I really loved this place. They used to be helpful and kind. Still have stock(mostly). Sadly, I bought a new device less than 30 days ago and the glass blew out today. Took it to the shop where Donny took the glass out, but said the shop had no replacement glass. He then said my device should have come with a spare glass, it didnt. Then he said that I could email China for a replacement or I could buy another mod. Seriously?! My husband asked when Dylan or Ryan would be in, Donny said that he doubted theyd be in any day soon. Its not like I want free stuff. I dont. But I think for a mod less that a month old, they should stand by what they sell. The glass went into my lip and thumb. Nice

I really have nothing but positive things to say about the place. Ive been to a lot of vape stores around here and many of the people can come off a bit pushy, this was not the case here, they were extremely helpful in giving me information and helping me find what i needed and to say the end price was fair would be an understatement! They had way more options in stock than Ive seen almost anywhere else and Im thrilled with both the service, the products I purchased and the prices. This will absolutely be one of my go tos in the future.

Just started vaping and got my first kit here. Sales person (I think his name was Howie) was great and very knowledgeable in explaining the different modes and laws on vaping. Very happy with my purchase. I will definitely go back to this place.

They carry the coils i need, but they are always out of the juice i like. be sure you double check your purchase before you leave, today i bought 2 bottles at level 3 nicotine but found out one was a zero after i got home. i used to love this shop but seems the new staff is a bit off their game.

Awesome staff. Always nice and super help. Came back to city after being gone 2 years and they remembered my name and fluids I liked. Best vape shop in town by far.

My favorite shop in town. There are about 5 other shops that are closer to where I live but Im always more than willing to make the longer drive. Great service, good amount of hardware for the person just quitting analogs all the way to the avid vaper, and good selection of juice.Great place to just hang out and vape with other vapers both customers and staff

Best place in town. I went in today and talked to the Manager Taylor, and he was extremely informative and helped me pick out the best vapor kit for me. He showed me how to use it, how to fill it, and gave me numerous flavors to try without me even asking. Ill definitely be going back

My first vape purchase and Im fully satisfied. Kenny greeted me with how can I help you and he patiently walked me through everything I needed to know. He explained the parts that make the whole thing work, explained the settings, and I walked out with a great deal on a SMOK kit ready to go.

Love the people and products here. Of course online is cheaper and better. But online doesnt have the awesome people. And the prices are not THAT much cheaper online. Plus you have to wait for shipping. So if you buy vaping supplies online and are in a bind, go here only. If you buy your vaping supplies from shops, this is the place to get all of them from.

Only came in for some kenthal for my first visit, but the impression they left me with, id have to say i will be returning to see what all else the store and staff is about. very friendly and engaging the second I walked into the store. event though he had about three people directly up in his face.. hope I will feel the same when i return to check out the mods they have cause im lookin to purchase. ;) two thumbs up...

This place is great for beginners and experienced consumers of e-cigarettes and vaping. I got my first set up here. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a wide selection of flavors and hardware.

Ive been going here for a year. Their prices are reasonable and the selection is great. During this quarantine period they are doing deliveries. Heads up. They’re now closed on Sundays

Refused to even walk inside on my first visit and instead chose to drive away due to the holier than thou stench the customers, both inside and out, put off in a pathetic attempt to act like vaping is a private club you need to be invited to instead of just paying fees for. I ran out of juice and had no where else to go that wasnt going to screw me. So, I was forced to have to visit here.I was pleasantly surprised by the employees themselves. They are slightly pretentious at first, as well, but back it up with knowledge.

The staff was nice enough, but I waited for almost 10 minutes for someone to come help me. Once someone showed up, they were very knowledgeable and eager to help. That initial wait though.......

They always have a good vibe and atmosphere which is important for ex-smokers like myself. Part of why I smoked cigarettes was due to social anxiety and I appreciate having somewhere to go and vape with fellow vapers. We need more places like this in town where people can hang out and socialize and vape freely without being intimidated by how new and unfamiliar vaping is.

Their supply cud MAYBE be improved BUT I was provided for. Out of every EVERY smoke shop on this side of Fresno all the way to Clovis, Fresno City Vapor is the ONLY vape shop that had one of the most primary elements any Vapster would need. A simple coil, a popular coil. And after 3 weeks searching I stumbled upon Fresno City Vape and they had it.

They help you with anything and answer all questions. Love there service. Will always come back to them to get juices.
