I stopped going here for a long time for many reasons. They are under new management, with a whole new staff, and this is hands down the best salon in the area! Kelly and Will provide fantastic customer service, work, and oversight of the operation. All of the technicians are careful, detailed and friendly. They use quality products and I love their color selections.

Very good customer service. Waxed my eyebrows pretty well. No complaints. Next time, Ill try a fill and pedi. Stay tuned....I am editing my review. Came back the month of April 2024. Emily and Cindy did an amazing job on my nails and feet. Kudos to them.

Whats not clean to start with? Parking lot is one big pothole and the pedicure was very aggressive when it came to cuticle. It has been several days and I still have not recovered

Kelly did a great job on my ombre nails and Will does a great pedicure! They always have the newest colors and products too!

Second time in they painted most of my nail, but as you can see, not all of it 🤣

Love them. Once a month they take care of my ingrown toenails before they happen.

Terrible experience. Went in for a pedicure, while waiting for my girlfriend to get her nails done (which were done very poorly). The pedicure experience felt rushed and slightly hostile. Waited for 20 minutes for a 10 minute pedicure.

Was ok. I usually go there without an appointment, this time had one and no wait time for gel mani and pedi. Was fast. No real communication, language barrier.

Fabulously indulgent experience! Very, very clean. Simple decor, but very comfy massage chairs for pedicure. The Organic Spa pedicure is well worth the $49.99 price. Will was meticulously thorough when trimming my nails and removing every last callous. And he didn’t rush through the 15 minute massage. So relaxing and simultaneously invigorating! All the products used were very pleasant too. Fantastic selection of polishes. Definitely my new favorite place for a self care day😍

My 16 y/o daughter and I went to Classy Nails tonight. My daughter had her nails done and eyebrows waxed by Joy. My daughter has been getting her eyebrows waxed by Joy for the past 3 years, Joy is the ONLY person who I will let touch her eyebrows, she does an amazing job! This is the first time my daughter has gotten her nails done here, she got a full set with gel polish. They came out perfect and absolutely gorgeous!!!I had a gift certificate my husband bought me for a Spa Pedicure, I had that done with Will and it was AMAZING! He took his time and even though they were closing he never rushed, he was completely thorough and it really was so wonderful, best pedicure ever! They even stayed 15 min after closing and I never felt rushed at all even my daughter and I being the only customers in there- I really would never think that because I’m always worried what people think! I definitely recommend Joy and Will from Classy Nails! (The owner is very nice too!) #SpaPedicureWithWill 😉

Everytime I get my nails done there they look great and last around 3 to 4 weeks.Id recommend them to everyone...

My experience was horrible as this place deserves zero stars. I booked an appointment and arrived at my appointment time. However, instead of taking me during my appointment they decided to take another person who did not have an appointment. The lady with the glasses mentioned in previous reviews is extremely rude and is the downfall of this establishment. I wasn’t greeted at all when I walked in the door. After standing in the doorway they owner advised me the sit and pick a color. I stated that I wanted a gel manicure. The lady with the glasses carried a box of gel colors, slammed them on the desk and walked away. I couldn’t believe what I witnessed and the owner didn’t say anything. I didn’t wait to be further insulted, I left! I will not spend my time and money in an establishment where I’m not welcomed! This was my first time coming here .. never again!!!

They are good and they have patience with my daughter. It’s relaxing going in to the nail salon and enjoying our self’s.

Waited an hour just to not be told the menu options for a pedicure. People seen before me that came in after me. Terrible customer service. Tipped the technician because she was obviously working and a professional that should be paid for her time. Would not recommend. To to Glamour nails because this place shouldn’t be serving people.

Nails are crooked. It was clearly a rush job and I was inconveniencing the nail tech by being there. The last time I will come to this place. Their work has been bad lately. No customer service for Black women. That is only reserved for the white people I guess.

I got a Gel Pedicure American French and a $7 treatment for calluses. THEY DID A great job. And very clean! My new fav nail salon

I have been going there for years and never had a bad experience

The workers are very rude they did my sister very thick and my sister said she doesn’t like it, the owners wife said thats how she does nails. My sister went back when her husband was there, they say she had to pay to get it fix and that she had to pay $10 from last time because we was not charge enough.Meanwhile we get our nails done all the time over there and paying $178 for the services we be getting done each time without counting tip.

