was extremely disappointed.

This was a bad experience. The first 10 minutes was spent listening to the workers argue with the manager on the phone on speaker in an oriental language after I am already on the bed face down. Then, they hand me the phone and I can’t understand what the lady is saying, but I tell her I had an appointment which seemed to set things in order. The massage was very weak and no nice essential oil smells. A guy came in to get a massage and went in another room with a girl who was speaking English to him who previously would not tell me what was going on when I had asked. During the very weak massage, the “massager” made another phone call. Also, she handed me a card to read that wanted me to spend $20 on something to add to the massage. My massage was supposed to be 30 minute body and 30 minute foot reflexology. There was no reflexology involved. Take out the arguing and the whole thing lasted about 45 minutes. I have had better massages by my family. Not to mention my hair was full of oil when I left.

My massage therapist (Lily?) was amazing. They are a little pushy on the cupping but argue that it does help with those tight upper back muscles. And yes, it does actually help substantially. She barely talks except to say Okay? and then continues. Nevertheless, the massage is thorough and well timed. They really assess and massage the muscles we use yet dont realize how fatigued, such as areas close to tendons and joints. Worth the money, and tbh its very affordable for the effort they put forth.

Always great!! Make sure you call for an appointed. The lady who answers the phone speaks English and can give you information. Most of the massage therapists do not speak English so they wont be able to answer many questions or set up appointments.

It’s a good massage place it’s busy but I promise they do the best they can to service you thank you daisy for the massage and please guys leave a tip they work really hard

Came into town last Saturday, called at 11, they got me in at 11:30. Had a great massage with Lily! She was very attentive and professional. I felt great after my 90 minute massage. She even used hot stones, at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend!

It has been 2 years from my original review and I can say that I continue to be very impressed with this business.I am fused from L2 through Sacrum and while I consider the fusion a positive thing there are still many times that my back is hurting. I have been coming to Relax Spa for several years and I consider these folks as part of my regiment.The Staff is very aware of my surgeries and work hard to provide a comprehensive massage to promote circulation and wellness while avoiding the areas.Highly recommend this facility.

I’ve been here 3 times but the last two very disappointing. She kept stopping running to door, had business phone in room and was answering while doing my massage which annoyed the HELL out of me. She kept door cracked while i was getting my massage. When I’m getting pampered that is what I expect with NO Interruptions. The first time this happened I asked her what’s going on she act like she didn’t understand the second time I told her to please give me 100% of my time without running to door or answering phone. No complaints on the massages itself but the short staff and interruptions is a very BIG NO for me

I have been going to this place for years now and I have yet to find any massage spa that comes close to the great service you recieve from this place! the staff is very friendly and courteous.. lily is a great massage therapist that gives you a real massage not the typical rub down she always does an awesome job I will highly recommend this place above all others!

I’ve gone to this place for years and the massage was great. I recently went at my scheduled time, I arrived early and another customer came in after me and I was asked to come back later. I got apologies but WOW. I’m done!!

My boyfriend and I stumbled across this place while waiting for the kids to play at Altitude. We walked in, observed the prices and asked one 30 minute foot massage and body massage. The lady appeared startled or simply just did not understand our request. She told us to hold on a minute, walked away only to return with the same confused look on her face. I again attempted to repeat my request. My bf decided we should leave.The whole experience was weird to say the least. Whoever was in the back whom she spoke with denied us service without an explanation. My assumption may be far fetched but I believe this establishment conducts suspicious activity because they darn sure aren’t providing massages like advertised. 🤷🏾‍♀️My suggestion BEWARE!!!!!! Relax Spa doesn’t even deserve the 1 ⭐️ I’m forced to give them.

Great massage but the ladies didnt speak much english. The lady who did the massage kept talking to the other. This happen several times. The door was open several times while Im on the table body partially bare and then the woman told me to give her a tip. I had cash to give her but she handed me back the credit card receipt and told me tip. She got a lot less because of that.

I message was just okay for 60.00. The lady had the nerve to asked for a tip and I had what I wanted to give her she asked me for 10.00. Who does that. Their job security is clients coming in anything pass that is a bonus. Will not be going back.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE! - Find any other placeI could barely hear or understand what this lady was saying.She kept asking me to add $20 for this, $15 for that... blur blur. I couldnt trust anything she wanted to up sell me on because I had already noticed that she has no clue on what she was doing, she was just standing on my back and when she came off, she just started pitching me everywhereWhat annoyed me MOST was her telling me what amount of a tip she wanted. She became agitated right away, almost became combative.

This was my first time at this spa, Im not new to massage therapy, but I must say that Lily was amazing. I got cupping for the first time, this place is my new go to for massages.

Just got back into town. Stopped off , got a great deep tissue massage. Bad shoulder, back walking took the pressure off. Again, as always the service was great. Friendly staff, and also excellent massage. Family friendly.

Great experience Rose and her daughter did a great job. I completed the 60 minute combination massage with my cousin and we were both satisfied with our experience.

I have been going here since they first opened. They are very good at massage therapy. I always get 1-2 hour deep tissue and I leave like a brand-new woman.

2nd time there.. Ask for Lily..Went in with pain and the 90 min massage with Cupping was the fix. Loved my massage and I’ve had many.

Waste of time and money. Massage is trash and you dont get full hour that you pay for. The lotion smells like cheap incense. Makes you wait 30 minutes and still ask for tip. Keep going elsewhere.

We had a appointment set for 4:30.We werent even greated, and then refused to see me and my spouse as she took a walk-in customer right past us. Then goes to tell us she doesnt know anything and to talk to the manager. That was beyond ghetto! A very, very, unprofessional way to conduct business!!!

Just Left Relax Spa 🧖‍♀️ and I definitely recommend Ms.BETTY , 30mins for $40 dollars was reasonable to me it felt like 45 mins I enjoyed every rhythm and stroke routine she did.Satisfied Customer 🗣

So affordable and amazing quality massages! They dont talk and talk, they actually let you enjoy the massage and you lay in a nice dim room...love it, and loved the price :)

Awesome hot oil massages for $50. My shoulders and back as in a lot of pain. I havent had any more pain in a month.

Horrible massage cold rooms and laughing and loud, slow to start massage, they offer massage and give a horrible service, more pain than relaxing

They do not know what a swedish massage is even if you request it you end up with deep tissue and sore the next day
