PUFF PUFF DONT PASS SMOKE SHOP

Was one of the best shops when I first got to town. But now in just a few short weeks... Over priced smokes, over priced accessories and over priced dutches. Not big on new customers though they claim to be big on customer service. Not bad folks, they just seem to have a pre-existing customer base that they prefer to cater to.

This is not the same place. The service has fallen and they just want your money. They dont treat you well at all.

My first time going in and the gentleman was more than helpful, answered all my questions and helped me pick out the best options. Needless to say I will definitely be returning to this store. Customer service is a rarity nowadays and he exceeded my expectations! Highly recommended!

Hypothetically speaking in the systematic of equations of y=mx+b, one of the best SmokeShops I bin around in Newburgh, by far the best quality stuff and never ever disappoint, you guys are the best.

So I needed some glass cleaner and I knew this place sold glass pieces so I figured they would have some. I started to walk in when I was stopped by employee at the door and I was asked for the password To which I asked excuse me? And she said I cant let you in without the password and I said I need a password to buy glass cleaner? There was a long pause and then she let me in. After entering I was totally ignored like I wasnt supposed to be there. I found the glass cleaner but disgusted by the whole experience so i left. I found the same bottle cheaper at another store where i didnt need a password to get in. I guess its a Grey store now selling other stuff that you need a password to buy and they dont care about their other merchandise now

Completely and 100% over priced. Paid 30 dollars for a small can of shisha. It’s 15$ down the road and in new Windsor at all the smoke shops in new Windsor. HALF THE PRICE ANYWHERE ELSE! absolutely horrible do not go here

Sells fake products , fake rolling products fake tabbaco buys cheaper and over charges people bad business doing that , customers expecting certain products thinking there safe to purchase at a licensed location and they are selling counterfeit stuff

Walked in and kinda was treated like I was law enforcement not only that it seemed to me they were just filling bags with random weed putting it in bags that had a brand name on it kinda shady I will not go there again like I said shady
