Came here for mothers day with my sister in law and had great experience. Very clean, great customer service and thorough massage. Highly recommend!

Positive- she did the massage for the full time and worked my whole back plus calvesNegative- she used way to much pressure to the point where it was hurting she didn’t stay on the muscle she would go right over the bones and that cartilage and it felt like it was popping when she would go over it the massage left me sore and stiff I’m not a big dude I’m slim athletic build it would have been good if she stayed on the muscles instead of hitting the joints and soft spots between the muscle with so much force

The actual massage was great, after the massage was over the lady whispers in my ear that shes finished and that I have to tip her $30, thinking misheard her I went to pay and she told me the massage was $60 and the tip was $30. I told her thats literally 50% of the price of the massage and thats too much she got mad and said to leave whatever I wanted, being nice I left her $10. But thats ridiculous that she demanded 30 tip when the massage was only 60. I dont recommend and will never be returning

They ask for a tip before entering, dont waste your time here.

Every time, they complained about my tip and forced me to give $20 for an hour and $30 for hour & a half. They always short me 10 minutes and when I say something, they argue. Worst part, they go to grab hot towels and leave the door open when Im on the table, undressed. Wonderful massages, but very unprofessional. Ill never go back.

1st but worth experience! Got the worst massage of my life! And afterwards the lady begged for $20 tip, I told her I’ll give her some cash tip but she charged my card for tip along with massage bill, without my permission, when I confronted her about the amount she charged, she just tossed my card & was very rude to me and my friend! WORST EMPLOYEE 3rd class service, don’t waste ur money & time!

My favorite place to go to. Compared to a different spot also on Shaw where I always feel molested, these ladies are gentle enough and respect when you ask for them to go softer or harder.

IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD.Never come to this place, they want to ask for more money after only 10 mins. They switch off people during a massage, they’re speaking so loud and not relaxing at all. WORST PLACE EVER.

Plz dont come here.GREEDY people these are.$60/hr and after 30 minutes she asked for $30/40 tip and if you say NO she will not massage good to you for rest of the 30 minutes.These massage ladies will be rude on you.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This place is unprofessional. I got a massage and tipped the lady some cash, apparently she didn’t like the amount & said, no good! I was so shocked & insulted from her lack of respect that I looked at her in her eye & said I’ll never come back to the facility again. Please don’t give service to rude and ungrateful people.

Ive been a few times and each time has been great. Ive had the opportunity to be seen by different ladies but each one gives a great massage. Highly recommend.

I have been here several times, each time was really nice except this last time when I went to pay I gave a 20% tip and the lady said that wasnt enough.
