I cannot recommend Erika enough! My experience with her gentle hands, from before surgery (tummy tuck with lipo) to one month post-op, has been amazing. I contribute my healing to her helping with the lymphatic massages to reduce the swelling and after each session my mobility got better and better. I highly recommend you see her before your surgery as she will help your body get ready for the procedure. I saw Erika 3 days after surgery and while I was scared the massage was gonna hurt, it was the total opposite! Amazing and gentle. 7 sessions later and I’m loving my results. Erika was wonderful! I was very nervous about the process because of starting so soon after surgery, but she was so gentle. The office is beautiful, inviting, and easy to find. I am extremely happy with the result of my massages after each visit and will definitely return in the future for any post op care.

Sculpt Beauty by Erika has become one of the most important parts of my recovery. The initial excitement of my surgical procedure (360 lipo BBL) had left me blinded to all the challenges I would face post-op. Even though I had done plenty of research on post-op care, there was no real focus on lymphatic massages. But after 5 days of frustrating discomfort, I could feel the tightness and soreness affecting my movement, sleep and patience. I sought out help and after reading Erikas reviews I booked her earliest appointment. After my first visit, I knew this would need to be part of my recovery. Erikas light touch and delicate forms of massage soothed my body and helped get me my first real nights sleep. Erika is amazing! About 5-7 days post op from my mommy make over, I contacted Erika to see if she could get me in. Even tho is was short notice, she was able to get me in right away. Her massages are amazing, I wish I was able to get them everyday. She makes you feel so comfortable the moment you walk in. I was in so much pain the first two weeks, but with my massages she made it better. Not only does she provide lymphatic massages, but also educates on how the body is healing. At 2.5 years postop I had the pleasure of meeting Erika. I was skeptical at first because it’s been so long since my lower tummy tuck surgery, but really needed some relief from the tightness and hard lump that had formed above my lower, abdominal incision. For lack of better terms, it felt like all the fibers inside were intertwined so tight I couldn’t get any relief. Erika worked on this area for 8 sessions, and was able to soften it up to where it looks smooth and is soft to the touch. I am so impressed with this lymphatic massage technique Erika provided me!If you have had surgery and want to get the best results, I highly recommend this process. She’s the best!!

I 1000% recommend Erika shes soo sweet,carrying, and dose her best to help you out when I 1st met her she made me feel at home. She has God hands and nothing hurt me when I was getting my massages done and I did a lot of work done .... I was scared at 1st but she made me feel comfortable I had and still have questions and she takes her time to explain everything to me she really cares for her patients. I drive 45 mins to receive lymphatic massage from Erika. I chose her because it is hard to find a Licensed and properly trained lymphatic massage therapist. She is skilled and the massages feel gentle, relaxing and effective. I’ve noticed more movement and less stiffness where I had my abdominal muscles repaired. And I also have immediate relief of excess fluid. Highly Recommend!

I had surgery and I am still leaking a bit of fluid. I was hoping to get a good drain. Anita was wonderful, kind and gentle. I can tell she was stimulating my lynph nodes by tapping them, but when I asked about getting the water out, she said we dont like to get too much water out because then, the lymphatic system will not do its job, so we go very soft. This statement reflects the philosophy of her massage, let the lymphatic system deal with all the fluid, which to me is contrary to the whole point of getting drained. I had surgery in Colombia and they do it hard and painful, its hard... but they get all the water out and leave you completely drained. The results are amazing, so if someone knows of a massage therapist with the same phylosophyas Colombia please let me know, they had me snatched. I miss them. It seems to me they are afraid of making people in pain, but post op massages are supposed to hurt, thats why I always take pain medication 1 hour prior to the massage. Drainage massage is supposed to DRAIN you, not only through the lymphatic system but through the holes surgeons leave OPEN for a reason.

Honestly where do I even start, I had Lipo 360 done about 2 months ago and was in so much pain after until I started seeing Erica. I started getting hard pockets of fluid on my sides but Erica fixed all of it. She is so proffessional and knowledgeable on lymphatic drainage massage. If not for her, I’d be in so much pain and the surgery would not have yielded such amazing results.

Was referred to her. I went to Erika 4 days post op.. I had 360 lipo and BBL. I didn’t experience any pain . I’m on week 5. She made me feel comfortable and did her thing. She moves the fluid to help drain the fluid . Massage was amazing and she has kept me from forming fibrosis. I would recommend her for your massages after post op ! The photo I shared is my first appt . And the 2nd is 5 weeks .
