This shop is truly wonderful. The guys that work there are knowledgeable and patient. I’ve seen these guys handle some tough situations with ease. Definitely a one stop shop. I have witnessed the tough situations that troubled customers coming in with the mentality with the sense entitlement being rude to the employees especially the biracial employee by the way for everyone that reads this review the biracial employee is a veteran and it makes me livid the amount reviews that I read on here refers to him as the brown guy when his ethnicity is African American and Caucasian.

It is one of the best places to get vapes. The staff there is extremely helpful with what you want to buy from them, and they will help you out with what you buy to make sure it works and to make sure that you know how to use it properly. If you want extremely helpful staff with buying vapes, I highly recommend you stop in.

The guy working earlier this week was very imformative and helpful. I would give him 5 stars. I cant give the store any more tho bc of how unhappy the owner caused me to be when my first really good vape came from there. 2 days later I decided it wasnt for me. The owner was out of town on the phone and would not hear of a customer deciding its not for them so he would not refund a still brand new, only tried 4 times, with the reciept purchase. That day the guy working was unable to help me understand anything. Not his fault.

My go to place for all things vapor. The staff is so incredibly knowledgeable about the products and use that knowledge to make sure that what they sell you will be the best fit for your needs. From flavors to mods and everything in between.

I just left this store and was very disappointed with my experience. The employee talked down to me, behaved as though I was ignorant and stated facts that were simply not true. When I tried to calmly discuss the difference between stainless steel and kanthal mesh coils he started raising his voice and saying all coils are the same. I realized there was no point in talking to him and left feeling somewhat embarrassed.I came in there to exchange the vape I bought for a better quality. This was something another employee had told me I could do within the first 30 days. I am fine with the fact the person working today refused to honor what I was told previously. Vapes usually have a no refund policy. What I am not okay with is the poor customer service I received and how I was treated.

Best vape shop in town. Always have the flavors Im looking for. All employees are very knowledgeable if you have any questions.

I was impressed with their customer service the first time so kept coming back to them for my nicotine addiction. Good variety and competitive prices. They’ve been honest and helpful without trying to only bolster their products and business. I send people here first if they’re looking for vape products. They also sell some glass pipe products.

Staff are awesome, friendly and really helpful. I would suggest getting some music or a new TV as the atmosphere isn’t very inviting and is quite awkward.

I have been a long time customer as well as my Bf, and Mother. Though I will say at first my customer service experiene wasnt always the greatest, after getting to know the employees things have turned around quite a bit. They always know what I prefer to smoke, and are quick to remember the coils I choose. I also have to give all of them and the owner props on dealing with my sometimes difficult to deal with mother in the kindest and most professional manner. That right there is difficult even for me lol

Trying to get into vaping and they are very rude and inpatient and hang up whenever I call to ask questions about products.

I have never in my life, ever given a review as low as 1 star. Even if I have the worst possible experience, Im very hesitant to do so. Ill come back until I have a good experience and focus on the strengths of that experience. I know that people are people, we all have good days and bad days and then days that couldnt end soon enough. I make it a point to never say employee names because its not a genuinely fair way to go about things and might result in an outcome that would be the opposite of my intentions of a review in the first place.Ive been shopping here for the better part of 3-4 years now and have been experiencing a surprising yet consistent level of customer service that I would be embarrassed by. The word, child-like or adolescent often come to mind when I am headed that way and I am preparing mentally for the lowest slump of the day. Its so consistent that statistically speaking, I should have had at least one good or great experience by now and by some fluke or bad luck, it has yet to happen.This isnt about refunds, replacements, bad juice, advertisements about what they do and dont have, this isnt about money and Im never gonna ask for free anything, ever.You may be wondering, If its so bad then why does this moron keep going back, huh?Im a patron because of the superior selection andquality of product, its the best in town in my opinion.I want to support a local business and an owner I respect for defending thier work and those of others from laws that wont do anything in respects to what its trying to prevent. Seriously, prohibition is all they could come up with? Yeah, because thats been known to work out, especially in a historical context. Im going to continue to shop here until I find a quality and consistency comparable. Ive become too accustomed to the belittling, eye rolling, the emphatically exasperated sighing (even in the middle of my sentence, as if to drown out my voice.), next to 0 product knowledge and finally the thinly veiled non-verbal signaling of annoyance at my presence and then the expectant look, as if they deserved a thanks.P.S. I wont say, dont come here. Instead, I would recommend to green vape users to ask for advice, help or general questions at literally any other shop. To seasoned users looking to shop around, expect a level of service that would equate to the bratty high-school girls of the early 2000s archetype.

