My mom, sister, aunt and I went in for massages for my mom’s birthday. The ladies were ready for us when we got there and did an amazing job! The place was clean, the workers were so sweet and nice! We were all pleased with our experience and will definitely be back! Thanks for a great experience!!

My daughter & I needed a same day/time appointments to workout our roadtrip soreness and the lovely folks here were able to quickly accommodate us and our needs. The two masseuses (Mine was named Anna, forgive me I didnt catch my daughters masseuse name) were able to relax our locked up muscles and turn us both into very relaxed jelly with just a 30 minute massage with hot stone therapy added on. If you are looking for a place that gets the job done professionally and quickly I highly recommend Maple Spa.

Lulu and Anna always provide a great experience when my husband and myself stop by for a couples massage. They have been professional, personable and given a great relaxing massage. My husband had back surgery last year, lulu always takes the extra time for him to focus on areas that are painful while not complicating where he had surgery. We appreciate the hours they are open, the willingness to fit us in last minute and the environment they provide.

Anna was great! I was in town only for a couple of days and decided I wanted a massage last minute. I called Maple Spa and they were able to get me in the same day! I haven’t had that good of nights sleep in a long time ☺️

90 minute deep tissue massage with Anna. Awesome massage. Anna found several areas that were very tight. She focused on those areas until they loosened up. I feel much better now. Anna also used hot stones which felt amazing. I have had several massages at Maple Spa and all of the massage techs are very professional and respectful of my privacy.

I found Maple Spa by googling, and chose Anna as my masseuse as she was praised on all reviews I read. She was excellent, as the reviews suggested! She focused on problem areas in my neck. Her hand strength was amazing, thank you!

The experience was OK, could’ve been better. I got a couples massage, the ladies talked the entire time which was very irritating cause you can’t relax. The massage was OK. I’ve had way better for way cheaper. They were insisting to give a way larger tip at the end which made it awkward.

Anna was amazing! I called in a panic because my neck was completely out of wack and I couldn’t turn my head. If you know what that’s like then you know it’s a terrible feeling! She gave me a 90 minute massage and focused on my neck! I feel so so much better! She is amazing at what she does, and listens to your concerns. I will be back! Thanks Anna!

The experience was ok. Some parts of the massage felt nice but others were uncomfortable; I tried to trust the process. I now have an issue with my left shoulder after I was massaged around my shoulder joint in an odd way. It hurts and makes a popping sound when I move it. When she got to my neck, she for some reason did not use any oil. I wish I had of said something, but again, I was trying to trust the person who does this for a living. The skin on my neck was raw and sensitive afterward. My masseuse answered her phone numerous times while massaging me. This was sadly the most unprofessional massage experience I’ve had. My husband and I will not return.

Pretty awkward and weird experience, apparently a lot like another recent review on here, maybe its under new management? Cant figure out why there are so many good reviews. Anyhow, my wife and I were able to coordinate a day that we both had off and decided to treat ourselves to a couples massage, and this place had good reviews. So we schedule a 90-minute couples massage a few weeks in advance. Fast forward to the day of, we arrive early in case there is any paperwork or anything since this is our first time here. We walk in, no check-in, no appointment confirmation, nothing, just escorted back to a room and left alone. My wife and I change and lay on the tables in the cold room. A few minutes later the therapists came in and proceeded to ask us questions about if we had a reservation and how long of a massage. They seemed rather annoyed when I said 90 minutes, even though the gentleman on the phone said that was fine when we made our reservations. They then proceeded to give us a massage with a sheet over our bodies and talk back in forth in their native language. After 15-30min of this, they finally proceeded to what I would call a normal massage. But even then it was mostly a long back rub. I got the deep tissue and my wife got the Sweedish, and she felt the same way. Once it was all done we walked back out to the lobby to pay, where we were asked about tipping. While I was not thrilled about the massage, I still planned to tip 20% in cash, since I felt like that was more than enough for a long back rub. When I tried to hand over the cash tip for both therapists, I was informed that my 20% tip was not enough and she pointed me to a small sign on the desk that said the tip it had to be 30% or higher. Reluctantly, we paid the extra amount, partially because we were caught off guard and just wanted to get out of there. The tip deal brought my review from a 3 star to a 1. Save your money and go somewhere else. Not worth $ for a long back rub in a cold room.

