Best vape shop Ive ever been into. Had a busted O-ring last week and he replaced all the O-rings on my tank with his own personal ones, helped me set up my account and order juice and coils and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. 11/10 would recommend to anyone.

Employees are friendly and inviting. Location is clean and comfortable. They have a good selection of juices, compared to other location in the area. You also DONT have to worry about cracked out homeless people walking into this location.

I have only been to this shop twice but both the male and female employees that I met my two visits are VERY knowledgeable on their products and gave me GREAT recommendations for juices. Im new to the salts and these two makes me feel like an expert off their knowledge they shared. They were great staff with great attitudes and very funny! Because of them and the products this store has it is now my favorite🥰

I and my wife started our vape experience here. They were very nice and helped us start and were very informative. We continued to purchase oils and vape mods over time. Then I had an issue with a voopoo drag mod that broke. I have asked them to replace the body due to a defect. They promised they work replace the defective product for 6 weeks now. We have asked for a status on the replacement they promised but get the run around very time we ask about them honoring their promise. This is bad business and not smart for a business to shine your customers on. Either you replace the defective product under warranty or you cover it as a business expense. If not, experience tells us your business fails afterwards. I have waited 4 weeks for a replacement voopoo drag body but I keep getting excuses. Either you have it or not. Either you will honor your word to replace it or not. Your Choice. Never again, you have lost my trust as an honorable business. Thats bad for you.

Tried them out for the first time today and Rhett was an awesome guy and easy to talk to. Thru let you smell noisy the juices before you buy here which I like a lot. We talked golf and he was a great dude to talk to. I recommend them for sure! Tell em Blake sent you!

Very professional and polite! The guy working their helped me build a rda right at opening and also helped me trouble shoot for up to a hour. If theirs anywhere you need to go for excellent juice, quality customer service, and fair prices look no further.

Theres a nice selection of products. I always get excellent service from the staff. They are always knowledgable and give great consultation when you dont know what your doing or what to buy. Which is why I prefer to buy from them than through online sellers.

Im brand new to vaping, and they were super awesome and supportive of me when I felt like an idiot for not knowing certain tech terms.They helped me prime the coil, set everything up for me, and then taught me how to do it myself. They even gave me an exchange on my original setup when it started bugging out.Excellent customer service, would definitely reccommend them in general, but especially for first-timers like me. 😊👍🏼

This place is crazy. All sorts of different flavors that I cant find anywhere else and an awesome arrangement of juices behind their sampling bar for you to try with a nice amount of devices on display. The person who was working there told me that they are in the works of even making their own craft flavor of juice with a nice company here in California. Awesome place and will return for sure.

My girlfriend and I have been coming here for about the last year and have always enjoyed their customer service and products. My girlfriend recently bought a new vape here and only got to use it for about a week before it started to malfunction, so we finally made a trip back in and the owner was there to help us. She barely started to let him know how it was malfunctioning before he kindly asked if we wanted it replaced. Our minds were pretty blown by how he went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. We weren’t expecting to get a brand new replacement, just wanted to give him a heads up because we thought it’d be good for them to know about. We’ve always enjoyed coming here, having cool conversations with the employees and being met with kindness. This is definitely our go-to vape shop.

Great shop. The guys working there are knowledgeable and friendly. They have a slightly smaller, but diverse selection, for everyone from 1st timers to experienced vapers. I make a trip out to this shop every few weeks. There are closer shops to me, but this one has a few items I havent found anywhere else and the customer service is top notch.

As first time vapors ,my husband and I did a lot of research before deciding on which shop to try , hoping we do not get gyped or talked into buying what we dont need . We walked in and we were greeted by Josh. He took the time to explain flavors and really payed attention to our needs , I had a blast just joking with him too 😊Definitely the spot for us ... Have been going here for a couple years now and they were always good, but with a complete remodel and an updated look this is the place to go in North Fresno. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, comfortable atmosphere, and a more upscale feel I highly recommend.

Always friendly service and the only place in Fresno that has mesh Cleito coils. However my only issue is that the juice can be quite pricey in comparison to other shops. But the excellent customer service its what keeps me coming back in

I just want to thank this vape shop and its employees for going above and beyond to make a girl who panics easily, at ease. The inside may be closed but just know all you gotta do is pull up Monday thru Friday between noon and 8pm and theyll come out to your car. Im beyond thankful. Every one of their employees plus the manager are awesome.

