Tower Smoke

Was in a hurry to dinner across the way but they were open, and I rushed in. Pretty off putting, signs on and the gate was almost shut. Kinda screams like a front for a cash biz on the shade side. It was 10-11pm. I have bought Agent Orange at this location it was 20 bucks.

Worst service ever, I went in today 9/14/22 while waiting for my wing stop order and I seen they had the Blazer GT8000 so I asked the gentlemen how much they were going for and he proceeds with each one is different price depending on which one you want, then says that one is 89.99 “are you asking for prices that’s it” so as I check them out they are all the same ones except one purple one. So I tell him they are all the same one expect the purple one so can you distinguish which one is 89.99 then he tell me again depends on which one you want because we pay different for each one… then again says “are you just asking prices?” Like what kind of service is that, I miss the old tower smoke when they had actual knowledgeable people now they seem to have a bunch on dweebs working this location specifically. Heading to the Shields location, hopefully that one still has great service

Tower Smoke has everything I love but I adore this inexpensive double bowl cannabis pipe.

Best shop in town! 100% recommended and will continue to keep coming back. Gabriel has such good customer service and is sooo chill and relax. He always recognizes me and welcomes me in. Prices are great and staff is awesome.

Little to no information about vape. I am a frequent Vapor and rely on stores knowledge of the products that I need. They do have a very nice selection of water pipes and have very good knowledge on those. I would just suggest getting someone in there that knew a lot more about vape in order to deliver superior customer service.

Bought something there. Asked for a very specific item. Was assured it was right , paid for it and then when I packaged it at home, it was wrong. I returned it only to be told I was not allowed to exchange it for the correct item even though it was not my mistake. Will not return to the store again ever. You lost not just my business which is at least $1,000 a month, but will also let all my people know where not to go as well.

Totally got played with the old bait and switch or as manager calls it policy to not sell a display... Yes thats right I ask to see something they show me it looks good think they wrapped it up but no just digging through pile in back that doesnt look the same at all!!!! And then the manager Spencer wants to say dude its only 20 dollars why you complaining? Ya 20 I spent with you have spent thousands already I payed for what showed me not to pull another one thats garbage from the back!!! How is manager going ask someone why crying about 20 dollars some kind of service I guess, let alone day before when made purchase other employee clowning on person who called to ask price of an expensive item talking about why wouldnt just shut up either come buy it or not. Seems the owner has forgot about hiring people with good customer service if dont purchase from their employees side hustles they post all over online not cool enough I guess

Nice little smoke shop with beautiful art work pipe pieces. Definitely a nice place to check out. Theyre stuff are over priced but most basic essentials are there. Will most likely be coming here in the future.

They are very helpful and I always look forward to stopping by. Great selection of vape oils and machines. They also sell a wide variety of exceptionally creative glassware.

Ii went in knowing what ii wanted but not really knowing there were different kinds of what ii needed. the guy that helped me answered all my questions with no problem an really made sure that ii was happy with my purchase before leaving the store and ii definitely was. ii would absolutely recommend this place an be going back myself as well :)

Theyre really cool, sure, but everything is really expensive there and they really have a limited selection. I only like coming here because of the convenience when Im on my girlfriends side of town.

Great price on my favorite vape juice. Depends on who is working tho.... could be a good experience or could be horrible I guess it depends on the kind of day the employees are having.

I enjoy going there since the E-liquid ischeaper than the one by my house, plus I can call out what I want when walking in the door and the guy has it on the counter by the time im at the register.

It says that you guys open at 10 but theres like five people outside because its 10:20 and the doors are still locked. And nobody answers the phone. You guys are going to lose a lot of business if you dont open on time.
