Absolutely love this place. Have so many great options for flower and concentrate. They have one called jack berry haze that tastes and smells like gummie bears. Highly recommend this place!

Worst customer service! I wanted to sign up with the rewards and wasnt given the options. I walked in and nobody greeted me. I had never been in before so I didnt know how it worked. I asked about percentages on some edibles and they told me depended on which flavor and wouldnt tell me any other info. Felt like if I selected a flavor it was an inconvenience for them to get the percentage of the item, so I didnt go further because of their attitude. Super overpriced, The menus are confusing and dont give enough information about the product.

Really good atmosphere, music was really good and staff were really helpful! Well come again whenever I need anything else, deals are really good.

“Sometimes we’re lucky when glass drops on the floor”?I would suggest that you educate yourself on different types of glass if this is the career / business path that you wish to continue upon. Knowing your products is key to running a successful business, and blatant ignorance in your own field combined with a hostile attitude towards customers who are unhappy with a disappointing experience or product will only lead to failure due to a low market share.This store is basic. Poor selection and overpriced. They also offer an incentive for reviews on Google, Weedmaps, and Leafly, so I would take any positive reviews with a grain of salt.Don’t buy the GRAV products, they aren’t using proper Pyrex glass in their pipes and the low grade glass beaks very easily. It does so inside of the silicon sleeve, which creates a huge hazard for the user. (Clearly the management of Yellowstoned doesn’t understand the potential problems this creates because “sometimes we get lucky” and shattered glass doesn’t end up in our lungs). If you look at their cartridge pipe the mouthpiece is made from proper glass the tubes are made from garbage, tap a tube on the mouthpiece and on another tube to test.

I have been coming to Yellowstone for awhile and Everytime they give good customer service and are always glad to be helpful in opinions and thoughts

Horrible went in and asked for a canigar bought three different ones just to be sold a joint!!! Then called and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager they said they would give us a call and instead did not call!! Clearly they dont train and dont care about there customers I would avoid for they false advertise what they are selling and what you actually get!!! Biggest rip off Ive ever been apart of!!!
