I had an hour long massage with Martin and it was amazing. Firm, deep tissue, but not painful. His energy is focused and calm. Thank you for much needed relaxation. On checkout, they did present their membership plan, which isn’t really my thing. But I’m tempted cause I want to get back on Martin’s schedule :) Overall it was a nice experience.

Message was okay. I asked for Deep pressure but mostly got Medium level pressure. Therapist kept cracking his knuckles (9 times) - so it was not very relaxing. I have had better messages at their other locations.

Tried to book an appointment online. The site isnt user-friendly. I ended up making an account and booked an appointment, only to realize I booked the wrong day, but there is no option to cancel or change the appointment from the app. Now I have to wait until they open and try to remember to call and cancel it.

Had a great experience the first time. I booked a second session for my wife but she couldnt make it so she called the morning of to cancel. According to the policy, you will be charged 50% if you cancel the day of. they still got charged for the full amount. We called to dispute it. The receptionist said the manager will call us back which they never did.On separate occasions they also told our friend the manager will call them back and they never did.Would not recommend this location unless you want to get screwed over.

I bought a 12 month package, they said I got a free facial with the package. I made an appointment for my free facial, they took it out from my paid facials, without me knowing. Then I went back to give my daughter a facial from my account and learned that my free facial was actually charged to my account.So, then they said my daughter s would be free then since I got charged for the last one when I made the appointment. Went in for my daughters facial and the manager Alyssa refused to give me my free facial and charged it from my account again. She stated What do you want me to do about it, refusing to honor a free facial that I was promised and never received.These people literally lie. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked for the manager, I was astonished that Alyssa was the manager.....She was disheveled, her hair wasnt combed and white flakes or fuzzies all over her black sweatshirt as if she rolled out of bed.Dont ever buy a package from them. Youre trapped at $80/month for 12 months.

They had some great masseuse, but up and closed my location. The rest are too far from me to make the drive.

If you live in the area I would not go here at all!Not only did they cancel my apt without notifying me, but then lied about how I wasnt on the schedule when I took time of my schedule to go to my appointment. After I left I called back to make sure they didnt have me scheduled for another day is when I found out they had canceled my appointment. They stated they had a cancelation from my number, but they had sent the text to a different number. Anyways long story short, despite the fact they had messed up on the number they documented, the girls were not friendly and not did they once offer me any other options. I instead went to message therapy fresno, which was great. Theres also another place in the area called so relaxing station - not the best ambiance but still a good massage.

All around the people were very unfriendly and the service was severely lackluster.Ive been going to Massage Envy for a few years now. I havent been in in some time now.I walked into the location on Champlain near Perrin more than 15 minutes early and the girl at the desk didnt even say hi, or say who she was. Just asked me if I was the 3:30pm. I told her yes and she said cool, you can have a seat and the restroom is down the hall.I waited patiently for my appt and the time keeps ticking by. Its nearly 3:45 and Im wondering what the heck is going on. The masseuse came to find me and tells me I didnt fill out the paperwork. I said what paperwork because the receptionist didnt have me fill anything out.After I finish that the masseuse takes me to the room and I asked her if my session was going to be cut short, all she says is yes because she has a client at 4:30pm.I told her it wasnt fair to me for my session to get cut short because the receptionist didnt give me the paperwork, nor tell her I was there. She tell me that my enhancement treatment would be comped but the session would be closer to 30 minutes.I said flat out thats not going to happen. I wasnt going to pay for an got massage and only get 30 minutes of it. She offered to reschedule and I said thats not the point. If I wanted to reschedule Id have done so when shed first said the session was going to be cut short.Worst experience ever.

Very corrupt company. They have you pay for their membership each month. However, if you need to pause your membership, you cannot use what you already paid for. You have to be actively paying them each month in order to use a product you already paid for. Sign up for their membership at your own risk. I asked them if I could pause it as I had accumulated several sessions. I have been so busy, I haven’t been able to use them. I wanted to just get caught up and then resume the membership. However, they told me I could not do that. I had to be actively paying each month thus them keeping what I paid for as really how many massages/services can a busy person really get? If I want to give any away, I can only give 1 away a per month at an additional $10 fee for something I already paid for. Buyer beware of this shady company and it’s corrupt practices. Poor customer service in how they respond to customer needs.

Loved the massage. With a vague idea of what i wanted Javier definitely give me a very soothing massage. I felt relaxed from my head to my toes. I had some knots i wasn’t even aware of and feel much better now. I wish the membership had a 6 month option. I would definitely get one if that was the case.

I had confirmed my appointment the day prior and even filled out the COVID questionnaire the day of my appointment - showed up right on time to find out they allowed another person to take my appointment and there was nothing they could do. There was no excuse for them to not know I was coming in and they blatantly brought a different person back during my appointment time.The front office person admitted she didn’t verify the persons identify and gave them my time slot. She didn’t offer any consolations other than she couldn’t do anything about it then. The manager is extremely rude and this location never picks up phone calls - they hide behind text messages and always try to reschedule appointments.Do not go to this location - it has gone downhill since reopening. Go to Clovis or Fig if you’re a member.

My facial with Sam was Amazing! She takes good care, is thorough and knowledgeable. However my massage was bad, the girl Quina (?) started late and stopped early and spent half the massage on my scalp? When I flipped over, she patted my legs and was done. It was a bummer - glad I saw Sam after! The front desk isnt very organized.

Enjoy the massage at piazza del fire location ,so much I decide to buy a package for 3 months to see how that goes! I did encounter at the Clovis office a very abrupt and hurried person named Christopher, He not only did not accommodate and try to assist with my schedule he told me to go to another location, I will NEVER refer to that location and he seems non compliant and put off by my questions since Id never been there before I did have a few...Glad I landed a the other location. They are ALL so nice and will definitely recommend this location!

Had a great massage today. Just the right pressure, and techniques that left me walking out relaxed for the weekend.

After getting a few Groupons to random places, we settled on Massage Envy as our go-to. Always clean, professional, and reliable, and the staff have quickly become friends. Get the membership. Its not necessarily incredible savings, but you will not regret committing to a massage every month.

Outstanding massage by Steven. He listened to my exact needs and responded with an incredible massage. I wouldn’t go back here without having him give my massage. Beautifully clean and a very helpful, professional staff. Wish I could afford to join! But I’ll definitely be back!!

So unprofessional DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They will make you pay for a membership and they you cant even book an appointment . Poor service and when you can finally book and appointment they cancel without prior notice

Had a great experience with Branden and Javier both very professional and great massage therapist. Also heard good things about the facial experience my mom had with christina.

Love the massage...when you can get them in a timely manner.. I feel tremendous frustration with lack of availability or opening...even when a member.

First time having a full body massage and it was awesome I like to say thank you to my daughter Tiffany for setting this appointment for me on my birthday this was a perfect gift
