I love this shop! I have been a customer since 2015 and Ive always been happy and satisfied with the service here. They carry the biggest and best selection of kratom and always hook it up! They also have all your vaping needs covered. 10 out of 10! All the staff are great and attentive...but Special Shout out to Eddy.. always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful...you can tell that he actually cares about the customers. Thank you so much!!

Their hours are not accurate to what online states. I would call them to make sure they are open. They have been closed for multiple days in a row

Love this shop! I am an old employee of the business and have worked under/with all the male employees. Never once did I feel uncomfortable by any staff, nor did I witness any inappropriate behavior displayed by any male coworkers or managers. Not trying to discredit how other women feel, however leaving broad statements about feeling uncomfortable by a male employee, does not allow room for improvement or action by the business. I encourage people to continue shopping here, as the employees know their stuff, know how to be professional, and are more than happy to provide service to anyone.

I love this place and the guys that work there are the best! They have a HUGE HUGE selection of Kratom and Vape products. They do not sell tobacco though. They are reasonably priced and knowledgeable about the products. They offer an incentive/discount program which is great.

I have been going to this place for almost 2 years. A week ago I explained what I was looking for and was sold a new vape system. Yesterday I was told it wouldnt do what I wanted it for. I was lied to by the clerk about what the system I did purchase was capable of. So I spend 70.00 for coils and Juice that were not what I wanted but would have to work or spend the same plus the cost of a new one. I read the manual and found out he was wrong and it would do what I wanted and that the other purchases were not what was needed. For the error I was given 20% off on new juice that was what I wanted originally and never needed to spend the other money. This business has lost my business. If I was accidentally misled I could understand that. I would have been offered replacing what I purchased. But a 20% discount on new juice and the rest just too bad ? Not a good way to do business.

If i was able to give you zero, i would do it! Because of defective non-working product you sell. I bought a vape here once and NEVER will come back. You’re selling product, that is not working properly (mine was working 1 hour!!!).And when people came back and asking for replacement or refund, you just talking to them like a super non-customer-oriented guys. You will never have a good reputation with such attitude.

The guys here are awesome, truly awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I enjoy coming here just to see them.

This place changed my life. I’ve been coming here for 4 years already and josh is one of the best people I’ve ever encountered. Also the new guy Ryan is very warm and welcoming it’s always great to see new faces at the store, although he is new I trust his word because josh is a great teacher and leader.

I have been coming here for over 6 years. Everybody for the most part is always so kind and helpful. More so recently. Today I went in and was helped by Cam and he was super nice and helpful! I saw below that somebody left a negative review about him. She must have bees in her bonnet because he did not give me any ‘weird’ vibes at all. Y’all rock!

I come here exclusively to get Kratom because its the best quality around. But what really puts this place at a 5/5 is the staff, theyre always really helpful and are always very nice to everyone. Would definitely recommend.

I would not recommend this shop. They do not stand by there products or any advice they give.I went to the shop to purchase a new tank and variable wattage mod. I am fairly new to vaping and asked for advice. They set me up with a great tank and battery. Unfortunately the battery could barely power the tank. Plus, when I looked at the box it looked like I was sold an already opened display unit.They do have a all sales are final sign on the door. But I thought that since I was going to pay more to correct the problem they caused, it would be ok. Well they where nice when they said it was my problem and all sales are final, but they would be happy to sell me the correct one at full price. So I would end up buying a new battery and have another one I cant use. Sounds like a great deal!I will no longer shop at that shop and would highly recommend avoiding it. You could buy something, find out it is dead the first time you turn it on, and they will say it is your problem.

I brought in an Eleaf to see if they could help me fix it. The person behind the counter took it and promised me he would call me within a few days to let me know if they were able to do so. I never heard from him again.Additionally he sold me a vaporesso and told me that it is filled without unscrewing the top. They were unable to unscrew it so he just lied and said that you dont need to. The top was on very tight and I had to use a pair of pliers to remove it.They are obviously more concerned with making the sale then helping their customers. I would have rated them 0 Stars if that was possible.

Every time I stop by this location they find me a flavor that I like, a disposable Vape that recharges, and I always leave with a smile on my face (and nic in hand). Thank you for such great customer service, I will be returning!

Avoid this place! I recently purchased a $40 battery here, a day later it was non-functional. I came in to get it replaced, they even pulled up my account I setup with them to make sure I wasnt lying and then instead of replacing it they tried sell me another battery for 10% off. This pisses me off to no end, they knew my pen was still under warenty and instead of trying to help me they tried ripping me off.I thought I would give this local shop my business, knowing I would be paying a markup, but I chose to use them anyway because I wanted their guadance. Unfortunately instead of providing me guidance they just chose to try to make a quick buck. BUYER BEWARE!!

This is my favorite place to get vape stuff. The staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to their products. Its great for a first time vaper to learn all the stuff they need to start vaping. They have large selection of high quality glass.

Best Kratom on the East Side and greater Seattle area in general! These guys also have a huge e-juice selection, and are always stocked on coils, replacement glass, and all the new devices on the market. Would give 0 stars if I could.They sold me a defective torch and admired it and refused to return it. They turned it on until it heated up and handed it back to me and burned me. When I told them it burned me they told me to get out of the store or they would call police. I called police and will be filing assault charges.The positive reviews on here are from their employeees.
