Edit: A year later and its the best spot in town. Literally any location has helpful, knowledgeable staff. Dont get me started on the beautiful glass collection7/5 ⭐Great products, great prices, super clean store, but what makes this shop stand out to me is the staff. Just the nicest, most helpful, genuinely knowledgeable group of people you could ask for. Highly recommend.

I did not have a good experience here. The guy behind the counter was very condescending and when I did not know the exact size of what bowl I needed when he asked he said he would not sell me one. I could have gladly found out the right size if I was given one moment but instead I will be going somewhere else, thank you rude guy with the beard.

I heard about Crush from an employee of mine. She told me how great the store and staff was. I was not disappointed at all. Goody made me feel very welcome and suggested a juice for me. I’ve been going there every since and I always ask Goody for a suggestion and he’s very on point and I have never been disappointed with his suggestions. Goody knows his stuff, he’s super friendly and cares about his guests. Also, a big shout out to Cody for running an awesome store. You have a most definitely gained a life long customer.

From out of town and stopped by to get some juice. I usually never leave reviews, but Goody did such an amazing job helping me that I had to! He was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. I wish I lived in town to come to this shop more often because of him. Highly recommend checking out this store while Goody is working! (side note: serenity from zen haus was AMAZING!! I visit the one in Newburgh and let me tell you, these guys are great. The always greet me with a how are you doing and always provide the best customer service that i demand. Without there professionalism i would have never found what i was looking for because i wasnt sure what i was looking for. Thanks guys really appreciate your customer service and occasional laugh when Im lost.

I went to crush yesterday to buy a delta 8 cart which I have many times in the past. The lady working, who is very kind, must’ve mistakenly sold me a delta 8 pen instead. Although I didn’t realize until I left the store I didn’t think much of it, but roughly 24 hours later when the pen died I decided to try and take it back to see if they could help me.. after I got an attitude from the kid working the register I decided it wasn’t worth it and I would never be back to this shop. 10/10 would not recommend. The customer service I just got was horrendous.

I felt like A kid in A candy store the selection was incredible! Not to mention the staff (kalah) was outstanding and knowledgeable nothing felt forced and she knew exactly what I was looking for! 5/5 for this shop and staff! Helpful and efficient

This is the only place I go. Staff is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. This is a Very clean environment. There products are placed where you can see them and overly stocked. They have some awesome juices, the best by far that I have ever had!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great taste and nice products.

The employees at the the Newburgh location are always so helpful and patient while I try and decide on a new flavor of vape. I went in today needing help with my feeemax twister. So far so far so good I bought two different e-cigs from there I havent got to test them out or trauma and theyre still in the box cuz I just left from there so well see how that goes as far as the quality of their products because the customer service was good the girl in there was pretty helpful....but I would suggest getting more or different types of e-cig juice flavors other than that everything else was good

Thursday night has a pretty good supply of water pipes couldnt really find any kind of juice that I wanted seemed like it was more of a head shop

Chick was pretty cool but the guy with glasses seriously angered me made my 21 year old fiancè stand out in the cold with my 2 year old because he didnt have his ID, never have I been to a vape shop where you had to stay out side if you didnt have your ID
