That was do a really good job. But Im massaging, but on your way out the door it doesnt matter how much you tip them. They still ask for more and make it really uncomfortable.

My fiancee and I came here for the first time a few months ago and it was an exceptional first experience. However, this time around the older female employee charged an additional 10 dollars per person for gratuity. I thought tipping was optional based on level of the service provided? 🤷‍♀️ Especially when it doesnt state or specify that gratuity is included in the final pricing. I just didnt appreciate being caught off guard. My total went from 85 dollars for both of us, to 97 dollars. And to make it worse, once I brought the situation to the managers attention, the older woman started speaking rudely to us in her Native tongue and me and my fiancee were very uncomfortable. Manager said she was aware of the womans actions towards customers and apologized. She gave us a 10 dollar off coupon for a future use, and our tipping money back which I didnt anticipate to happen. I just wanted to clarify pricing and policies for future visits. Hopefully they do better next time, because they are definitely worth the visit!

I’ve been going to this place for months, and fortunately never had to deal with the older woman until tonight. Prices went up to $45 each. My fiancée and I both went. Typically I pay $40 each, $80 total and then tip $10 each. As I mentioned, prices increased. I only brought a card for a specific account that had exactly $105 in it. Enough to cover what I usually pay plus the $2 fee.So I told her that I only had $100 and I that I would tip more next time as usual. Well come to check my bank account, she charged me $122.40, which overdrafted my account. Which means she added a $30 tip without authorization. I asked for a receipt because I was kind of sketched out by her attitude and the fact that she keep retyping the amount on the calculator after I already confirmed. She acted like she couldn’t reprint one. And then she was slamming around the clipboard and would not acknowledge us thanking her.I am going to call tomorrow and try to get my $20 back that I didn’t authorize. You can just charge people what you feel like and expect it to be okay. Not to mention, if you raised prices, but still expect a large tip, you might want to mention that I minimum gratuity is not optional.On the other hand, the guy who did my massage was great. Best I’ve had. And he did his job the entire time. She on the other hand, kept getting up, answered a phone call, talked loud, and had nothing but attitude. If anything, the dude who did mine deserved a large tip, not her.I hope the manager is willing to rectify this. I have sent lots of people to them and go at least monthly myself, I will not go again if this is an issue.All I can really say is, watch her type in the amount and confirm that is what you sign for. Otherwise pay in cash for both, or at least to tip.

Giving three stars because I’ve had pretty great massages here over the years. I always make an apt. Today I called for a 10:30, and was asked if 10:45 would work. I arrived for my apt and sat for five min for anyone to speak to me. At 10:50, someone brought a cell phone to me and said “hold it!” A voice on the line asked me to wait 20Min. Then asked is that was ok. I said I has an apt, and the voice said “yes, next time make an apt!” I again said I had an apt today, and was again asked if I was going to wait 20 more min. It’s not the end of the world, but if you can’t see me at 10:45, ask me to come we 11:15. Don’t have me show up, ignore me and then ask me to wait another 20 min. It’s too bad, I won’t be returning.

Wow it felt so great after message ,every part of my body felt so good , I was rejuvenated, my body was so light felt like I was in heaven. All my body ache was gone. I used to enjoy coming here until they upped their prices. Me and my bf picked up a price list almost a month ago and I went to go in last week, expecting to pay a certain amount until after I realized they went up another $10, top of that every visit they’re are demanding tips. Even though I was ready to provide a tip, right away that’s their first question.. will not be coming here again.

Another great massage! Lilly is a small lady with lots of power. She was able to work the knots out of my shoulders. Grateful I can now move more freely!

Ist time i had to stop the service and walk out. The person could not do the job. The owner step in and gave me half a massage. Charged full price. Not Happy with happy feet.

Good massage at a good price. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the customers forget to be quiet so its a little disruptive to the relaxation. But its still more than worth it.

Do not buy gift certificates from here. They sneak in writing a void date. Went to use one that was given to me only to realize after the fact that they had penciled in a void date inconspicuously at the bottom.

Very nice place, been here about 4 times got different ppl who gave me the 1 hour foot massage, all were really good. Perfect for me since Im on my feet a lot at work.

This is an amazing experience. They say foot massage but it is so much more. Totally relaxing yet very therapeutic. I do an hour and a half each time. Do yourself a favor and try Happy Feet out.

This place is the best place to come when you need to be pampered! It was such a wonderful massage! Your whole body will feel like jello when you’re finished!

Amazing! My husband and I got a 90 min couples massage with reflexology. We plan on making this a monthly treat to ourselves!