I like this store, but it’s on Brooks St & has too much traffic on the way there. I miss the turn almost every time I go there 🤨😁

Great selection almost comically bad service. I came in around 3. Clerk spent significantly more time looking at his phone than his customer. Gratuitously unhelpful after I told him what I was looking for. As in just looked back down at his phone and continued to type away without offering any suggestions suggestions. I asked him if anything was on sale and the response was not really. As in he didnt feel like looking I wont be returning unless out of complete, utter desperation.

A great store with decent prices but don’t expect anything from the staff. Both times I’ve been in there, the customer service has been laughable at best. I think the guys name was Denzel or something like that? He was extremely unhelpful when asking for recommendations (I don’t vape much) and many times he was staring at the TV to look at whatever movie he was watching rather than helping me and my friend. I really hope this guy doesn’t make more than minimum wage.

Denzel, Dustin and Dillon are the kindest employees I’ve ever met as a business owner I would hire these guys in an instant! Only vape store I ever go to. They are always stocked and have such an impressive selection on vape, juices, and disposables. Great prices and good deals. Whatever your smoking needs are go to Ecig vapor next to fuel they will take care of you!!! Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable of anything for your vaping needs!

I love this place! I have always had amazing friendly service and this was the only place that could figure out what was wrong with my mod. Which at least at the time I went in this one was just that it was a bad battery. 10/10 would recommend this place and have to a few friends starting to vape!

I called all the Vape shops in town looking for a specific product and none of them had it. But this shop was the only one that was polite and offered me alternative solutions. The great customer service made this my go to vape store

Staff always acts as if you are an inconvenience to them when you walk through the door. Horrible customer service and when I person new to vaping has questions they very poorly explain things and act inferior to such lowly beginning vapers.

I need to update my review to 5 stars. My opinion has completely changed in the last year. I highly recommend this shop for all your Vapor needs. Their staff, specifically Dustin and Denzel, have been extremely helpful and are very knowledegable. My previous issues have been resolved and Im glad I gave this location a second chance! Thanks for all your help guys. Im stoked on the iJoy Diamond yall recommended and will be back as soon as I need more juice. I hope your manager reads this and recognizes the staffs improvements in customer service. Its made a huge difference and has convinced me to make this my go-to vapor store.

Just got into vaping and they where very helpful and polite. Doing my shopping with them only. Other stores dont have as much as they do and also prices are lower

Always great to go in and get stuff here; people are chill and awesome; dont mind stupid questions (im a bit of a noob at this lol) and just generally chill and relax atmosphere. retail/clerking is insanely dumb nowadays and its nice that everyone that works and comes in is just laid back and chill vs all kareny lol

These guys are awesome. Large selection of many juices. Very knowledgeable, the employees will take the time to tell you anything you want to know and more. I have never once been disappointed with any of their suggestions. Thanks guys!

Best prices in town, best selection in town with about 100 Montana made house flavors alone on top of premiums. $5 for a 10mL or $14 for 3! 100mL bottles available to order. Very fair retail prices on mods too with knowledgable staff. Wont shop anywhere else.

Stopped in today for a new mod because my SMOK crapped out. I wasnt really sure what I wanted I just knew I didnt want another SMOK due to mechanical errors. The employee that helpedme was amazing!! He took his time by asking me what I am looking for and showing me all of the different mods and told me the pros and cons of each one. He hooked me up with a GEEK VAPE and I absolutely love it!! This place has a wide variety of merchandise that would please beginner to advanced vapers. They are also reasonably priced compared to other shops in Missoula. Keep up the great work!!

Dustin is by far the best! I bought a new mod set up and he sat me down and showed me exactly how to set it up and change the coil! Above and beyond from him!

This is the only E cig vapor juice store that we stop at when we are here in town. They have awesome selection of juices and mods. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable about each product. We do not go to any other store in town because this one is the best! I highly recommend only going here!

Three of my odimizers broke from the case I got and I brought them in and showed them to them and no hassle they gave me three new ones no questions or anything they always help when I have a problem or don’t feel comfortable setting something up myself they are always there to help definitely recommend them to any body

Horrible customer service, sold me a juice bottle with no needle tip and it leaked everywhere. Locked the doors behind me because they closed and wouldn’t fix the problem. Avoid.