Horrible customer service. Walked into the shop and was greeted, however that was the extent of their customer service. I was waiting at the counter because I wanted to purchase a new tank and some juice, but the employee just stayed at the testing counter smoking with two other people. Not one time did he ask if I needed help or even say another word to me. Too bad because it looked like a decent shop.

NEW OWNER IMPRESSED ME. On my break at work a gentleman hands me his card “Hey you vape, I own Satyr!” I thought oh thanks I’ve been there before wasn’t the owner someone else. Hmmm. Time passes and I need a new mod. I go in randomly hoping to find one (my regular shop didn’t have what I was looking for). The guy helping me was amazing and didn’t try and sell me on one specific. The inside looked so modern and easy to find what you are looking for. Hats off to you Rhett for eating Butterfish that day and handing me a business card!!!

Best vape shop I have been to thus far. You dont get a feeling of elitism from their staff and they are quite helpful and friendly. I also like that I dont see the normal crowds of people just hanging out and chain vaping and chatting with the employees while new customers come in and need help. It is a little off putting to have to walk through a thick cloud of other peoples vape in order to enter a vape shop, and this has never happened to me here. While some people may be looking for a lounge setting I personally am more interested in getting a few juice recommendations, conducting a transaction, and being on my way. I highly recommend their own Satyr Vapor line of juices, 15 bucks per 30ml. Its worth the drive, for me at least, especially since this is the first shop my fiancee is also comfortable at.

BIG SHOUT OUT to the man Ret (idk if I spelled that right) over there at Satyr, by far the best vape shop in town and Ive been to almost all of them. Hes probably got the most advanced set up over there, even has a completely hygenic tasting bar that isnt like anything else youve ever seen, its not like the other shops with the plastic tops on a cheap vape. He carries just about anything you could think of, only shop in town that had the coils I need for my tank. Im a big blue raspberry fan and all the other shops in town recommend cheap nasty juices but Ret recommended the space jam blue raspberry juice and its by far the best blue Raz juice Ive ever had. Id give 6 stars if I could!

This shop has a wonderful local staff and feel, featuring a wide array of top quality juice and other vaping goods/accessories.The staff is very knowledgeable and will be able to answer any questions you may have wether youre new to vaping, or a well seasoned vaper. They offer free services such as basic builds (tips welcome), batter wraps, advice, and more!Their hardware selection is top notch. They may not carry as much as other guys, but you can be guaranteed what they do have are quality products.The juice line up is rather extensive, but just like their hardware it is not as varied as other shops. All juice I have tried here has been high quality and they carry most popular lines and flavours. They even make their own low price juices as well! Currently $14 per 30ml.May easily become the last vape shop you need as it has become mine.

⬇ WAS the best shop in town. Id say #2 now. Atleast for me and Ive been vaping for about the last 2yrs. But TGI Vape is like the Satyr SUPERSTORE. Same feel but bigger, better, and more selection. Satyr is still a great shop though. Way better than 90% out there in frestown.

So usually I dont do reviews Im more of a go in and check it out yourself type of person but after my service at tgi vapes and coming back to satyr vapes a review has to be done!!!! I bought my tank mod and batteries from these guys steve was the guy that helped me knew I was trying to quit smoking and picked out a flavor and everything that met my needs and was he right and the best help Ive ever had with that being said i went to tgi vape and the lack of customer service I asked him for a recommended juice and he just looked at me like I was dumb and when he went to ring me up didnt give me a price or anything i ended up spending 30 bucks on a bottle of juice that i found out is mediocre juice at best... last night i went to to satyr to get my coil changed being new to the vape world austin who has a fantastic beard might i add was so helpful and even though they closed in 15 minutes was willing to help change out my coil and put the new one in we talked for a good while and the atmosphere was such an amazing place it feels good going into satyr vape knowing that they have such willing and eager people to help you and work with you plus they have an opt in where they send you discounts and everything during your birthday holidays its amazing thank you guys so much at satyr vape for being there and being customer friendly I tell everyone about you guys #1 place to go to in fresno area for me Kinda out of my way to drive but i will always make the drive to go there because of their crew!!!!!

Theyve gone downhill since the third store opened. They used to be the best, but their selection has dwindled and customer service is not their strongest point.

Good sales on juice but the manager said that hed order a bottle of juice with a higher nicotine level at the sale price and call me when hed placed the order. That was a month ago - never heard from him.

Awesome shop. They actually carry the Smok T10 coil (first shop Ive come across that does). Service is knowledgeable and professional. Clean shop too.