Male techs are extremely rude. No hospitality. Not friendly. Rush jobs. Sloppy nails. Taking phone calls while doing your nails. I need to find a new salon because I shouldn’t be paying these prices for this rude attitude and horrible service. Please don’t come here if you want nice nails. They will not deliver.

I dont bother to get my nails done often, but had them done for a special occasion - worst nail job ever!! A Male technician did mine, and all I can say is NEVER AGAIN!!! I had to come home and try to make them look wearable, because when I told him that I wanted the oval shape, he informed me that shape was more money, because it was more work - when you have an electric tool that does the work, why should it be more to shape the edges?! Im sure they have good nail technicians, but this particular guy sure wasnt one of them!!! I dont understand why any business would risk their reputation for a few dollars when excellence is so much more valuable.

Never had a bad experience but had to wait 45 minutes for service. If youre just going in for a pedicure or manicure and there are other people that are getting a pedicure & manicure, the person doing the pedicure or manicure follows that client to do both jobs so you could wind up waiting quite a bit before you are started.

Do not ever go here ! And if you do avoid the skinny young lady with glasses and with blonde highlights in her hair ! I use to come here frequent MINIMUM of every 2 weeks to get the ANC powder. I usually have NO issues but this one particular time I did ! First off the lady was rude , she didn’t greet me and she looked like she was bothered by me coming in and asking for pedicure/manicure. Like she was aggravated. And I could tell she was expressing that speaking aloud in a different language while she did my toes. And the water was COLD. Then she’s doing my nails but doing a very half effort job. She didn’t push my cuticles , didn’t put any oil , didn’t do the hand massage , didn’t file or shape .. basically did NOTHING but the bare minimum rush job ! And CUT my cuticle & I bled a little from her buffing WAY too rough Then has the Audacity to tell me in the middle of the service to “PAY NOW!” no. You ask nicely. Not just “PAY NOW”. Plus my nails weren’t even finished how can I pay for something I haven’t seen done? then I complained about my nails not being filed, shaped or not having enough coats and she sucked her teeth had an attitude about that and said “that’s how your own nail is” then I call the owner to complain and his excuse was “well she doesn’t know very good English” that’s not my fault . She knew perfect English when she said “that’s how your nails are” or when she had an attitude & besides if you come here to start a business and earn our money maybe you should learn better mannerisms, be a little more respectful of the dollar that keeps that business alive & how to be polite in English. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NIGHTMARE!! $55 for NOTHING ! NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY !

This is my regular nail ‘spot’! It’s clean and they work fast and do a great job. I onlyyyy wish people were not allowed to speak on cell phones and have full conversations while they are getting their nails done. It’s disruptive to all who are subjected to a one sided conversation. This is obviously a pet peeve of mine in general !

Very poor service, the nails are DEFINITELY not worth the price. A very sloppy job was done to my nails and one of the workers rushed to do my nails and i was not satisfied. No type of hospitality here either. I would NOT suggest anyone to get their nails done here. I have a put a star to post my review but they do not deserve not even one star.

Best nails in town! Ultra clean, incredibly professional, fresh products with a wide assortment of color choices. I have been coming here for 8 years; never disappointed.

This salon is TRASH. Where is the customer service? Why do my nails look like this after I paid $80???? This was one of the worst experiences in a nail salon I have ever had! Will not be coming back.

I usually have a great experience.Today was a rush job a couple of nails was crooked nail polish was left on the side of the fingers no hot towel was use ,well it will be a while before I return back 😅 Everyone have a great week.

Great place, but they charge $5,00 to cut your nails down, thats a bit expensive considering it takes seconds.

The fat sumo wrestler lady that does pedi, she tries to convince people to do the most expensive pedi, if ahe could. If you dont want the most ridiculously expensive pedi, she talks badly about you to her co-workers and wont do the pedi you want the right way. Dont go here, they lost most of their customers because she tries to over charge. If you do go here, ask for lillie or let the old man do your pedi.

I always get a great quality powder mani. They are busy sometimes, and you have to wait. Professional staff and comfortable environment.

I have been to them four times and have always come out very satisfied. The techs are really meticulous, which I love and the place is really clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was a disappointment. They charged me six extra dollars to have my nails rounded even though all she did was file them, which she would’ve done either way.

Ridiculous prices for mediocre work. Not worth it! The tech was about as arrogant as they come. Will not go back. Be prepared to spend$70 on a fill!
