Now this owner and smoke shop knows how to do business and is the reason why I support small businesses! Emily and the owner gave me the best customer service and found the right bong for me. I appreciate them and would definitely recommend this spot I’ll be back. I’m stoked to try this bad boy out, peace out!

Friendly staff, theyre definitely helpful to someone who is looking to quit smoking but cant go cold turkey. They have a lot of (hopefully) less harmful options.

The guy that works here was very helpful, he explained the difference in parts for my vape pen and was good at helping someone else while helping me too. Love good customer service and they were cheaper than the last place I went to.

Wow, Austin at Tower smoke was so generous with his time. I have a classic smoking instrument that I needed assistance with. Its not conventional therefore I couldnt really just explain much, but he quickly and easily assessed my problem and recommended several solutions. If you have a need for smoking supplies I highly recommend seeking out this well qualified establishment.

I bought an almost unbreakable Recyclable glass pipe a long time ago about a year and a half ago for 39.99$ the manager at the time told me if it ever broke just to bring it in with as much of the big pieces of the pipe to the store and theyll replace it with the same kind of glass material pipe of equal value. Now this pipe lasted me literally a year and a half which is awesome!! It finally broke I thought to myself they probably wont even remember me because I dont have a receipt. WRONG the manager is awesome he remembered me even though its been so long. Only question he asked was you bring in the pieces? I said yup he took my old broken pipe pieces and replaced it with the same kind of glass material pipe of equal value which looked way better then my old one. THIS PLACE IS LEGIT !! LOVE IT !!

Disappointing. Ive been going here for a 4 years now. Great prices and selection. Got a defective atomizer for my ecig. Took it back, unused, to let them know it wouldnt fit in my tank. They wouldnt return it. Its only $5, but if the company wont stand by their products they sell and pass the buck onto their customers, then my $200 a month can go to a place who will be loyal with me.

Extremely knowledgeable staff with great selections. Dylan is very helpful and offers his experience with the products. Not your average smoke shop! We dont bother going anywhere else.

Best place in town for glass. The gallery location on Shaw is obviously nicer but in general Tower Smoke is the way to go.Edit(2023): Tower is no longer an American shop so I do not recommend them anymore other than the Clovis location.

I thought it was great! Meaning I really liked it its like most your tobacco shops you can get about anything related to Tobacco or smoking inside the shop. Ive literally been there one time but I have to say I liked it! I didnt go there again if I had the transportation but there is I think closer to me right now cuz I go to that its a setback with shop and they have pretty much the same articles. like I said almost all tobacco shops are pretty much exactly the same not too with prices though LOL

Literally HORRIBLE...! Customer Service, I went into the TS Location On Maria in Fresno, Ca On 12/4 around 7pm I purchased a (YO CAN HIVE $27) when I got back to my car I plugged the mini usb to my port to charge, it was weird cause there was no red light that indicated it was charging.... I immediately started reading the directions, DIRECTIONS indicated their was suppose to be a RED light while charging. I immediately called the guy back that sold it to me, he began to tell me over the phone how he didn’t sell me anything, that it was his manager, before I could tell him there was no one else in the store besides him, he immediately told me he wasn’t going to be able to do anything about the (YO CAN HIVE) not working he couldn’t give me my money back, best thing he could do was have me come in in the morning to talk to manager....! Horrible customer service literally got took for $27 and had the thing for a total of 7 min... horrible place go to the one in Clovis....!

Very poor service as far as sampling or tasting E-Juice. No deals for repeat business. I wouldnt recommend this place for the fact that staff arent very friendly or lenient on vape juice or other products. As a consumer dont feel satisfied with the quality of service. There are over 50 smoke shops in fresno. If rather take my business somewhere else. Im a very big vape enthusiast and Google Rate and Review Guide and because of the lack of service i Give Rower Smoke only 1 🌟

I loved tired smoke in Clovis unfortunately some dummy burned it down. I had to go 2 The Tower in Fresno unfortunately I was greeted with horrible hospitality and told if I wanted to try and juice by tasting it on my finger which I do with the other store in Clovis many times that I have to buy the juice. Im sorry that the laws have changed but Im not the lawmaker Im a loyal customer. Ive spent thousands of dollars and that store but more mods and I can count more juices and I can count and more coils and I can count I dont go to any other store because of how much I loved the store in Clovis. I dont think Ill be going back to the one in Fresno anytime soon. Im hoping the guy in the back was just having a bad day or is stressed because of the unfortunate burning of the other store.RIP

Nice helpful people. If you have a big truck be ready because the parking lot isnt very big, so if its full u might have to find a park on the street, thus strip mall isnt always busy though.

Sold me a very obviously defective coil, huge gap between cotton and case allowing for the fluid to run right thru and flood my hand on fillup. Ok, whatever, it happens, but when I went in to get another its no exchange, no refunds, and genuinely dont care. Save your money and buy your product elsewhere.*After writing this review I went and bought coils elsewhere and wow is there a difference... Twice the cotton and no obvious gaps, perfect wire, better threading, and when in use there was no leaking or splatter. Every coil the other shop had looked like this. If the owner of tower reads this, please, consider the possibility that you might have counterfeit smok coils as every one Ive bought here in the past couple months has been marginal at best, often unusable. And the employees response of Every coil we sell looks like this, I cant do anything for you. No exchanges doesnt help.

Well came here for years but not sure what to think after customer service received, the bait and switch aka display and the way employee talked about the customers after hung up phone was ridiculous talking about why ask questions just shut up and come buy 150 dollar banger like isnt it your job to answer questions? And now to my original issue call to have corrected and then told by manager bro why you crying over 20 dollar banger? Because I dont hustle drugs on side like you most likely do for one, for two I used my hard earned money and 20 dollars is 20 dollars and three Ive spent thousands why shouldnt I feel right to say something. If I am showed a banger under the glass think OK its China but looks decent and then think its being wrapped up. Instead find totally different one pulled out from the back once got home and looked into bag!!!!??? Manager says they dont sell display but a display is display if the rest are all the same but this definitely is not so feels more like a bait and switch to me!!!!! Show me something nice sell me trash and then laugh when bring to attention about how im complaing about 20 dollars real good management!!! Miss the old guys who loved to chat and make sure everyone was happy regardless if 20 or 20000

Showed up at 2:30 in the afternoon to pick up a new piece and a new pen (battery) for my e-cig. Sign on the door says staff will be back in 5-10 minutes and door is locked. The staff is inside having a meeting so I hung around I outside for 25 minutes, now I’m just annoyed, going to another shop.FYI... you shouldn’t leave customers standing outside in the rain during regular business hours, bad for business.
