I had a great 90-minute aromatherapy massage with Vivian last weekend. Im going through a stressful time so I just needed to relax. She brought a variety of oils to choose from (I hate lavender, the usual go-to for relaxation) and let me smell them all to find the perfect one. She checked in with me regularly throughout the massage and wasnt afraid to work harder on the knots. Her gentle, healing vibe was just what I needed and I look forward to seeing her again soon.

My MIL suggested I go here as my last massage was subpar at a different business. I was hesitant as this was my third attempt at a Pregnancy Massage and thought maybe they were too good to be true. But Yeondo was fabulous! During a very rough pregnancy this was just what I needed. Booked another appointment with her before I left that day!

Definitely one of the very best massage center in Seattle. The easy-to-use online scheduling is very convenient with my flexible schedule. Its within an easy drive from the freeway, and parking is plentiful. The treatment rooms are spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. Therapists are excellent, friendly, very knowledgeable, and will customize your massage to your problem areas with different techniques and pressure. After several sessions, my knee pain has went away, and my lower back pain and shoulder tightness from taking care of my toddler always goes away after a perfect session with Carmen, who also gives good tips on stretching and exercise to help with my problem areas. Very highly recommended.

I have been seeing Jeremiah for weekly massages for over 2 years. I was involved in few auto accidents. He is an amazing massage therapist. I asked for deep tissue work because I have had many soft tissue injuries. He has really helped me with getting relief, healing and feeling much better. I appreciate his broad knowledge of different techniques to address tension and problem areas. They are very professional as well. I have been very happy with my experience and the healing benefits from my massages.

Mountain Sun has always been my favorite massage parlor. Whereas I might find one or two faults with other parlors, out of all the other ones Ive been to, I really feel these guys just do everything right. This was my very first massage, a gift. I was nervous at first and was not sure but it was wonderful ! Days later realizing how good i felt was amazing! Really so relaxing I didnt realize how much I needed that until after. Would do it again in a heart beat and just might do so. I have had prenatal massage (they helped me through debilitating back pain during both my pregnancies), cupping, deep tissue, and Thai massage...all wonderful! Love this spa! Amazing place for a great clinical massage or relaxation. I have had a continual bicep injury and Lisa spent time with the specific area. Her technics have decreased the pain and increased my mobility. More over, I come in when I need to without a treatment plan. Very relaxed and very nice people. Highly recommend. Need to book in advance as they dont take walk ins.

Amazing! I have scoliosis in my low back, and my hips and spine have always been a problem area. Arica gave me an amazing full body massage, including inside my hips, which no other masseuse had never had done to me before. Really helped with my back pain! I also had a stiff neck which was taken care of as well. I will be back!

I recently started going back to Mountain Sun and have been seeing their new esthetician Christine. Ive done a lot of facials over my lifetime and i have to say shes one of the best.She combines facial massage techniques with an extremely professional technique thats also very detail attentive. Many other places youll find the esthetician simply walking away and leaving you in the room in between mask applications.Summary: go!

I cant say enough good things about Mountain Sun Massage and Skin Care. Ive been receiving medical massage here for about three years, 1x per week. So ~150 visits or so... During that time, Ive had absolutely zero complaints. A little about my story... I was in an auto accident in 2008 where my cervical vertebrate was damaged. In 2015 I had surgery on it, and unfortunately, my condition only worsened. Its not uncommon for me to flare up and lose complete range of motion in my neck. Some days I cannot even get out of bed. Yeondo and the team at Mountain Sun have been helping me manage this over the years. I primarily see Yeondo. Yeondo is very attentive to detail and genuinely cares about helping people feel their best. When Yeondo is not available I see the other staff members and there is never a disconnect in my treatment. They are all very well trained and discuss the patients treatment so the handoff when needed is successful.The only way Ill stop going to Moutain Sun is if they close, or I move away. All of their therapists are amazing and they offer so many different services-- Ive tried Thai & Cupping Massages for the first time @ Mountain Sun and love it!!! Its really helped my running and sore back!

Only good if you want lotion rubbed into your skin. Called ahead asked for deep tissue. When I got there again requested deep tissue. They charge a 59 dollar co pay. And bill out at 159 per hour. Totally not worth it.

If you have an injury or issue, this is the place to go. Yeondo is technical and thorough in her approach to resolve. Extensive anatomical knowledge allows her to address root of issues. I had a knee issue, to my surprise she solved by working on my hip. Doctors and PT concentrated on my knee but Yeondo fixed me!

Jeremiah was fabulous and the treatments were affordable and very relaxing! I got exactly what I was looking for. Will be back again and will recommend to friends and family!
