My massage therapist was great, and I had a relaxing time, however, the experience was totally ruined by an unbelievably rude lady (I never saw her before when I was there last year). As soon as I walked in, my therapist asked which massage package I wanted right at the front door. I asked one or two quick questions, exactly like you do when you go into any service place, and then suddenly this lady jumped out and yelled at me to be quiet with the rudest attitude. No please, just full-on drill sergeant mode.When I said her behavior made me uncomfortable, she got immediately triggered, became even ruder, and didn’t apologize at all. She just kept lecturing me on how I should behave. The whole time talking to her felt like I was being scolded at a training camp rather than being at a spa, and no exaggeration here, it was just ridiculous.I go to spas, salons, restaurants etc. all the time and have never encountered anything this absurd. Even other staff members came to apologize for her.The disrespect and arrogance were just unreal. I feel very bad for the other people who have to tolerate working with her, such nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all because of her.

I called on a Thursday evening and they were able to get me in Friday morning. I had a great experience. It was a relaxing atmosphere and the lady really put her all into the deep tissue massage! Thank you Joy Spa!

Booked a deep tissue massage for today. Got out of work early so called and asked if I could come in an hour early. No problem. Fantastic massage. Great customer service. All around wonderful experience.

If I could, I will give zero start for this place. Never go to a horrible massage place like this one. No skills, no services. I was trying to find a nice place to relax, however, this was really disapponted.

Finding a quality foot massage can be a challenge. This place is great. I received an amazing massage from strong skilled hands... they really know what they are doing! This place is under new ownership, and they are doing a terrific job. I will be back, and regularly!

Massage was okay not bad not so great. No hot stone or essential oils included. They want upfront 10$ extra for that. Also They charge extra if you pay by card at the end n kind of force you to pay min 25% tip. Dint felt like I want to come again if they make me feel bad for 20% tip. On top of all that.

This spa is taking peoples money for gift certificates and then refusing to accept them. They even posted a sign on the door! They will not accept the gift certificate my husband bought me for Mothers Day shortly after we had a baby and it is only 7 months old. A neighbor even explained to them that what they are doing is illegal, and they wouldnt budge.

My partner and I booked at Joy Spa for a couples massage. The atmosphere felt really relaxing and the massage therapists were great! Definitely got the knots out of my back and neck. Massages are typically a once-a-year thing for us, but because of how good it was, we want to come back and make it more of a regular thing. Thank you!

The owner is an amazing person. The entire place is clean, pretty, and relaxing. The massages are phenomenal, foot, neck and back massages. YEARs of pain and arthritis are alleviated after a massage here. We are lucky to have them in our community.

Very bad, the charges are irregular, the quality of the masseur is not good, and she doesn’t know what to say. This is the worst masseur I have ever experienced. The smell is unpleasant and something irritates me. It would be bad if I don’t come here in the future.

Been coming here with my daughter for a few years now. We’re both big fans! It’s always clean staff is professional and everyone does a great job. I personally love to see Jenny when I go, she knows what I like and does a killer job working out my knots. Highly recommend!

Ok, after living here all these years, how did I miss this gem?!! This place is awesome! Clean and simple! No frills, all serious massage business. The owner Sara(h) is a delightful person. The masseuse dont speak fluent English, but they have a simple and clear menu, you can point to the service of choice and off you go! This is a cash-only place and the prices are unbelievable. That said, please tip well, they heavily rely on that. I got the # 1. The masseuse asked about pressure. After that she did a phenomenal job on my sore muscles that had been lugging my children. Remember to remove your watch, and jewelry. And remember to wear flow-y pants so that you can easily roll it up to your knees. Because if you get the #1, 2, or 3, youll keep your clothes on, but roll your pants up. I cant wait to go back! I highly recommend this place. Theyve just earned a loyal customer!

Was it clean and odorless, yes. Was it professional, yes. Was it worth what I paid, 100%. It was not the best massage Ive ever had but Id happily pay what I did with a gracious tip to visit again.The staff is nice and its relaxing. Due to all of these things- 5 stars.

Massages are great! I dont feel as guilty treating myself to something so wonderful when its such a great price. Very kind and respectful staff. Theyre open late so I can go after work. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that it is not private, its a room with multiple massage tables. Massages are clothed unless you request oil but its only behind a curtain. I always leave here fully relaxed and refreshed.

