My wife and I love this place. We go here all the time! They are the best place for tobacco, vape goods, and marijuana products. All of their locations are fantastic though. But we love this one in particular. Because its always the same workers and its close to home. If youre passing by. I suggest stopping by.

The employees there were phenomenal. They were patient and highly profession when dealing with me, a customer new to the products they have. They made the whole experience a memorable one in a great way. Tim, Dana and Dylan were some of the best people I could have ever talked to and treat you like real people and not just a costumer. Highly recommended seeing them.

They are always understocked. Id say a supply chain issue, though was an issue prior to all the lock downs and various challenges. Also was unable to return items that the store attendant said would work, and didnt. You cant just show your set up and get the items, you have to know exactly what you need. Otherwise theyll sell you an entirely new device and accessories. Kindof like cell phones. Bought a new setup for this reason last year, and parts are sparsely available this year.

Great place, good selection. Staff is always friendly , my only complaint would be they won’t discount damaged product. Wanted to purchase an incense burner for my daughters bday. It was clearly chipped but the girl said unless it didn’t function she couldn’t discount it. Really? Because it’s functional doesn’t mean it’s not damaged and I guess they don’t discount damaged product there.

The employees are always super friendly and I appreciate that. But their tobacco products, more specifically their roll your own pouches are EXTREMELY over priced. They charge around $20 a pouch maybe even a little more when everywhere else they sell between $10-12! It’s unfortunate because the shops are always very clean and friendly. But that’s not worth paying double.

Go here all the time, the employees are are very helpful and knowledgeable. They always answer any questions u have about products and help direct the newcomers to what would work best for them and not like other places that would just try to up sell u anything they could. Great place and service!!!

Everytime I visit Happy Habits I buy the same product, Zig zag blunt wraps. I usually go twice a week and spend more or less ten dollars on average. The staff, even though the employees are changing constantly, are usually nice and very helpful. About two weeks ago I explained to one of the staff members that 80% of the wraps I buy are stale and crumble upon using them. Instead of figuring out a way to reimburse me, she explained to me several ways to prepare the stale wraps for use. And stated that they dont sell often which is why theyre stale. So the store will continue to knowingly sell product that isnt good.

Great place amazing service , but my item didnt work on the next day ,no way how to fix the item final sale no exchange they send you to their website you cant even send an email. I dont care about returning it but i spend good money on something that didnt work on the next day.

Layed back atmosphere, friendly,knowledgeable staff. For a first time vaper I got the help and advice I needed without being persuaded to buy unnecessary stuff. Only problem was that I couldnt sample any liquids B/c there testers werent working, and if I did they charge you for it! So I had to buy flavors blind. Ask for Megan

Good atmosphere. Dont think Ive ever walked out without something. Prices are reasonable and the associates are helpful. Theyve got some nice pieces and new items every time I go

Great little shop! The staff members ALWAYS greet you as you walk in and ALWAYS ask if you need assistance which is hard to say about alot of places these days! The team is super knowledgeable and always answer any questions I have with honesty!!! Because of their superior customer service....this is the ONLY vape shop I will shop in!! Keep up the great service and you will only gain more and more loyal customers!

Requested a refund and an exchange for unopened products I bought the same day and they refused both options happy habits is the worst vape shop in ever been to! Hangout vapor lounge will forever have my business in new Windsor great pricing great atmosphere compared to happy habits! Definitely not please and happy habits is not a great business

Excellent staff! Every time I go everyone is so helpful and nice. Truly an excellent shop! I wish I got the names of the 2 people who have gone above and beyond!

You would think with the amount of stores they have they would be competitively priced or lower but, I was wrong. They are over priced by far and the selection is minimal... they have more bongs than juice flavors... e-JUICE prices are stupid high... the staff is a bunch of kids who dont know much other than to swipe your card... dont waste your time. Im curious as to how they have so many stores with such high prices but, it is what it is. Just my 2 cents.

Go in and ask for 14mm ash catcher and the girls shows me the wrong size. When I brought it up she said it will fit and she knows what she talking about. Turns out it was the wrong size. I just wasted my money. I can’t use it or exchange it

Un-knowledgeable staff matched with high prices left me feeling questionable about the quality of their products. The staff was very unfriendly. Not going here again. Will look for other shops in the future.

Stellar staff! Will be back for more air freshers they have the very best scents for cars. The linen, and mango/pineapple is awesome!

All this talk about premium Ejuice and all they seem to have is garbage brands like evo and drip and of course tasty puffs. And the premium ejuice they have is never in stock. its like its there one day gone within a week and they wait weeks just to order. sorry to say but they just dont live up to their name.

Helpful and discreet staff has never let me down. No returns are accepted so make sure you know what you are getting when you go in.

Hate going here but its the closest to me. I never get an employee who is knowledgeable on the products. They always treat me like Im about to steal something. Very awkward environment.

This store had a lot more variety than the other smoke shops in town. Prices seem good compared to others also.

Sign outside of store says will not sell to anyone under 18. Im 20 and got my sale declined by hot topic girl at the register and she wasted me and my girlfriends time. If i can purchase a lighter, Raw paper tips shouldnt be a problem to purchase at the age of 20. Change your sign!

Don’t go will sell you outdated stuff for too much and will not take anything back if it’s defective even if it’s 10 minutes after you bought it.. not real knowledgeable either save the headache and go Hangout vapor right down the street across from the Newburgh mall.

Dont buy anything from here. They are way over priced. Anything they have for sale you can find for a third of the price online and if they sell you a defective product they will not replace it. Buyer beware.
