Jade Massage

0 stars. I went for the 60 min oil massage. I didn’t get her name but she kept massaging on my spine. Didn’t put oil on until I asked her about it and then only worked on one side and section of my back. She also scratched me with her long nails. I kept telling her to stop and told her I wanted to leave after repeatedly telling her that she was massaging my bones not the muscles. She stopped but then got a hot towel to rub the oil off and did this for a long time. I now understand why so she could charge me for 30 minutes. I expressed wanting to leave after 15. I did not argue, I just told her that wasn’t fair and left. I have had bad massages before and I’ve been getting them for 30 years. This was the first time I actually had to walk out.

Over the last few years, I have had many massages from Jade Spa, from several different massage theraphist. All, to a person, was excellent. For one hour they charge 60 dollars and I usually leave a tip of 20-25 percent. I know that sheets and towels are removed after each client. Many times, while going to the restroom in the back of the spa, I hear the washing machine going and sets of clean sheets and towels neatly sacked. Also, once when every massage theraphist was busy, I waited and observed previously customer sheets removed and fresh put onto the massage table I was going to use. Since the outbreak of Covid, I take great pains to ensure I have clean sheets and towels.While English is not their first language I had no problem communicating my aches and pains.I highly recommend Jade spa, to those who are in dire need of a good professional massage, at great price.

Tried this place for the first time , the massage was good n relaxing , Kristina had strong hands . It was worth an hour , she did aromatic oil and hot stones massage, but she was verbal about getting paid more tip than I offered, that was weird .

I am hard to massage. usually tiny women can’t really get the job done at all. her English wasn’t as bad as i usually get. She did understand harder. she finally resorted to walking on my back and that nice. if i had more visits i’d probably give a 5. i rarely give out 5s.

I had an appointment, called ahead, made childcare arrangements, and showed up to be told “sorry, the lady your appointment was with left and isn’t coming back tonight.” No phone call to let me know. Owner tried to give me a whopping $5 off coupon. If you have a flexible schedule to pay for childcare and drive across town for an appointment you may or may not have, then come here I guess.

I had no small amount of trepidation about getting a massage as I am quite overweight and very self-conscious about my body. The massage therapists at Jade’s massage were professional and very kind, I did not feel like I was made fun of for my appearance nor ridiculed in anyway. The massage was wonderful, the hot rocks were sublime, and the massage therapist was competent and did a thorough job. Highly recommended for a good therapeutic massage.

First time customer. It was a wonderful message. I have never experienced hot stones before and it was very soothing. The message therapist knew my problem areas and worked deeply until the muscle tissue. Im a bit sore, but Im hoping all the tightness in my shoulders and neck will go away in the next few days. For sure I will be returning.

Big language barrier created a fuss about payment. Other than that, the masseuses were nice. They just werent able to provide the force i would have liked for my massage due to their age and gender

I called in and asked to make an appointment. They gave me a time and I arrived 10 minutes early. They did not have my appointment and were booked and said it would be an hour wait. No thank you!

Need a few more visits to give it a 5 but my masseuse did a great job on my legs and butt.

Great service and they take walk ins. Lovely people!
