This place not only mistreats their customers, but their staff as well. They constantly hire and fire, and advised the last round of bottle girls to work off the clock, and act as independent contractors despite the fact that they were hired as employees, and this majorly messes up their taxes.The owners are never there, and when they are, theyre getting drunk and giving all their friends free drinks and bottles.The performers have horrible sets, always show up late, and are really only there to get free drinks.Theyve only been open a couple years, and have gone through 4 different rounds of employees. When the employees catch on to their illegal behavior, theyre fired and the club hires a new round of people. Its really disgusting and predatory.Do NOT support a place that is an all around scummy place. Their employees are toane advantage of, the customers are mistreated, and even the security is on its 3rd round of hired employees and they are STILL constantly drunk or high when at work.

Been here a few times now.You just have to know which event will get poppin and packed.Slow start for this new club.Very nicely redone though.I like the inclusive aspect of the different nights with different cultures...thats awesome 👌Definitely go check it out!

The bar opens late. We sat at the event at 9pm but no alcohol served at that time. Also all booths are for reservation only. There is limited seating for everyone else. The outside area is dusty and not well kept. I enjoyed cumbia bass though. Also, you cant step out and come back in

On 4/27/24 I was a winner of a both for 6 people in V.i.p when we got their we still had to pay admission to get in. the security was really rude they pulled me outside because I didn’t have a pass I was outside 5 mins figuring it out. And finally the promoter for reggaeton fest came out and said yes he is the winner then he said for all the trouble he would buy me a drink never did and to top it of I was approached again by another security guard about not having a v.i.p pass and again by the bottle girl this was really embarrassing for me as I took friends the whole experience was unorganized I was so excited as I never won anything and I just got treated like I was a problem if I could give it zero stars I would.I would never go back they do not hold their standards for a (las Vegas style club) and to top it off the only service the bottle girls where doing was for the artist who only preformed 2 songs. I was super excited to go to my 1 st reggaeton fest and 1st time getting v.i.p and 1st time at club encore and they were all disappointments

As for my first time going I will not be back! Not worth the money let alone the security is very unprofessional. I was caught vaping which I didn’t know wasn’t allowed and that was my fault. But the security could have told me to just leave and I would have, I wasn’t drunk or giving him a hard time. He literally just picked me up and threw me out! I will be perusing legal action against this club and security.

Attending a club with an A list performer changedMy perspective on everything bottle service. Working bottle service service f bottle service and living k; The owner of the club disrespected me in from of the crowdartist proceeding to say “she means nothing”. All I tried to do was help with his texes, tips and managing a bottle Service girl w a eo/z that would NEVER respect him.

One of the gaurds let a situation get out of hand. The one gaurd that is 56 or 58 roughly. Hispanic male short buz cutt all around. He chose to look away when they tried to fight me in patio. 3-27-24 is the date. But I was the bigger person and didnt let them make me swing with there trash talking and smack the cup of water in my face. Its ok, was refreshing. The child behavior to do it in 1st place. Ellis V. Hernandez is the childish person. Remember, no matter how much they try. Dont do anything to defend yourself unless they swing 1st. Then you have a lawsuit on the property owner for poor security management. Because now I dont trust there security. Thought I could till after today. I also posting his face and time frame. Around 10 or 11pm. Check your footage of patio. Disappointing for real. Hope this gets to the head of security that gets hired at club encore.

I was told I couldn’t enter the club because I had a plain white T-shirt on and had to waste my time putting on a different shirt just to enter the club to see about five people with plain white T-shirts

Was there at midnight on a Saturday and it was DEAD… not even a single person on the dance floor.. they also charged a $10 cover for guys and drinks were weak. Avoid at all costs!

Not worth the $18 cover. Standing only for the entire night. If you want to sit, you have to pay for $100+ bottle service. And drink prices are to high to be watered down(count how long she’s pouring alcohol; it’s less then a shot at home) Terrible set-up. This place won’t last long.To the owners of this establishment : consider no-cover charge during week dayscharge a max cover of $10 Fridays, SaturdayGet rid of bottle services. And create a environment where people can lounge and dance as they please. People will love to stay longer and buy more drinks $$$ (you can keep the watered down drinks to save on the operating costs.

Charged $30 cover and had more staff in the bar than people. Was 1230 and they kept saying they “get busy later” but close at 130

This place has potential, but whats the incentive to buy a table if they have restaurant style high tops you can sit at. The vibe is thrown by said high tops. Makes it feel like a restaurant that transitions to a night club instead of a Vegas style club.

Drinks were the biggest disappointment, expensive glasses of kool-aid couldnt taste a drop of alcohol. Could use a better DJ, facility has potential. You dont build a fan base by taxing the heck outta the people that are there.

Do NOT waste your time and money please.

Went for the yg show. was super hot and packed inside nd he didnt play long. outside bartender with the blue hair nd tatts served good drinks tho nd was friendly even with the line

Spent $140 for YG concert tickets... 12:45am hasnt shown... no circulation, super hot, everyone sweating, absolute ripoff

Just from the looks id Never ever pay to go a Fresno CA Night club id Rather go to Vegas or a more established City.

Only Club to have Artist Appearance, so much fun!