Bought a couples massage from Groupon and tried to leave a review of the experience however its never posted.If this was my husband and Is first massage it would have been the last. We went jan 2nd for our anniversary. They were in such a hurry they came in the room twice while undressing without knocking and the first 30 minutes of the massage was over the sheet with light massage.There was such a language barrier we couldnt express my husbands needs.When the lady doing my massage finally used oil it was cold (as were the tables) and she left the room more than 3 times after completely covering my head with a towel giving no indication what she was doing.the hot stones were rubbed with light pressure on my back and left on my neck. The gal who was doing mine was chanting something over and over the majority of the time and when she finally put some pressure on an area that needed it I moaned lightly and she mocked me with deep moans and laughing with the other gal. When she had me get on my back she rubbed up and down both legs, did the back of my shoulders and neck and did light touches on my forehead and patted me she was done. When done we left the tip on the counter like we always do anywhere we go and when we walked out to the lobby one lady handed me a water and said where tip several times, I pointed to the room and she went back to get it while the other gal stood in front of the door.I reached around her said goodnight and we walked out. I literally thought they were going to follow us to the car. We spent 158 for an hour hot stone and aromatherapy (no aromatherapy used) massage which in my opinion didnt deserve a tip yet we left a decent one regardless of the service received. The outside of the building is dark and windows blocked out and right away was uncomfortable and at no point did the atmosphere become relaxing. I highly suggest going somewhere else over this place. I have been drinking lemon water for days and my right lymph node in my neck has been swollen ever since and my body feels like its needs a massage more than before I went here. I really dont understand the high reviews.it was definitely an odd experience.

My wife and I went in and had an amazing 60-minute couples massage. The staff was friendly and welcomed us into a quiet room immediately. The time flew by as they worked all over the body with expert hands. The hot stone massage was a wonderful touch. We will definitely be back!

I was able to call the same day and get in with Anna! She was amazing! First massage I’ve ever had where she got on top of me and was able to get deep into my lower back like I needed. She also had me sit up at the end and really got into my shoulders and neck! Excellent service and already booked my next appointment!

Yuyu was great. She did a great job on shoulders and gave me great tips. My husband is very sensitive so she was able to adjust the pressure to his liking. My shoulders were very tight and she really helped me. Will definitely visit again

Received a couples massage last minute with my husband. The massage was amazing! LuLu and the other lady were extremely professional! My husband and I did not know what to expect! When we finished we were sent home with bottles of water and watermelon! The experience was really relaxing and I would recommend to anyone!

Its an amazing experience. Went with my friend and my goodness, it was the best experience. 30 minute hot stone with aromatic massage 💆🏼‍♀️, was excellent experience and didn’t feel rushed. Jenny was our masseuse and she did a fine job. Very relaxing and great customer service. Highly recommended

If you want an amazing deep-tissue massage you need to see Anna. She is strong and very intuitive. She knows all the tight points and works her way in. I have to say this is one of the best massages I have ever had. I will definitely become a regular. Therapists like Anna are hard to find. She is extraordinary and very professional. I’m in the army and work full time. I also train hard so my body takes a beating. Scheduling 10/10 didn’t have to provide a card to book and they are open late so I could go after work.Got the full hour massage 10/10 been having hip pains that she noticed without me saying anything and she knew it was deeper than normal. She spent a good amount of time on this area which made me feel so much better when I got up. This pain was bothering me for five days and she was able to massage the ache away. I could walk normal again which was a bonus. She said she as heavy in all the right areas. 10/10 I do recommend and I’m coming back again.

10/10 recommend Maple Spa & Massage. We called and booked only 30 mins in advance and were greeted at the door. Throughout the entire massage, I was asked if I was doing okay and offered different additions to my experience. We will for sure be coming back.

Was so relaxing and wonderful. Did a couples massage with my wife. We both loved it. We agree we should go everyday. We could of stayed all day. They were tremendously and good at their jobs.

Charged me $30 for tip, they have suggestion tip which is $20 for 60 mins massage. I said Ill go for $20 and the old lady charged me $30! Boy oh boy! First of all the aura is already not relaxing, got clogged sinus after and a headache. I felt the vibe of just hungry for money not thinking of the impact to the customer either wanting to go back or not. Obviously NOT!

9/04/23- I’m classified 100% disabled from paralysis, spastic quadriperesis and Anna works so therapeuticaly on me I am able to move parts of my body that I couldn’t before I went in. She is so intuitive she goes right to my worst “problem area” and when I leave I almost feel human again. Exercise, healthy food, good sleep, especially after a good massage, and Anna does for me what many doctors and other therapists haven’t been able to do!! You are a true blessing Anna. ❤️🙏Incredible massage! I usually see Anna the owner she has an “intuitive” ability to know my sore spots just by looking at me. My doctor recommended Chinese massage specifically because it is so helpful in treating my spasticity and paralysis. ANNA remains very busy so I often have other therapists and they are good as well. I strongly recommend that you book for an hour or longer, and let them treat you head to toe, her prices are competitive and she can give you as much deep pressure as you may like

A massage like I have never experienced before. It was moderately unpleasant throughout the majority of the service and there were several times that the lady left the room to attend to other things or retrieve something. I would not expect to have a massage therapist mount on top of me. Also, left sore and uncomfortable, more sore the next morning. Will not return.

Well, the rooms, the music are great and the massage went on Ok but the lady dressed in blue wanted me out of the room in seconds after the massage therapy. It’s always good to value the customer who opted for ur spa and decided to spend one hr of your services but unfortunately u push me out as if I gat no where to go moreover in the process of dressing up….I was disappointed ,, seconds later as I give my card for payment the same lady comes to force me give a tip…. Hmmmmm, anyways I tipped the massage lady just to get myself out of that place….am disappointed
