When I came in for my appointment, we realized the appointment had been set for a different day. The stylist who was there was kind and flexible. By the time she got to us, she took her time, gave us her full attention and made us feel like we were the most important folks in the world. I think her name was Gina. She had glasses and two nose rings on one side. A beautiful human being.

I saw my stylist get in her car and drive away as I pulled up to the salon. I saw her come back 20 minutes late for my appointment holding an iced coffee. My hair took serveral hours to do and the chairs were so uncomfortable after the 3rd hour. I asked for an extra cushion or pillow but she said they didnt have any. I ended up having to stand because my back couldnt take the chair by the end. The head massage lasted about 60 seconds and although I was disappointed, I dont think my skull couldnt have lasted much longer as it was placed directly on the hard sink with no cushion at all. It was probably bruised and throbbed for several days after. The actual results were also nothing like I wanted. It was waaaaaay over bleached. The stylist never checked the bleach processing at all. When she came back, the bleached areas had turned to complete jello. She spent 30 minutes at the sink yanking and ripping. I wanted to cry it was insanely painful. Now I have so much breakage and flyways only hair that i have spent years growing out. The damage that she did was absurd and unprofessional. I asked for a blended balayage hair what I got was more like chunky highlights with a bright yellow money piece in the front that a didnt want and the bleach didnt even go up the top and was uneven... I have spent so much money on the growth and upkeep of my hair and to have years of money and work destroyed in just a few hours...I cried the whole way home.

Althea has been my trusted hair dresser for many years, and Ill follow her anywhere. She recently moved to Euphoria and it is such a nice salon! It offers everything, and it doubles as a stopping place during ArtHop, which fits the creater vibe. I look forward to scheduling my next appointment, and I highly recommend this salon.

I love this salon! The atmosphere is amazing! Cathie did my nails a she is truly the best artist for nails! She can duplicate anything you show her! Janitza did my eyelashes and she is sweet and the lashes had great retention and were beautiful. Taylor the receptionist was an absolute sweetheart she makes sure you can get in to your favorite specialist asap! This place gets 5 stars for me!

If you’re thinking about booking anything here, DO IT! It’s my one stop shop for everything! I get my nails done by Cathie, hair by Ash, and massages by Manya. Soon I’ll be checking out their facials!

This is a great place to relax for the day. The massage is so amazing!! Full service spa offering massage hair nails and facials. Great staff, friendly and professional. Definitely worth booking for yourself.

They are all very friendly, and very professional. Once you become a regular it’s nice how you can walk in and talk with everyone like Cheers back in the day where everyone knows your name. It’s in a great location the new downtown district and the shop itself is very clean and decorated really nice. I get my nails done here and Cathie is the best in the business. Professional, sweet, always has me laughing and her nail art is phenomenal. She always has ideas on what to do with our nails and we walk out looking and feeling like rockstars. I haven’t gotten my hair done their yet but the hairdressers are all very friendly and I see clients walking out looking fabulous!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The people are all very friendly. The shop is always clean and well stocked with supplies. The location and the parking is good. My nail technician Cathy is the best in what she does. There’s times I want a color that she didn’t have, with her awesome skills of mixing....she makes it happen. I’ve been her client for over 2 years and I hope to be for a lifetime. ❤️

Today was my first time here. My appointment was with Jorge. He did a fantastic job on my hair. He is a very likable person, great attitude and easy to get along with. The salon has a great atmosphere. Will definitely be back. I hope to have Jorge as my hair stylist for years to come.

Cool salon in downtown Fresno, I’ve been coming for at least 6 years now, I love the vibe down here! The stylists are friendly, on top of being the best! I love that I can get hair, nails and waxing done in one place without compromising on quality!

Went to Sunitha and she did An AMAZING JOB!! She made sure I felt comfortable and went above and beyond to make sure I knew all about my new hair. She was patient with my concerns and even recommended products. It was my first time at a salon so I was all shy and nervous. All of that was gone as soon as I met her. I highly recommend her!! She obviously loves and knows what she’s doing ⭐️

Claudia Maravilla cut and styled my hair really nice. She is very friendly, polite.After a year of trying to find a good salon i finally found it Claudia is awesome i recommend her to everyone.

I scheduled an appointment with Jorge for the first time for highlights and a cut. Located in Euphoria 1612, Jorge sees clients as late as 6pm. There is street parking right next to the salon.I was looking for white highlights (given my previous experiences with color ranging from light blue to yellow) and Jorge assured me that he was capable of getting the task done. The color came out pretty good, although I would ask him next time to do thinner highlights. As you can see on the before and after pictures, the sides turned out a bit spotty with highlights being too thick in those areas, hence -1 star.He spent time doing the haircut since I did not want any straight angles. Overall, I like how it came out, maybe a bit shorter than I would have preferred, but in two weeks you probably wont see the difference.Jorge was very personable and sweet. I think I will come back to see him again next time I need hair services.

Stylist Aryanna Bingham is great. Very knowledgeable about hair and hair products. Shes patient and has a great personality.

All the staff here are extremely talented, and you will not be unsatisfied with their work or the prices. Yes its downtown unfortunately, but its not in a bad area. Ive been going here for a year plus now, and all the staff do amazing jobs!!!

Over priced for hair color,balayage etc .Claudia over charged me,basically I didnt get my moneys worth. Def unsatisfied and wont be going back.Other than that,the salon is nice.
