Been coming here for a while now. The employees are very friendly and helpful and the owner is an awesome guy. Hes very knowledgeable, always recommends options that get you more bang for your buck, and is willing to haggle when it comes to glassware. Huge selection and good prices. Fantastic smoke shop

The guys who works there are decent. But you never know what you’re going to get. I wouldn’t recommend buying their disposable vapes. Airbar max didn’t last half a day and I barely took couple of hits. I got 2 of thee Hi5 vape in a bottle. One was good and the other one burned after couple of hits even though I waited 5 minutes before using it. They just need to make sure what they’re selling

The item I purchased does not hold a charge and the coil doesnt even last a week. I have tried to contact them via messenger like I have before but no response not happy... Best customer service I have had in the past.. I recently started to vape regularly and needed help finding the right device. I cant believe how patient they were with me and how knowledgeable they were. I ended up with the new STICK PRINCE & I love it.

My husbands experience has been positive. Every week or so he stops in to pick up cigars and came home with this scented, glass with a small bulb that heats up whatever particular scent you pick. This is very nice. Since I am unable to visit your store, I would like to get an idea of the variety of scents available so that I may order a couple for my house to help the bit of dog odor which comes from our herding dogs.The part # is my-203 plus a spray bottle of scented oil.Thank you,Yvonne

Best vape shop Ive found in fresno for multiple reasons;Firstly, they are one of the only places that consistently has juices in stock, as well as coils and accessories.Secondly the folks who work here are not only helpful and knowledgeable, but very kind and welcoming.Lastly, its your one stop smoke shop - they have anything from glassware and papers to prebuilds, tanks and mods.Ive been shopping here for about a year, and I will continue to support this business for the foreseeable future.

Great place with a huge selection of juice... best deal in town with 2 100ml for 30 bucks. All name brand juice too, not the janky stuff. Now stock the coastal clouds brand and youll be the perfect shop!

Neat store, lots of products. Some of the staff are nice. One could use improvement on customer service, but good selection and sales.

I bought a vape approximately a month ago and I brought it back to replace my filter. The machine stopped working and the owner Rob was really understanding. He tried to fix it but it still didnt work so he traded my vape for something comparable. Now thats customer service..people!!!..you want honest and friendly service. I would highly recommend this store. I tried calling some vape store nearby and they were short on the phone and didnt sound like the wanted to help..Not bashing on them poor customer service but if you Google them..their store would be close to Greenmile..Dont go there...THANKS ROB!!!!

Been shopping here for ever 5 years now in the one here in Lemoore from when i smoked cigarettes and just vaped on the side to quieting smoking and just vaping. I am very glad they chose stop selling cigarettes for the better of peoples health. the customer service is the best i have had at a smoke shop even from my normal stops when i am in my home town. I used to feel really akward walking into them because since i joined the military. But this place is welcoming and has an amazing selection of vapor juice you could want. The knowledge of the staff is immaculate and i couldnt be more pleased to know they will help you choose from the bare bone set-up k100 for beginners to the 200watt mod i just pick-up. i hope this review helps your search for a great smoke/vape shop.Thank youChad

I would not recommend anyone to shop at this store! they dont have the slightest idea how to treat a customer. I bought two Vapors and both of them were defective when I took them back to the store the manager was very rude and refused to help me. they are very disrespectful and their customer service sucks AND their products are not to trust. So for the sake of your money and time do not shop at that store so you wouldnt get the same experience as I did. I would never go back there.

Awesome vape shop huge selection of juice, mods, tanks, batteries and much more. The guys that work there are easy to talk too and dont try to push you to buy.👍

Overall a solid smoke shop but they’re debit only so that’s a bit of a pain.

Retailer was more interested in the lady customers also noticed a small attitude towards people of color i have been refused service turned away for no real reason i would not suggest supporting these people