Worst massage I have ever gotten. He didn’t speak English so I couldn’t tell him where to focus on and he was extremely harsh on my back. Felt like I was being tortured. Curling my toes and holding my breath for most of the time. Strongly recommend nobody goes here

This place is AMAZING!!!!!!!! Two days before coming here my partner spent $200+ on a couples massage for us. It was ok. Then, my friend invited me out to visit this place and for $35 each, we got an incredible massage for the same amount of time as the fancy massage I had with my partner. This place is definitely worth the trip and I cant wait to come back!

I work with my body 40-45 hours a week and a $38 hour long massage is well worth it on a Sunday evening. They are always so friendly. Make sure you call ahead. I schedule my massage 30 minutes ahead of time and it always works out.

There are several massage tables in one room where you keep your clothes on and are covered with a light blanket for your massage. The price is so good especially when you opt to include the foot soak and foot massage. I have been back many times and will go again. It is fun to bring friends but make a reservation if you bring friends. Sometimes they have walk in spots available but not always.

Didnt catch his name because they dont introduce themselves or say anything for that matter but his massage was great. The second time I went it was the worst massage Ive ever gotten. I have skin burns on my shoulders because the lady used so much friction when massaging without any oil that it punctured my skin, I made a request for one area to be massaged and had to remind her twice and in the end she still didnt really do the requested area. The whole time it felt like she was massaging my bones and not my muscles and it was hard to give her any feedback.Overall, you get what you pay for. $35 for 30 min back and 30 min feet from someone who isnt licensed in massage. So its hit or miss.

Got an amazing massage by Jenny! As a mother of two (7m old & an almost 3yr old) I do a lot of carrying & lifting & getting up & down off the floor. I had thrown my back out 5 days ago, & even with 2 chiropractic appointments, it just wasn’t resolving.I feel soooo much better after my massage today. Thanks Jenny!!

It’s a decent massage, not the best but not bad. They don’t include oils or hot stone, that’s an up charge.There are better massage places in the area so I won’t be back.

The price is great, some of the masseuse are really good some don’t know what they are doing. You might get lucky and get the good ones. I recommend giving it a try

Pleasantly surprised!I have never been to a Chinese Reflexology massage place before, but I am no stranger to traditional Swedish massage. I almost didnt give this nondescript hole-in-the-wall shop a chance BECAUSE of the incredibly low $25 for a whole hour price, thinking you get what you pay for, right? - WRONG! $25 is a STEAL for what you get. This so-called foot massage is actually so much more. For these massages youre not in a private room and you keep all of your clothes on, but it still feels amazing. This was my experience:I walked in to a dimly lit room lined with two rows of thick, comfy massage tables and pleasant soft music playing. Two gentlemen were working the shop at this time and one of them jumped up to help me right away. We started with a hot foot soak and while my feet were soaking, my masseuse went to work on my arms, using various stretching, pulling and kneading techniques. Then he dried my feet off and one-at-a-time thoroughly massaged each foot (and every toe) and each leg up to the knee using lotion and a lot of strength. The best way to describe it is It hurts so good! There was just a little bit of pounding or karate chopping (not sure what the exact term is here), but not too much and it actually felt nice. The best part was when he used his knuckles to work the soles of me feet in a way that caused them to itch and yet scratched that itch at the same time (due to all the blood circulation). For me, thats exactly what I look for in a foot massage! Then he wrapped my feet in a hot towel for a moment and used it to wipe/scrub off the excess lotion on my feet and legs (again, this felt amazing). Then he used a dry towel to pat them dry. But it wasnt over after that. For the second half, I flipped over onto my stomach and he worked on my back, again using a lot of strength, pushing on various pressure points, and then came the backs of my legs, thighs, even glutes (but not inappropriate, dont worry), neck, shoulders, more arm stretching and even some scalp massage. He used his whole upper body for those techniques and I felt that he gave it his all from start to finish.And just so you know, I have plantar faciitis (major foot pain if you dont know what that is), I just completed my first 5k today, and on top of that I was suffering from pretty severe menstrual cramps when I went in. Maybe TMI you might say, but the point is: I floated out of there PAIN FREE! I will definitely be back and Ill be telling everybody about this place. :)

This place doesnt disappoint. I pay out of pocket instead of seeing others that receive insurance, because I get more results. They are amazing and its such a relaxing atmosphere. No appointment needed as well!

They are quick and convenient, take walk-ins and have a quite ambiance. They were only taking cash payments last time I visited just fyi. Good for couples massage too.

I cant say that I like this place. A massage therapist accidentally ran his elbow along my spine several times. This is ... not very pleasant!
