I’ve been going to MB&M Spa for 3 years and I’ve never been disappointed.As a new comer to Fresno I was worried that I would not find a good place for a massage. I’m very impressed with this Spa and with the variety of options it offers.All questions were answered before I made an appointment. I like getting a message to confirm my appointment. It also helps as a reminder!Delia is very careful to make sure I get the best massage possible. My sessions are never rushed, and I leave the Spa very relaxed.I have always found the establishment clean, comfortable and calming.The prices are reasonable and I look forward to the Specials. I have and will continue to recommend MB&M Spa.

!SCAM! Do NOT waste your money. My son paid $155 for a package for a mothers day package. I scheduled for May 21st @ 2pm. I arrived at 1:45 pm. No one will answer the phone and the office is always closed. I have the order number and screen shot of the transaction if anyone wants proof

Based solely on customer service, I cannot recommend this place enough!. I called and left a voicemail stating that I wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my daughter. Within 2 hours I received a response from Dahlia who, as it turns out, was actually on vacation--she didnt want to leave me hanging without a gift for my daughter. After selecting a service, she took my payment over the phone. AND, because she couldnt guarantee that a hard copy certificate would arrive by mail on time (I live in the Bay Area), she created a BEAUTIFUL 😍 personalized image for me to print out and give as a gift! Wowowowow!My daughter is a huge fan of Mind, Body and Massage Spa, and returns regularly due to the amazing ambiance and energy of the shop, as well as the exceptional talent and skill of the massage therapists there. I HIGHLY recommend!

Very poor experience. I bought a 90 min massage through class pass like a month ago & since then I have been trying to reach out for an appointment but no reply. I left a voice message and went to the location but it was locked & even emailed them but no reply. So if the owner is reading this review please refund my money. I dont want the service anymore. REFUND MY MONEY. Booking is under the name of Harminder Bhinder

Wonderful, relaxing atmosphere!! Dahlia is very sweet and personable. She worked out my many kinks and also gave me great tips on how to utilize essential oils!! Thanks Love and may God continue to bless you!!

I booked a 90-minute massage through ClassPass not having any prior experience with this establishment and had no clue what this spa was like. I can respect people and their religions, and I didnt have issue with how this spa is heavily decorated with Christian crosses and scripture. What I take issue with is feeling like it is being pushed on me, and that is how I felt by the time I left. I booked this massage as a way to relieve some stress and anxiety, and we were off on a decent start until about 20 minutes in, the spa music started to change into worship music and then didnt stop for the remaining 50 minutes; for me, this was extremely triggering and distracting and I was unable to relax.I understand that you are self employed and have the right to listen to whatever you want. However, when you are in the business of helping people to relax and heal, this is really inappropriate.

Ive only been there once, and they are imminently moving to a new location. Michelle was very nice. It was quite cold in there on a Saturday morning! , but my bed had a heated pad and blankets and I was ok. Out in the waiting room..... Cold!

The therapist talking on the phone while shes doing her job. Unprofessional. But the ambiance is cool, and good. I hope they can train their therapist.

Never in my life have I gone to a massage and walked out unhappy. I dont know how many times a person can say, Ouch, thats too much pressure in order to get a lighter pressure massage. I woke up this morning sore and in pain. I will most definitely never return. Not to mention the attitude the employees have, the price isnt even worth it.

Dahlia is fantastic and provides great massages catered to you and your needs. She helped me identify problem areas I had that I wasnt even aware of

The best massage experience Ive ever had. Very friendly ladies. I highly recommend. This will be the only place we go for massages from now on .And the environment was so inviting .
